This study aims to understand the current status of the use of IoT-based products and services from the perspective of consumers and analyze the role and consumption value of each service-generated from the products and services. Their features and generated consumption value have been identified The decision-making process was divided into based on three stages (pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase) stages, and IoT services were classified in stages. In the pre-purchase stage, the IoT service provides information and alternatives, and is used for interaction and automatic payment systems in the purchasing stage. In the post-purchase stage, repetitive purchases are encouraged and after-sale services are provided. Throughout the decision-making process, smart retai application and servicel provides epistemic and functional value. In addition, it provides conditional and social value in the pre-purchase stage, and conditional value in the post-purchase stage. This study aims to provideprovides marketers and retailers an insight advice for the enhanced satisfaction of consumersimproving the satisfaction of consumers and the development of smart retail by examining the consumer-centered consumption value.

The competitiveness of the domestic cosmetics market will improve more rapidly when efficient market segmentation is secured, qualitative information about each of the segmented markets is gathered, and adequate marketing strategies to meet the demands of each segmented markets is established. Therefore, continuous studies are needed to secure qualitative information for market segmentation. In order to find out whether the domestic cosmetics market could be segmented according to consumers' shopping orientation, the present study analyzed cosmetics purchasing behavior, complaint behavior, and demographic characteristics of each consumer group classified according to their shopping orientation. The study was implemented by a normative-descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. Three groups of consumers were identified according to their shopping orientation: price-oriented group, information-oriented group, and brand-oriented group. It was confirmed that the groups, classified according to shopping orientation, have significantly different demographic, purchasing, and complaint behavior. Therefore, shopping orientation should be carefully considered in the segmentation of the cosmetics market.

Purchasing used school uniforms is to reduce environmental pollution and expenses, and to enhance a feeling of wearing satisfaction for school uniforms by improving size fitting. In order to improve reutilization of used school uniforms, uniform purchasing behavior, awareness of the reutilizing markets of used school uniforms, and the running conditions of reutilizing markets of used school uniforms were analyzed through the survey. The subjects are 741 students of middle and high schools in Seoul and Kyeonggi Province in this study. The results are as follows. First, the better-fitted uniforms students wear, the higher satisfaction they feel. Therefore, it is desirable for students to wear the uniforms which are well fitted for each student. Second, the higher aware of environment students are and the more environmental preservation behavior they do, the higher awareness of wearing used school uniforms they are. In order to enhance students' awareness of reutilizing markets of used school uniforms, it is important to educate students about the environment systematically and to promote recycling events. Third, the reasons for not purchasing used school uniforms are difficulty in access to the repurchasing market and the sanitary problem. Therefore, it is suggested that environmental education which boosts students' awareness of environment and reutilization events should be held to make reutilizing markets of used school uniforms vigorous. Moreover, it is necessary to make reutilizing markets easy to access and improve cleaning and repairing system.

In this study, in order to analyze the effect of the consumption value of goods on the purchase intention of corporate brand products, the model was tested using SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 by receiving questionnaires from 457 men and women who have purchased goods. After examining the consumption values of goods, such as limited, functional, aesthetic, hedonistic, innovative, and social ego values, and product satisfaction, the effect on purchase intention of corporate brand products was analyzed. All were found to be significant except for innovative value, and product satisfaction had a significant effect on brand attachment and purchase intention of corporate brand products. We have recently redefine goods according to the trend of the times, and put an academic significance on the first classification of goods into four categories: human brand goods, brand goods, tourism goods, and character goods. It was confirmed that there was a partial difference in consumption value and satisfaction according to the type of goods. Through research, it is intended to broaden the understanding of goods and suggest the possibility of effective and useful marketing by suggesting planning and development directions according to the target.
The purpose of this study was to explore how experiential factors in sportswear stores influenced store satisfaction, brand preference, and purchase intention among potential consumers, and to reveal the moderating effects of impulsive buying. The subjects of this study were 306 male and female adults in their 20s and 30s, who had visited sports brand stores within the past year. To analyze the data, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, structural model analysis and path analysis were performed. The results of this study were as follows. First, there is a strong relationship between store satisfaction and experiential factors in sportswear apparel stores. All experiential factors significantly influenced store satisfaction in a positive direction. Second, consumers' store satisfaction positively influenced on brand preference. Third, consumers' store satisfaction had positive influences on their purchasing intention. Fourth, consumers' impulsive buying tendency showed significant moderating effect on the experiential factors. Consumers with low level of impulsive buying tended to be influenced more by 'think', 'relate', and 'sense' experiential factors on their store satisfaction. However, consumers with a high level of impulsive buying tendency revealed that they were more likely to be influenced by 'act' and 'feel' experiential factors.
There have been lots of researches for providing a personalized service to a customer using one-to-one marketing and collaborative filtering techniques in E-Commerce. However, there are technical difficulties for providing the recommendation of products far users, which often involve high complexity of computation. In this paper, we have presented an integrated method of classification problem solving method and constraint based configuration techniques. This method can reduce a complexity of computation by classifying a solution domain space that has a higher complexity of composition. Thereafter, we have modeled customers constraints and the components of products to configure a complete system by passing it to constraint processing module in Constraint Satisfaction Problems. Constraint-based configuration uses the constraint propagation using the constraints of buyers and the constraints among PC components to configure a proper product for a customer. We have transformed and applied vector space modeling method in the field of information retrieval to consider a customer satisfaction in addition to the CSP. Finally, we have applied our system to test data fur evaluating a customers satisfaction and performance of the proposed system.
This study analyzed the effects of consumers'sense of community regarding outdoor brands on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention and analyzed the effects of behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction on repurchasing intention. Additionally, this study analyzed the differences in sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of outdoor consumers'consumption values. A survey was conducted from July 20th to 30th, 2015, and 527 responses were used for the analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers'sense of community regarding outdoor brands was classified into mutual influences, sufficiency necessity, emotional connectedness, and sense of belonging. Second, outdoor consumers'sense of community had positive impacts on behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction and repurchasing intention. Third, outdoor consumers'behavioral commitment and purchasing satisfaction had positive impacts on repurchasing intention. Fourth, there were differences in the outdoor consumers'sense of community, behavioral commitment, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchasing intention according to the types of consumption values. Therefore, outdoor brands can strengthen the relationship with customers considering values and behavior, suggesting the need for a strategy that promotes consumers'sense of community with sustainable management activities that save the environment and local community.
The purpose of this study is to prepare the base for the development of the high value clothing products with eco-friendly fabric which become the conversation topic recently. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was used. The subject of survey was the adult women in from their 20's to 50's. The survey areas were Gyungnam, Busan, Ulsan, and Daegu in Korea. The questions were formed with the results of a preliminary investigation and the contents selectively revised the measurement tools used to the previous studies. To analyze the collected data, $x^2$2-test, t-test, ANOVA were carried out with SPSS. In the result of difference analysis of the actual purchase conditions according to demographic variables, the purchase motives, the purchase items, and the purchase information showed the significant difference according to the demographic variables except monthly income, and the purchase place showed the significant difference to all the demographic variables. The results of difference analysis of post-purchase satisfaction according to the demographic variables and the purchase items were as follows, The post-purchase satisfaction in price showed the significant difference according to age and monthly income. The one in design showed the significant difference according to educational level and occupation. The one in fashion showed the significant difference according to marriage or non-marriage, age, educational level and occupation. The one in the wearing sensation showed the significant difference according to marriage or nonmarriage, age, educational level, occupation. The one in transformation showed the significant difference according to educational level, monthly income, purchase item. The one in laundry and management convenience showed the significant difference according to monthly income and purchase item. Finally, the one in pollution level showed the significant difference according to age, monthly income, occupation, and purchase item.

This study analyzed the relationship among swimming experiences, swimsuit selection criteria, swimsuit purchase satisfaction level, and the physical self-concept of female consumers. This study was based on a descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The survey was conducted from June 15 through July 20, 2012, and the sample consisted of 330 female consumers in their 20s and 30s residing in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficients, ANOVA, Duncan's Test, and multiple regression analysis were employed for the data analysis. The results revealed that individual self-concepts on health, sports competence, and fitness were influenced by swimming experiences. There was a tendency for those with a longer period of swimming experience to have a higher level of brand consideration as a swimsuit selection criterion; in addition, they showed a higher satisfaction level with swimsuits. Individual physical self-concept influenced the consideration given to each swimsuit selection criterion as well as swimsuit purchase satisfaction level. The findings of the study reflect the possibility of utilizing swimming experiences as a criterion for swimsuit market segmentation. Attention to the quality of swimsuits as well as to the physical self-concept of consumers are required for marketing activities.

This study investigated the utilization and satisfaction of lunchboxes according to food-related lifestyle. A sample of 819 adults who regularly purchased lunchboxes were studied. This study can provide basic data for effective menu development. The participants of the study were classified into 4 groups: a 'taste-seeking group', an 'economy-seeking group', 'a convenience-seeking group', and a 'health-seeking group'. The purchase price of lunchboxes was in the range of 3,500 to 4,000 won. The 'health-seeking group' was shown to spend the highest amount on lunchboxes, over 5,100 won. Information about lunchboxes was obtained primarily through convenience stores followed by Internet SNS (p<0.05). Most participants considered nutritional value when purchasing a lunchbox (p<0.001), of which protein, caloric, and sodium content were perceived as important. Moreover, lunchboxes with clean and hygienic aesthetics were preferred amongst the 'health-seeking group' (p<0.01). The 'economy-seeking group' had a higher satisfaction linked with taste (3.66) and quantity (3.60, p<0.001). Furthermore, in terms of the satisfaction with a menu variety the 'health-seeking group' showed the highest satisfaction with a score of 3.76, while the 'convenience-seeking group' ranked the lowest satisfaction with a score of 3.46 (p<0.05). All groups were satisfied with the convenience for purchasing lunchbox (p<0.001). Additionally, most participants preferred white rice (p<0.001) and meat (p<0.01) with cooked by fried and grilled. Lastly, in the content of the lunchbox use in the future, most participants indicated the intent for continuous use (p<0.01) and recommendation to others with the reason for the low price (19.2%) in the 'economy-seeking group', fresh ingredients (16.2%) in the 'convenience-seeking group', and nutritive (17.3%) in the 'health-seeking group', as well as for the convenience of purchase in the overall groups. Taken together, 'taste' and 'convenience' were the most important factors for all groups, while 'nutrition of food' and 'addition of condiments' scored relatively low on the satisfaction in all groups. Therefore, we recommend for the growth of the convenience store lunchbox market, that it is necessary to improve the quality of the lunchbox by developing various menus based on lifestyle group and fortifying nutrition.
