With increased complexity of product and market, the phenomenon that a consumer get paradoxical attitude toward marketing object has been increased. And this phenomenon eventually affects the relationship between consumer and product. In this study we tried to find more paradoxical phenomenon and understand consumer behavior confronting these situations when they buy agro-product based on ground theory methodology. According to the results, consumer's expectation and purchase experience can promote quality paradox experience during confronting various marketing activities such as price, product, promotion, place. Also these experience can cause quality paradox related interaction and communication even though there could be differences in their experience according to demographic characteristics, personal preference, and risk perception. Consumer will develop multiple strategies against quality paradox to manage the uncomfortable paradox experiences.
The National Science and Technology Information Center (NDSL) database, which provides academic papers at home and abroad, collects, builds, and manages data collected from various sources. In this study, we analyzed the DB paper schema and DB metadata that are currently constructed and managed to derive an integrated DB schema that can manage the high-value-added papers and manage them efficiently by analyzing distributed DB papers. Also, the final academic information data items were determined through comparison and analysis using the Web of Science and SCOPUS schemas that are currently purchased and possessed. The academic information data items constructed and serviced through this study were summarized into seven papers, authors, abstracts, institutions, themes, journals, and references, and defined as core contents under construction. The integrated DB schema was created through this study, and the results of this study will be used as a basis for constructing the integrated DB collection of high quality academic papers and designing the integrated system.

The purpose of this article is to present comparative analysis of electronic information purchase in Korean university libraries relative to university libraries overseas. An overall comparison is made between libraries in Korea and in the U.S. in terms of their budget for electronic information. In addition, we compared the lists of web databases in service among three top-tier Korean universities and nine foreign universities(6 in the U.S., 1 in Canada, 1 in Australia, and 1 in China). The findings show that Korean universities tend to subscribe heavily to electronic journals packages than competing libraries overseas. However, in terms of providing subject-based reference databases, our libraries are far behind even mediocre institutions in these countries. We propose a number of recommendations to strengthen national licensing of electronic scholarly materials as a way to enhance access to electronic information through university libraries.

The data were collected via a self-administeered questionnaire from 474 femail adults in Seoul Korea and analyzed by factor analysis t-test and paired t-test. The results of this study were as follows : First based on a series of t-test and paired t-test. the results showed that those who had a high purchase of apparel in low-price retailing had significantly higher belief scores on all of the five store attributes and a more favorable attitude toward low-price retailing than did those who had low purchase. The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of domestic and foreign power blogs that serve as professional source of information and to clarify the difference of the criteria for the certification and selection of power blogs. The study also analyzed the configuration of contents and the characteristic of categories of the power blogs. Eleven domestic blogs were examined, of which ten were certified as power blogs on several portal sites and one blog was operating in English. Furthermore twelve foreign blogs were examined, of which ten blogs were selected from the graded list of www.alexa.com for the Fashion Power Blog TOP 20 adopted on www.telegraph.co.uk in 2009, and two noticeable blogs were selected additionally. Data were analyzed by both theoretical and exploratory studies. The exploratory study was conducted by fourteen majors, who took interest in the blogs and were divided into two groups to look at the domestic and foreign sites, from 12 October to 12 November in 2010. The types of blogs were classified by frequency analysis of interactivity, interest provision, information provision and purchase capability. The investigators checked the type of the contents of each blog and the frequencies were used for the classification type. The analysis showed that the frequencies were in the order of information provision, followed by interest provision, and purchase capability for foreign blogs, while interest provision was followed by information provision for domestic blogs. Interactivity, interest provision, information provision and purchase capability were generally reflected in foreign blogs. Rather than interest provision and information provision, however, interactivity and purchase capability were reflected relatively weakly in domestic blogs.
'Live commerce', a brand new format of online shopping, is actively promoted in China recently. This research focused on 'Taobao-live', China's largest live commerce platform to investigate the relationships among para-social interaction, source characteristics (e.g., trustworthiness, attractiveness, and expertise), perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and shopping intention based on Technology Acceptance Model. A total of 536 Taobao live users were recruited through the Chinese research platform. The results showed that para-social interactivity positively affected perceived ease of use and usefulness, whereas the source characteristics had no significant effect on consumers' perceptions. Furthermore, higher perceived ease of use generated higher perceived usefulness, and both perceived ease of use and usefulness positively influenced consumers' intention to shop through Taobao live. This research can provide theoretical background for understanding the potential of live commerce platforms and help brands come up with effective online shopping strategies using live commerce platforms.
Purpose: Despite the popularity of dietary supplements, little data are available on their use by university students. The purpose of this study was to examine the use of vitamin mineral supplements and to identify factors related to supplement use among university students. Methods: University students (N = 345) in Seoul were surveyed. Survey questions included descriptive demographics, types of vitamin and mineral supplements used, health related lifestyle factors, mini dietary assessment, and knowledge and behaviors related to supplement use. Results: Of university students surveyed, 41% consumed vitamin and mineral supplements. Among the supplement users, multivitamins were the most commonly used dietary supplements (68.6%), followed by vitamin C (31.4%) and calcium (17.1%). In particular, the use of vitamin C and iron supplements was more common in females than males (p < 0.05). For the number of supplements taken daily, 32.1% of supplement users consumed 2 or more supplements; 20% of supplement users had almost no knowledge of the supplements being taken. Based on the results of multivariable logistic regression analysis, supplement use was associated with higher interest in their own health, non-smoker, and supplement use by family (p < 0.05). In addition, supplement use was slightly associated with healthy dietary behavior such as consuming a variety of foods (p = 0.05) and current disease status (p = 0.05). Conclusion: University students with relatively healthy lifestyles appear to take vitamin and mineral supplements, but they had little knowledge of the supplements. Given high prevalence of dietary supplement use among university students, nutrition education regarding supplement use is needed.
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the snack meal management for infants and toddlers and the demand for snack products according to mothers' sustainable dietary style in the Jeonbuk area. Methods: The participants were 359 mothers in the Jeonbuk area. The data was analyzed using factor analysis, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, and χ2-tests with SPSS v. 25.0. According to the sustainable dietary style, the situation of providing snacks at home, the purchasing behavior for snack products, and the satisfaction and, demand for snack products were investigated. Results: Using the K-clustering method, the sustainable dietary style of the subjects was categorized into 3 clusters. Cluster 1 was the family health-seeking group, cluster 2 was the sustainable dietary trend group, and cluster 3 was the sustainability-interested group. The frequency of snack intakes according to the cluster groups showed a significant difference (p < 0.001). Fruits were the snack item most frequently consumed by all the cluster groups. Approximately 92.8% of mothers had purchased snack products, and 95.2% of the subjects were satisfied with them (p < 0.05). The main reason for satisfaction with the snack products in all the cluster groups was the various kinds of products with considering the growth stage of children. Clusters 2 and 3 required the development of snack products using organic food materials, while cluster 1 required the snack products to be supplemented with various nutrients. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop various snack products according to the sustainable dietary style and the needs of mothers so that these snacks can increase the satisfaction of mothers with the snack products and lead them to better snack purchasing behavior.
