This study aimed to inquire into possibilities of the web-based representation of thematic maps by geo-information mashup in the geoweb platform. In the Web2.0, Google platform leads the geoweb by offering effective mashup functions for geo-information. Geo-information mashup is opening a new horizon of map applications in fusion with a great of data in the Internet. Geo-information mashup by the available data method can be classified as two type; one is linkage of sources of platform itself(satellite images) and external data, the other is linkage of platform itself and user created contents. This study made heatmap, proportional map, and choropleth map based on Google satellite images by the linkage of platform itself and external data. As a result, thematic map of Google mashup expected to give us to a flexibility for difference interpretations of geographical distribution by representing overlap with satellite images.

세계화의 빠른 진행과 더불어 외국에 대한 정확한 인식은 매우 중요한 문제로 등장하였다. 아직도 사실적 오류와 더불어 국제관계에서의 위치 때문에 많은 오류가 남아 있는 점도 사실이다. 그 가운데 미국의 위성영상서비스 가운데 가장 대표적인 구글사의 검색서비스와 미국지리정보국의 지명데이터베이스에 관한 내용을 분석함으로서 문제의 뿌리가 어디인지를 밝히고자 하였다. 이미 구글에 관련된 논문은 Science Direct 검색결과 69개가 검색되고 있을 만큼 전세계적 문화적 영향력을 가지고 있다. 본고에서는 전 세계의 지명을 영어로 서비스하고 있는 구글사와 미국의 지명 DB내에 있는 오류사례를 찾아내고, 그 유형을 분석하고, 특히 일제의 강점을 당했던 한국과 대만사례를 비교하는 데 있다. 대만 역시 1945년 제2차 세계대전의 종전으로 인해 일본의 영향에서 벗어나게 되었다. 따라서 지명에도 일본의 영향이 크게 남아 있을 것으로 보고 앞서 나온 유형대로 몇 개의 분석을 실시하였다. 그 중 대표적인 것을 들면, 경상남도 남해군 일원의 위성영상을 보면 최소한 3개의 일본식 지명이 나타난다. 우선 해양지명으로 미조만은 Mijo-wan으로 앵강만은 Oko-wan으로 표시되어 있고, 천황산은 Tenno San이라는 지명으로 나타나고 있다. 제주도의 한라산을 지칭하는 표준어는 Halla-san으로 등재되어 있으나 이명으로 소개되어 있는 것이 무려 11개나 등록되어 있는 것으로 파악되었다. Halla-san에 대한 미국의 NGA(National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency)의 지명정보 데이터베이스에서 검색한 결과는 아래와 같다. 앞의 간라산 또는 간다산 등은 일본식 표기임이 확실하며 여기에 오크랜드산(Auckland, Mount)이라고 또한 표기되어 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 대만의 경우 총 1,280개의 산악명과 산맥명이 등재되어 있으니 일본어 표기는 하나도 없으며, 영어로 Central Mountains와 Seaboard Mountains두개만 영문표기 지명이 등재되어 있을 뿐이며, 그 가운데 12개는 한자로 표기되어 있다. 국내의 지명이 모두 영문 알파벳으로 표기된 것과는 달리 대만의 경우 한자지명이 그대로 데이터베이스에 등재되어 있다. 하천의 경우를 분석해보면 1485개의 지명이 등록되어 있으며 이 가운데 24개는 한자지명으로 표기되어 있다. 유형별 분석을 통한 연구결과가 올바른 지명 찾기에 기여하고, 독도와 백두산에 국한된 지명논쟁의 근간을 공고히 하는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

With lots of information occurring on the Internet, the search engine plays a role in gathering the scattered information on the Internet. Some search engines show not only search result pages including search keyword but also search result numbers of the keyword. The number of keyword searching result provided by the Google search engine can be utilized to identify overall trends for this search word on the internet. This paper is aimed designing and realizing the system which can efficiently manage the number of searching result provided by Google search engine. This paper proposed system operates by Web, and consist of search agent, storage node, and search node, manage keyword and search result, numbers, and executing search. The proposed system make the results such as search keywords, the number of searching, NGD(Normalized Google Distance) that is the distance between two keywords in Google area.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate term suggestion services of major search portals, Naver and Google Korea. In particular, this study evaluated relevance and currency of related search terms provided, and analyzed characteristics such as number and distribution of terms, and queries that did not produce terms. This study also analyzed types of terms in terms of the relationship between queries and terms, and investigated types and characteristics of harmful terms and terms with grammatical errors. Finally, Korean queries and English queries, and popular queries and academic queries were compared in terms of the amount and relevance of search terms provided. The results of this study show that the relevance and currency of Naver's related search terms are somewhat higher than those of Google. Both Naver and Google tend to add terms to or delete terms from original queries, and provide identical search terms or synonym terms rather than providing entirely new search terms. The results of this study can be implemented to the portal's effective development of term suggestion services.

오늘날 전 세계적으로 가속화되는 기상이변에 따라 돌발성, 국지성 폭우 및 폭설의 빈도가 급격히 증가하는 추세이다. 이 같은 돌발기상 현상은 고층 건물과 인구의 과밀화로 인해 열섬효과가 자주 발생하는 도심지에서 특히 높은 발생률을 보이며, 그로 인한 막대한 인명 및 재산상의 피해가 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 이러한 돌발성 강수 현상들은 주로 저고도에서 생성 및 발달되며, 그 수명은 2~3시간에 불과하기 때문에 현재의 국내 기상관측 시스템으로는 예측 및 예보에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 현재, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국내 관련 기관들에서는 도심지를 중심으로 한 저층 기상 관측을 위한 소형 레이더 네트워크 구축을 계획하고 있다. 그와 함께, 본 논문에서는 향후 도입될 소형 레이더 네트워크의 활용성을 증대시키고, 기상재해의 피해를 줄이는 방법으로써, 구글 어스의 지도 서비스를 기반으로 한 기상 레이더 자료 활용 실시간 돌발성 기상재해 감시/추적 및 경보 시스템 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안하는 플랫폼은 전 세계적으로 통용되는 GIS 엔진으로서, 높은 확장성이 장점인 구글어스 플랫폼을 바탕으로 하며, 레이더 자료 분석 도구, 위험도 판별 도구 및 자료 표출/경보 도구 등으로 크게 세 가지의 기술도구 집단으로 구성된다. 제안한 플렛폼 상에서 시뮬레이션을 통해 구글어스 기반에서 레이더 누적강수량의 실시간 처리와 3차원 GIS 기반에서의 직관적인 경보 메시지 표출을 구현하였으며, 향후 각 기술 도구들 상의 기법들을 연구 및 개선함으로써 국토관측센서 네트워크 및 기상 재해 예 경보 체계를 위해 활용되어질 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study used the Google Trends site to analyze selection information that users expect from prominent Toothbrushes and Toothpastes through related search keywords that users wanted to obtain. From 2006 to 2018(sep), searches for Toothbrushes and Toothpastes were arranged in the order of popularity of related searched words. The total number of searches words exposed was each 25, total 325 collected. The analysis was conducted using two methods, first, by search function. second, by a word network using a Big Data program. The study has shown that toothbrushes there are high expectations for brands, toothpaste there are high expectations in the function. In order to increase the motivation for oral health education, it is recommended to use and provide knowledge about the brand of toothbrushes and Toothpastes by the function.
