This study investigates the science teacher identity of pre-service science teachers (PSTs) in the context of a teaching practice course. Twenty-two PSTs who took the 'Biological Science Lab. for Inquiry Learning' course at the College of Education participated in this study. Artifacts created during the course were collected, and the teaching practices and reflections were recorded and transcribed. In addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine PSTs, recorded, and transcribed. We found the science teacher identity was not well revealed at the beginning of the course. Authoritative discourse appeared in the early oral reflections of PSTs, indicating that the PSTs perceived oral reflection activities as 'evaluation activities for teaching practice'. This perception shows that pre-service teachers participate in teaching practice courses as students attending a university, performing tasks and receiving evaluations from instructors. After the middle of the course, discourses showing the science teacher identity of the PSTs were observed. In the oral reflection after the middle part, dialogic discourses often arose, showing that the PSTs perceive the oral reflection activities as a 'learning activity for professional development'. In addition, in the second half, discourse appeared to connect and interpret one's experience with the teacher's activity, indicating that the PSTs perceive themselves as teachers at this stage. In addition, the perception of experimental classes was expanded through the course. During the course, the practice of equalizing the authority of the participants, providing a role model for reflection, and experiencing various positions from multiple viewpoints in the class had a positive effect on the formation and continuation of the teacher identity. This study provides implications on the teacher education process for teacher identity formation in PSTs.

본 논문은 선박 기관사의 실무 능력 평가를 위한 CAI 시스템의 설계와 구현에 관한 것이다. 지금까지 실무 기관사들을 위한 평가 시험은 주로 필답 시험과 구두 시험에 의존해 왔지만, 컴퓨터를 이용할 CAI 시스템을 사용함으로써 평가에 걸리는 시간을 단축할 뿐만 아니라 효율적인 평가를 할 수 있다. 시스템의 구성은 영역 지식, 질문, 예제 등으로 구성되어 있으며 13 관련 분야에 바탕을 두고 있다. 이 시스템의 사용자는 교사, 실습생, 학생, 선박관련 전문가들이 될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템을 Client/server 환경으로 확장하기 위하여 Oracle 7.3과 PowerBuilder 5.0을 이용한 실험적인 환경을 설계하고 대표적인 Client page를 보여주고 있다.

Foot has two functions : one is walking (or propulsion), the other is supporting or protecting of human body. In spite of such important roles, the importance of foot in keeping health has been easily disregarded. The bottom of foot is usually regarded as the second heart, for it is the pocket edition of all the principal parts of human body. Shoe is one of the tools to protect foot, and to wear a good shoe is the most demanded point in keeping health, Shoe can be different in kinds and shapes according to each one's usage. That is, different conditions of different people should have the different results in the material, design, last, pattern and structure in manufacturing shoe. A good shoe is absolutely a shoe with its right suitability, elasticity and adaptability. To make this healthy shoe, it is needed to design in the way of human technology, and the relative and scientific materials are basically required in manufacturing it. Recently there is an increasing demand for milti-functional shoe that can improve the efficiency of work in parallel with the maintenance of health. Accordingly this paper put its main purpose on the development of a healthy shoe based on proper and right theory and test.

The purpose of this study is to develop Korean shoe-last based on the conformability of shoe. For this work, the important dimensions for the conformability of shoe were investigated and the systematic methods for evaluating the comfortable shoe were developed. Different two types of shoe-last for men and women were used in the experiment, respectively. 8000 feet dimensions of Korean adults were analyzed for developing standard shoe-last in this study. A total of 10 subjects (ranged from 21 to 25 years old) participated voluntarily. They evaluated each shoes made by developed shoe-last. A rating scale and description was used to express the degree of conformability. Also, 26 feet dimensions were measured using martin-typed gauge and footprint. The relationship between foot dimension and conformability of shoe was analyzed. As a result, Korean standard shoe-last was suggested based on the based on the conformability of shoe. The evaluating methods will be expected to help designer find more important design parameters. We will also expect that the standard shoe-last guarantee the optimal gait and minimal workload, especially in aspect of conformability.

공정거래위원회가 하도급계약 추정제에 따른 통지나 회신 방법 규정, 기술재료의 정의 등을 골자로 하는 '하도급거래공정화에관한법률시행령' 개정안을 마련하고 지난 7월 26일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 하도급계약 추정제는 하도급거래에서 수급사업자를 보호하기 위해 수급사업자가 구두로 맺은 계약에 대해 확인을 요청할 때 원사업자가 15일 이내에 이를 부인하지 않으면 계약이 있었던 것으로 추정하는 제도이다. 공정위는 또 수급사업자가 원사업자에게 위탁을 받은 작업의 내용과 하도급대금, 위탁받은 일시, 원사업자와 수급사업자의 사업자명과 주소 그밖의 원사업자에게 위탁한 내용 등으로 정했다. 개정된 하도급법에는 원사업자가 수급사업자에게 기술자료를 제공하도록 강요하지 못하도록 기술자료의 범위도 정했다. 또한 상습적으로 법을 위반하는 사업자의 명단을 공개하는 기준도 마련됐다. 명단 공개 기준은 최근 3년간 벌점이 4점을 초과한 자로서, 사업자명과 대표자, 사업장 주소 공개와 함께 공정위 인터넷 홈페이지에 이를 게시할 때는 그 기간을 1년으로 했다. 이와 함께 입찰명세서와 낙찰자결정 품의서, 견적서, 현장설명서, 설계설명서 등 하도급대금결정 관련서류를 의무적으로 보존토록 하고 하도급대금 지급보증기관에 소방산업공제조합을 추가해 원사업자의 지급보증기관 선택 범위를 확대했다.

현재 선박관제시스템에서는 관제정보들을 관제사가 직접 수기로 작성하여 관리하고 있다. 그 과정에서 관제사들은 번거로움을 느끼고 부정확한 정보 전달을 유발하기도 한다. 이에 본 논문은 관제사들이 구두로 녹음한 내용을 자동으로 문자로 저장하고, 저장된 선박 정보를 다시 음성 및 문자로 확인해볼 수 있는 시스템을 구현한다. 본 논문을 통해 관제사들이 보다 편리하고 정확하게 관제 정보를 관리할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The shoe last which is the framework for the shoemaking is intensively combined with the 3D data and technologies. International shoe companies have already commercialized 3D printing technology in producing the shoe, but domestic shoe companies are still in their early stages. This study used the 3D scanning, 3D modeling and 3D printing of the high-technology to make the shoe last. This 3D producing processes should be helpful in building competitiveness in domestic shoe industry. The 3D foot scanning data of men in 30s(n=200) were collected in SizeKorea(2010). The basic statistics, factor and cluster analysis were performed. They were categorized in 3 groups by 3D foot measurement data, and the standard models were selected in each group. The cross sections in XY, YZ and XZ planes sliced from 3D scan data of the standard model were used in the sketches of the 3D shoe last modeling. The 3D shoe last was modeled by Solidworks CAD and printed by MakerBot Replicator2; a desktop 3D printer. This research showed the potential for utilization of 3D printing technology in the domestic shoe industry. The 3D producing process; 3D scanning, 3D modeling and 3D printing is expected to utilized widely in the fashion industry within the nearest future.

An 'Introduction to Creative Engineering Design' course at College of Engineering at Chungnam National University is required for all freshmen. The objective of this course is to educate the freshmen with basic engineering design concepts and experiences in creative problem-solving approaches. It provides the students learning opportunities in solving engineering design problems through team efforts and creative approaches. Thus, this course emphasizes creative ideas and thinking, engineering design experiences to students over the course. This study presents the syllabus, the examples of PBL (problem based learning)-related activities as a team, and the results of the course evaluation and outcomes. Based on the results of this study, we can conclude that overall this course using PBL method had significant positive effects on the course outcomes and the creativity of the engineering freshmen in the department of environmental engineering at Chungnam National University. However, there are still efforts to be needed to improve the PBL-related activities in the course, including students' workload, financial supports, and team work.

Over time, advanced technology became more complicated and the requirement of work have been more harder. So there is a need for systematic management system. Modern process has most of the management system. However, in a typical process, there is still no management system. We are only managed in the process according to the memoirs and oral by -step cycle also experience. As a result, the business is stagnant, efficiency in terms of quality will be even lower. Thus, in this paper, not only the modern process, even in a general process, it is desired to develop a process management system that can provide a more efficient working environment.

공정거래위원회(위원장 김동수)가 하도급거래에서 서면발급 및 보존관행을 정착시키기 위해 "바람직한 서면발급 및 보존에 관한 가이드라인"을 제정해 1월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 가이드라인에는 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급계약서(추가 변경계약서 포함) ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급계약 확인서면 ${\bigtriangleup}$목적물 등 수령증명서 ${\bigtriangleup}$검사결과 통지서 ${\bigtriangleup}$감액서면 ${\bigtriangleup}$기술자료 제공 요구서 ${\bigtriangleup}$계약변경 내역 통지서 등 7건은 의무발급을, ${\bigtriangleup}$목적물 등의 검사결과 및 검사 종료일 ${\bigtriangleup}$하도급대금의 지급일 지급금액 및 지급수단 ${\bigtriangleup}$설계 변경 등에 따라 하도급대금을 조정했을 때 사유 ${\bigtriangleup}$원재료 등의 가격변동 등에 따라 수급사업자가 하도급 대금 조정을 신청한 경우 협의내용 및 조정사유 등 7건은 보존 서면으로 명시했다. 이번 가이드라인은 동반성장협약 평가 항목에도 반영될 예정이다. 또한 공정거래위원회는 하도급법상 서면발급 또는 보존의무를 위반해 경고조치를 받을 때에는 교육이수를 권고하는 한편, 서면 미발급 등 혐의가 반복될 때에는 최고경영자(CEO)가 교육(3개월에 3시간)을 이수토록 규정했다. 특히 서면실태조사에서 서면 미발급 미보존 혐의가 장기간 상습적으로 이뤄졌다는 사실이 확인되면 직권조사를 거쳐 엄중할 방침이다.
