Chemical Composition and Biological Feed Value of Autoclaved Hatchery By-products for Poultry (가압열처리한 부화부산물의 화학적 조성과 닭에 대한 생물학적 사료가치)

  • This study was conducted to obtain the basic information for hatchery by-products as feed resources. Four kinds of by-products from a commercial hatchery, i. e., autoclaved day-old broiler or egg type chicks, dead embryos & infertile eggs of both chicks were used for chemical composition and bioavailability test. Chemical compositions were obtained by AOAC (1990) method, and amino acid and energy bioavailabilities were determined by the method of Sibbald (1976). The crude protein contents of day-old chicks (60.27∼62.59) were higher than those of dead embryos & infertile eggs (39.24∼40.09) , whereas the crude fat contents of all by-products were not different. The crude ash contents were higher in dead embryos & infertile eggs (29.18∼34.49%) than in day-old chicks (6.50∼6.71%). The Ca contents of dead embryos & infertile eggs (8.79∼10.82%) were higher than those of day-old chicks (1.29∼l.30%). The total amino acid contents, overall amino acid availabilities and ME contents were higher in day-old chicks than in dead embryos & infertile eggs. It seems that the day-old chicks of egg strain can be used as a high protein - high energy feed resources and the dead embryos & infertile eggs of broiler or egg type as a high protein-high calcium feed ingredients.

  • 생태 수리학적 측면에서 수질 개선에 기여하는 깔따구들이 흐름 구조에 따라서 어떻게 분포하는지를 파악하기 위해 수리 실험을 수행하였다. ADV로 유속을 측정하였으며, 자기 다른 유속 조건하에서 유기물질과 깔따구들을 투입하였다. 취득한 유속자료를 이용하여 흐름구조를 파악하였으며, 난류특성인 난류 전단응력을 분석하였다. 유기물질과 깔따구들은 상대적으로 유속이 느리고 전단응력이 작게 나타나는 지점에 분포하였다. 깔다구들이 굴을 파고 서식을 하였더라도 흐름에 의해 서식처가 옮겨짐을 확인 하였으며, 서식처 역할을 할 수 있는 반구 구조물 주위에 서식하였다. 유기물질의 퇴적 및 깔따구들의 서식은 주로 흐름 방향 유속 분포에 영향을 받으며, 이차류도 이것들의 분포에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다.

  • 오래전부터 적외선은 문서감정 분야에서 사용했으나, 대부분 필기구의 분광반사 차이를 이용한 문서의 위변조에 집중되었을 뿐, 문서를 작성한 필기구들의 사용 순서에 대한 분석에는 이용하지 않았다. 문서작성의 순서를 분석하기 위해서는 보통 현미경으로 필적을 확대하여 분석하지만, 상황에 따라 분명치 않은 경우도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 필기구들의 분광반사 차이를 이용하여 필기구들이 겹친 영역을 분석함으로서 문서작성에 사용한 필기구들의 사용 순서를 쉽게 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 이 방법은 필기구 사용 순서에 따라 법적인 해석에 대한 논쟁이 있을 수 있는 보험계약서 등에 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

Effects of Feeding Dietary Different Oil and Tocopherol on Physico-Chemical Characteristics of Pork (오일과 토코페롤 급여가 돈육의 이화학적 성질에 미치는 영향)

  • The pork quality was determined with following treatments. The meat samples were obtained from pigs which had been fed finishing pig diets containing 5% beef tallow(Control), 3% beef tallow and 2% perillar seed oil(T1), 250 ppm vitamin E(a-tocopheryl acetate) in T1(T2), 3% beef tallow and 2% squid viscera oil(T3), 250 ppm vitamin E in T3(T4), 3% beef tallow and 2% CLA(Conjugated linoleic acid, T5). T1 had the lowest sarcomere length, salt solubility and total protein contents among the treatments. Salt solubility and total protein content of T2 and T4 which had been fed diets containing Vit. E were higher than those of T1 and T3 which had not been fed diets without Vit. E. pH and water holding capacity(WHC) values of control were higher than those of T1, T3 and T5, while WHC of T2 and T4 was higher than those of T1, T3 and T5. The hunter L value of meat and a value of fat showed higher in T5 than those in control, T, T3. The adhesiveness of T3 and the springiness of T5 in cooked meat showed higher level than other treatments.

Effect of Feeding Periods of Dietary Rhus verniciflua Stokes on the Quality Characteristics of Hanwoo Beef during Refrigerated Storage (옻나무 급여기간이 한우육의 냉장저장 중 품질특성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of feeding periods of dietary Rhus verniciflua Stokes (RVS) on the quality characteristics of Hanwoo beef during refrigerated storage. Hanwoo steers were fed a 4% RVS-contained diet for 0 (control), 3, 4, 5, or 6 mon prior to slaughter (28 mon of age). The M. semitendino년 from carcasses were stored at $3{\pm}0.2^{\circ}C$ for 7 d. The crude fat content was lower in the 4 and 5 mon groups than in the other groups (p<0.05), however the crude protein content and water-holding capacity (WHC) were higher in the 4 and 5 mon groups than in the other groups (p<0.05). The monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) content was higher in the 3, 4, and 5 mon groups than in the other groups (p<0.05). During storage. the TBARS content was reduced in the RVS groups, and the MetMb content showed slower accumulation in the 3, 4, and 5 mon groups than in the other groups. With regard to meat color, the 3, 4, and 5 mon groups had higher L, a, and C values than the other groups until 7 d, and in particular, the a value at 7 d was the highest in the 4 mon group (p<0.05). Consequently, the beef from 4% RVS-fed Hanwoo for 4-5 mon was effective at improving the WHC, MUFA content, and color stability relative to the other beef.

Reconstruction of the Origin of the Gudle (구들의 기원지(起源地) 재고(再考))

  • This paper has been written to verify the existing theory that districts occurred independently in various parts of the world, including the Korean Peninsula. Song Giho (2006) claims that the origin of the Gudle, is an example of polygenism that occurred in various areas in the world, including the Korean peninsula. This argument has been corroborated by a large number of researchers. However, it is difficult to understand the lineage of Gudle and its process of development, if a theory of polygenism is continued to be taken into account. The place which is targetet by this theory is the North-West area of the Korean peninsula, south of Primorsky Krai, and in the northern area of Zabaikal-Mongolia. This means that these areas developed independently because they were far from each other and had no direct cultural relationship. However, the structure of Gudle, shape, and assemblages of earthenware it cannot be explained by polygenism, as they are the same in every place. Furthermore, it is also questionable as to the timing and region of emergence of the culture in East Asia over a limited time frame of 3-2 BC. Gudle are formed by furnaces with roofs and walls, Gorae, which saves heat, and it has smoke ventilation that draws smoke out. Therefore, the Gudle is not a structure that anyone can make without advanced technical understanding. So far, the only facility with furnaces and smoke ventilation that appear before the Gudle is Buttumak. Thus, the Gudle is likely to have been invented in the place where Buttumak were used. The area as known for the origin of Gudle was observed to verify the existence of the Buttumak's structure, but none of these facilities were found. The Gudle suddenly appeared within a new culture that had never existed before. That means that none of the three places had the conditions under which the Gudle could be invented, so it must have been introduced from outside. In conclusion, the three places that I mentioned above are not the origin of Gudle. So, the origin of Gudle has to be found elsewhere.

  • 구들의 집합이 주어졌을 때, 주어진 구들이 모두 서로 겹치지 않은 경우 이들 모두와 교집합을 가지는 가장 작은 구(SIBB)를 계산하는 문제에 대해 연구한다. 먼저, 점집합에 대한 Welzl의 무작위 알고리즘을 구집합에 적용하였을 때, 계산된 결과가 조건을 만족하는 최소 크기의 구가 아닐 수 있다는 사실을 증명한다. 이와 함께, 선형 기대시간에 SIBB를 계산하는 새로운 무작위 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제시된 알고리즘은 구조가 간단하며 구현이 용이하여 실용적으로 사용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 타임스탬프의 위변조를 위한 안티포렌식의 도구로 사용되는 타임스탬프 변경도구들에 기능에 대하여 디지털 포렌식 관점에서 분석을 수행한다. 타임스탬프 변경도구들로써 수행할 수 있는 타임스탬프 변경작업의 범위와 특징을 찾아본다. NTFS파일시스템에서 사용하는 타임스탬프 변경도구들의 기능상의 분류는 그것들이 변경할 수 있는 타임스탬프 종류와 정밀도를 기준으로 정하고 그 도구들을 사용한 후에 기록된 타임스탬프의 특징들을 디지털 포렌식 관점에서 분석을 수행하기로 한다. 이 연구에서의 분류 형태 중 타입 I은 FileTouch.exe, SKTimeStamp, BulkFileChanger류의 도구들과 타입 II는 timestomp, 타입 III은 SetMACE로 분류하고 각 도구들을 사용한 후에 변경된 타임스탬프들의 특징을 살펴보기로 한다.

Effect of Functional MA Packaging Film on Freshness Extension of #Fuji# Apples (기능성 MA 포장재가 #후지# 사과의 신선도에 미치는 영향)

  • To investigate the effect of packaging condition on functional MA films laminated (30CE, 50CE), corrugated paperboard box (control), 30LDPE, and 50LDPE pouches on the freshness extension of Fuji apples, the weight loss, firmness, total ascorbic acid, titratable acidity, soluble solids content and appearence were evaluated at 5$^{\circ}C$ after 75 days. Weight loss of 30CE and 50CE, and 30LD and 50LD was 0.4 to 0.5%, and 0.2%, but control was 2.7%. Firmness in film packages was higher than that of control, and CE packagings were higher than LD. Total ascorbic acid content of Fuji apple in control after 75 days was 2.12 mg%, that of control was decreased by 42%, those of LD packagings were 31% and 29%, and those of CE were 24% and 22%. Titratable acidity and soluble solids content in control changed more than that of MA film packagings. Overall appearence of 'Fuji' apples in CE packagings was better than that of control.
