Through 438 questionnaires collected on the Internet, frequency analysis, element analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation analysis were performed using SPSS V22.0 and AMOS V22.0 methods. Study the validation of hypotheses in the model to reveal the reasons why consumers in the new e-business are exposed. The results show that e-commerce features of Internet celebrities and individual characteristics of Internet celebrities can only enhance consumers' satisfaction. • The competition for telecommunication-broadcasting bundle is under full steam. Even large mobile OS companies like Apple and Google are showing signs of moving into the telecom and broadcasting industry, and it is expected that competition for bundle will become even fiercer. In the light of this situation, this study will show which factors can heighten purchasing intention for bundle and lower expected-discounting rates, seeking its answer in the quality, satisfaction, and brand loyalty to core product. The results of the study show that the brand loyalty to core product affects the customer's purchasing intention positively while lowering expected-discounting rates. This conclusion suggests the importance of a marketing strategy that heightens satisfaction of existing customers who use a single item, which is just as important as strategies to induce switching behavior of the customers of other companies through competitive pricing. Also, the results suggest that rather than appeal to loyal customers through discounts, it is more effective to offer them different benefits or value.

  • Live streaming commerce has emerged as an innovative e-commerce model. This study, based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), aims to explore the impact of Key Opinion Consumers' (KOCs) attributes in live streaming commerce on purchase intentions on short video platforms. A survey was conducted with 411 consumers, and data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 23.0 software. Research has found that differences in consumers' information processing abilities lead to different pathway selections. Central route factors such as recommendation consistency, product involvement, and professionalism, as well as peripheral route factors such as recommendation timeliness, all have significant positive effects on consumers' purchase intention. However, visual cues in the peripheral route do not have a significant impact. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of the live streaming commerce industry, and to help companies adjust their promotion strategies based on differences in consumer information processing, thereby improving purchase conversion rates.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the evaluation of user experience factors of personalized recommendation service differs by purchase journey, and to reveal whether it affects purchase intention and satisfaction. Variety, reliability, and convenience showed a significant difference at the level of 0.001% and usefulness at the level of 0.05%. Satisfaction levels were different for each stage, such as novelty and usefulness in the cognitive and interest stage, and high reliability and diversity in the search stage. It has theoretical significance in that it enhances the understanding of the purchase journey by revealing that there is a difference in user evaluation of the personalized recommendation service, and it has practical significance in that it suggests the direction of improvement of the personalized recommendation service strategy. If research on effectiveness is conducted in the future, it will be able to contribute to an advanced strategy.

  • With the rapid growth of Chinese economy, environmental issues also became a serious problem that public and private sector have to take under consideration. For the sustainable growth of Chinese economy scholars and policy makers agree to the stronger regulation for protection of natural environment, but at the same time worry about its negative effect on economic growth. This paper primarily focus on the relationship between the factors that have the effect on green product purchasing intention and purchasing behavior. Purchasing intention was considered as mediating variable in our model and state-action orientation - as moderating variable. We set 8 hypotheses and tested with structural equation modeling. The result shows that governmental regulation and subsidy, social environment related with green product purchase, and consumer perception on the benefit of green product have positive relationship with purchasing intention, but environmental concern does not show relationship with it. We also proved that state-action orientation has moderating effect between purchasing intention and purchasing behavior. Purchasing intention with action orientation show positive and statistically significant effect on purchasing behavior. This result supports the hypothesis that the attitude of customers has the effect on ones purchasing behavior.
