  • 최근 센싱 기술과 정보화의 영향으로 하천에서 발생하는 다양한 정보들이 디지털화되어 저장되고 있으며, 이를 효율적으로 저장하고 관리하고자 하는 연구가 수행되고 있다. 특히, 과거에는 점, 선, 면으로 구성된 자료 위주로 구성되어 있어 수집된 자료를 주제별로 관리하는 레이어 형식으로 저장하여 자료를 표출하기 위한 목적으로 설계되었지만, 최근에는 영상자료, 시계열자료 등 기존의 자료와 다른 비구조적 형태의 자료가 발생함에 따라 하천 네트워크를 기반으로 한 하천공간정보를 관계형 구조로 설계하고 있다. 하천의 경우, 각 하천공간정보가 가지는 고유의 값을 활용하여 인접한 하천 네트워크를 구성하는 하천의 중심선 혹은 최심선을 기준으로 하천공간정보들을 관계성을 부여한다. 하지만 이러한 관계성은 자료의 저장, 관리, 제공에는 유리한 측면이 있지만 기하학적인 고려가 없기 때문에 공간정보로서 활용하기에는 한계가 존재한다. 쉽게 설명하면, 1차원 점에 해당하는 공간좌표는 가장 가까운 하천 네트워크를 대상으로 관계성 부여가 가능하지만, 2차원 선과 3차원 면에 해당하는 도형을 대표하는 위치가 공간적으로 많기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 하천 네트워크 기반 공간정보가 관계성을 부여하되 하천공간정보가 가지는 기하하적 구조를 반영하기 위해 하천 네트워크를 중심으로 한 곡선좌표계 부여 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 하천은 실제로 연속적으로 변화하며, 곡선으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 공간적으로 직교좌표계를 활용하기 보다는 곡선좌표계를 활용하는 것이 더 적합한 것으로 알려져 있다. 실제로 많은 수치해석 모형에서는 곡선좌표계를 고려하여 수치해석을 수행하고 있으며, 도로나 교통 분야의 공간정보에서도 공간적 고려를 위해 곡선좌표계를 활용하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천 중심선 혹은 최심선을 기준으로 흐름방향 거리를 S, 횡방향 거리를 N으로 설정하여 곡선좌표계를 정의하였으며, 직교좌표계와 곡선좌표계간의 좌표변환을 위해 이차원 변환방법인 투영변환을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법을 활용할 경우, 하천 네트워크 기반 공간정보가 자료 간의 관계성을 유지하며, 기하하적 고려가 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • 최근 도로 네트워크 환경에서 이동 객체 위치 정보를 관리하고 이동 객체의 미래 위치를 예측하는 이동 객체 위치 예측 시스템의 필요성이 나날이 증가되고 있다. 이동 객체위치 예측 시스템은 교통 관제 및 다양한 응급 상황 시 이동 객체의 미래 위치를 신속히 예측하기 위해 사용되며, 보다 편리한 위치 기반 서비스의 제공을 가능하게 해준다. 이러한 시스템을 위한 대부분의 미래 인덱싱 기법은 일반적으로 이동 객체의 미래 위치 예측을 위해 과거 이동 궤적을 이용하고 있다. 그러나, 수많은 이동 객체의 과거 이동 궤적 관리가 어렵고, 실시간으로 변화하는 이동 객체의 미래 궤적을 반영하기 위한 방대한 미래 인덱스의 갱신 요청으로 인해 인덱스 유지 비용이 증가하여 미래 위치 질의 요청에 대한 신속한 처리 성능이 떨어지게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이동 객체 위치 예측 시스템에서 방대한 이동 객체의 과거 이동 궤적으로부터 효율적으로 미래 위치를 예측하기 위해 셀 기반의 미래 인덱싱 방법인 PFCT-Tree(Probability Future Cell Trajectory-Tree)를 제시한다. PFCT-Tree는 방대한 과거 이동 궤적을 셀 단위로 재구성하여 인덱스 크기를 줄이고, 셀 내부 경험치를 기반으로 장기간 질의 시 빠른 미래 위치를 예측할 수 있다. 또한 신속한 미래 이동 궤적의 갱신 속도를 향상시키기 위해 미래 시간을 미래 궤적과 분리하여 인덱싱함으로써 위치 예측 오류로 인한 미래 인덱스 갱신 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 실험을 통해 도로 네트워크 환경에서 PFCT-Tree가 기존 인덱싱 기법들보다 갱신 및 검색 성능이 우수함도 입증하였다.ential oil (Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, Petigrain)은 농도 의존적으로 ROS 생성을 증가시켰다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 citrus essential oil은 MSH에 의한 melanin 생성을 억제하는 것으로 보아 미백제로서의 개발 가능성이 있는 것으로 사료된다.가 사용될 수 있음을 제시한다.찍 발견되어 크기는 작았으며, 육안적으로 폴립의 Yamada 형태의 분류는 II, III의 형태를 띠고 있었다.EX>로 한반도 후기 백악기의 고지자기극$(Lat./Long.=70.9^{\circ}N/215.4^{\circ}E,\;A_{95}=5.3^{\circ})$의 위치와 유사하므로 암석의 생성 시기는 후기 백악기로 판단하였다. 한편 함평분지에 분포하는 백악기 화산암류에서는 한 개의 정자화 방향과 두 개의 역자화 방향이 확인되었다. 이들 특성잔류자화 방향은 백악기 화산암 형성 당시 암석에 기록된 성분으로써 당시 지구자기장의 상태를 기록한 것으로 해석하였으며, 이중 정자화 방향을 함평분지 화산암의 대표 방향으로 채택하였다 함평분지 화산암의 고지자기 극의 위치는 정자극의 경우는 $Lat./Long.=70.2^{\circ}N/199.5^{\circ}E,\;(K=18.1,\;A_{95}=9.6^{\circ})$ 이며 역자극의 경우는 $Lat./Long.=65.5^{\circ}S/251.3^{\circ}E,\;(K=7.1,\;A_{95}=20.7^{\circ})$이다. 이중 정자극의 위치는 한반도의 후기 백악기극의 위치와 통계적으로 동일한 것으로 나타나 함평분지 화산암

A Study on the Research Topics and Trends in South Korea: Focusing on Particulate Matter (토픽모델링을 이용한 국내 미세먼지 연구 분류 및 연구동향 분석)

  • The particulate matter (PM) has emerged as a hot topic around the world as it has been reported that PM is related to an increase in mortality and prevalence rates. In South Korea, the importance of PM has been recognized since the late 1990s, and various studies on PM have been conducted. This study investigated the PM research topics and trends for papers (D=2,764) published in Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) using topic modeling based on Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). As a result, a total of 10 topics were identified in the whole papers, and the PM research topics were classified as 'PM reduction (Topic 1)', 'Government policy and management (Topic 2)', 'Characteristics of PM (Topic 3)', 'PM model (Topic 4)', 'Environmental education (Topic 5)', 'Bio (Topic 6)', 'Traffic (Topic 7)', 'Asian dust (Topic 8)', 'Indoor PM (Topic 9)', 'Human risk (Topic 10)'. In particular, the proportion of papers on topics 'Government policy and management (Topic 2)', 'PM model (Topic 4)', 'Environmental education (Topic 5)', and 'Bio (Topic 6)' to the toal number of papers increased over time (linear slope > 0). The results of this study provide the new literature review methodology related to particulate matter and the history and insight.

  • The main purpose of this study is located at developing Ominibus Monitoring System(OMS) for the purpose of the internal management, which enable to establish job standards, find out matters to be improved, and appreciate for its treatment in a systematic way. It is through developing subjective or objective estimation tool with use of importance, perceived level, and complex index at international airport by each principal service items, The direction of this study came towards for the purpose of developing a metric analysis tool, utilizing the Quantitative Secondary Data, Analysing Perceived Data through airport user surveys, systemizing the data collection-input-analysis process, making data image according to the graph of results, planning service encounter and endowing control attribution, and ensuring competitiveness at the minimal international standards. It is much important to set up a pre-investigation plan on the base of existent foreign literature and actual inspection to international airport. Two tasks have been executed together on the base of this pre-investigation; one is developing subjective estimation standards for departing party, entering party, and airport residence and the other is developing objective standards as complementary methods. The study has processed for the monitoring services at airports regularly and irregularly through developing software system for operating standards after ensuring credibility and feasibility of estimation standards with substantial and statistical way.

Security Credential Management & Pilot Policy of U.S. Government in Intelligent Transport Environment (지능형 교통 환경에서 미국정부의 보안인증관리 & Pilot 정책)

  • This paper analyzed the SCMS and pilot policy, which is pursued by the U.S. government in connected vehicles. SCMS ensures authentication, integrity, privacy and interoperability. The SCMS Support Committee of U.S. government has established the National Unit SCMS and is responsible for system-wide control. Of course, it introduces security policy, procedures and training programs making. In this paper, the need for SCMS to be applied to C-ITS was discussed. The structure of the SCMS was analyzed and the U.S. government's filot policy for connected vehicles was discussed. The discussion of the need for SCMS highlighted the importance of the role and responsibilities of SCMS between vehicles and vehicles. The security certificate management system looked at the structure and analyzed the type of certificate used in the vehicle or road side unit (RSU). The functions and characteristics of the certificates were reviewed. In addition, the functions of basic safety messages were analyzed with consideration of the detection and warning functions of abnormal behavior in SCMS. Finally, the status of the pilot project for connected vehicles currently being pursued by the U.S. government was analyzed. In addition to the environment used for the test, the relevant messages were also discussed. We also looked at some of the issues that arise in the course of the pilot project.

A fundamental study on the development of feasibility assessment system for utility tunnel by urban patterns (도심지 유형별 공동구 설치 타당성 평가시스템 개발에 관한 기초 연구)

  • The road network system of major domestic urban areas such as city of Seoul was rapidly developed and regionally expanded. In addition, many kinds of life-lines such as electrical cables, telephone cables, water&sewerage lines, heat&cold conduits and gas lines were needed in order for urban residents to live comfortably. Therefore, most of the life-lines were individually buried in underground and individually managed. The utility tunnel is defined as the urban planning facilities for commonly installing life-lines in the National Land Planning Act. Expectation effectiveness of urban utility tunnels is reducing repeated excavation of roads, improvement of urban landscape; road pavement durability; driving performance and traffic flow. It can also be expected that ensuring disaster safety for earthquakes and sinkholes, smart-grind and electric vehicle supply, rapid response to changes in future living environment and etc. Therefore, necessity of urban utility tunnels has recently increased. However, all of the constructed utility tunnels are cut-and-cover tunnels domestically, which is included in development of new-town areas. Since urban areas can not accommodate all buried life-lines, it is necessary to study the feasibility assessment system for utility tunnel by urban patterns and capacity optimization for urban utility tunnels. In this study, we break away from the new-town utility tunnels and suggest a quantitative assessment model based on the evaluation index for urban areas. In addition, we also develop a program that can implement a quantitative evaluation system by subdividing the feasibility assessment system of urban patterns. Ultimately, this study can contribute to be activated the urban utility tunnel.

  • As computer systems of high capacity and high performance recently emerged, various researches about GISs(Geographic Information Systems) have been in progress and many GIS applications have also been developed. From the domestic situation where many people are using mobile devices, because of the recent advances in the mobile technology, we can infer that the time will come when every individual will carry a mobile device with a GPS(Global Positioning System) module resulting from the development of a miniature GPS Module. Therefore, a mobile GIS that can allows users to deal with dynamic GIS data management and perform their tasks while moving will be required. This paper discusses the design and implementation of a mobile GIS using the shareware DBMS, called postgresSQL. The Mobile GIS in which a mobile concept is utilized at the GIS data server makes it possible to insert, delete, update GIS data, to zoom in and zoom out displayed maps, and to locate the user's position on the client device. Therefore, It is possible to manage dynamic GIS data in order to deal with GIS data on the maps while moving, connect various GIS data servers through the middleware, and connected with ITS (Intelligent Transport System) which is one of applications of the Mobile GIS developed in this paper.

Development of Smart Wireless Measurement System for Monitoring of Bridges (교량 모니터링을 위한 스마트 무선 계측 시스템 개발)

  • In this paper, a research was performed to develop a wireless measurement system for bridge monitoring using MEMS sensor and bluetooth wireless communication module. First, in order to prove the suitability of MEMS sensor for the bridge measurement, its ranges of measuring acceleration and of frequency response were experimented. Also, the quality of wireless communication was tested by an experiment on long-distance communication for the knowledge of maximum communication distance, and also by an experiment on the data transmit-receive capability both inside and outside of a steel box bridge. Later, placing the wireless acceleration sensor system that had been developed in our lab on a bridge in public service, we acquired vibration data from the bridge under traffic load and analyzed its dynamic characteristics in realtime. For the analysis of the data, NExT & ERA algorithm were employed. The result of analysis was compared to the FE analysis of the same bridge, and the comparison made it possible to evaluate the performance of wireless acceleration sensor system. As a result, it was proven that the wireless acceleration sensor system developed with the use of MEMS sensor and bluetooth wireless communication module could be effectively applied to the measurement of structure whose vibration feature was low frequency like a bridge.

Real-time Road Surface Recognition and Black Ice Prevention System for Asphalt Concrete Pavements using Image Analysis (실시간 영상이미지 분석을 통한 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 노면 상태 인식 및 블랙아이스 예방시스템)

  • Black ice is very difficult to recognize and reduces the friction of the road surface, causing automobile accidents. Since black ice is difficult to detect, there is a need for a system that identifies black ice in real time and warns the driver. Various studies have been conducted to prevent black ice on road surfaces, but there is a lack of research on systems that identify black ice in real time and warn drivers. In this paper, an real-time image-based analysis system was developed to identify the condition of asphalt road surface, which is widely used in Korea. For this purpose, a dataset was built for each asphalt road surface image, and then the road surface condition was identified as dry, wet, black ice, and snow using deep learning. In addition, temperature and humidity data measured on the actual road surface were used to finalize the road surface condition. When the road surface was determined to be black ice, the salt spray equipment installed on the road was automatically activated. The surface condition recognition system for the asphalt concrete pavement and black ice automatic prevention system developed in this study are expected to ensure safe driving and reduce the incidence of traffic accidents.

A Study on Improvement of the police disaster crisis management system (경찰의 재난위기관리 개선에 관한 연구)

  • With about 75% of the population of Korea criticizing the government's disaster policy and a failure to respond to large-scale emergency like the Sewol ferry sinking means that there is a deep distrust in the government. In order to prevent dreadful disasters such as the Sewol ferry sinking, it is important to secure a prime time with respect to disaster safety. Improving crisis management skills and managerial role of police officers who are in close proximity to the people is necessary for the success of disaster management. With disaster management as one of the most essential missions of the police, as a part of a national crisis management, a step by step strengthening of the disaster safety management system of the police is necessary, as below. First, at the prevention phase, law enforcement officers were not injected into for profit large-scale assemblies or events, but in the future the involvement, injection should be based on the level of potential risk, rather than profitability. In the past and now, the priortiy was the priority was on traffic flow, traffic communication, however, the paradigm of traffic policy should be changed to a safety-centered policy. To prevent large-scale accidents, police investigators should root out improper routines and illegal construction subcontracting. The police (intelligence) should strengthen efforts to collect intelligence under the subject of "safety". Second, with respect to the preparatory phase, on a survey of police officers, the result showed that 72% of police officers responded that safety management was not related to the job descriptions of the police. This, along with other results, shows that the awareness of disaster safety must be adopted by, or rather changed in the police urgently. The training in disaster safety education should be strengthened. A network of experts (private, administrative, and police) in safety management should be established to take advantage of private resources with regard to crisis situtions. Third, with respect to the response phase, for rapid first responses to occur, a unified communication network should be established, and a real-time video information network should be adopted by the police and installed in the police situation room. Fourth, during the recovery phase, recovery teams should be injected, added and operated to minimize secondary damage.
