  • This paper is Intersection image recording system for transmitting to the central center after integrating the intersection image and signal split image into one image information. The system was configured to collect the intersection image and the signal split image and transmitted to the central center after integrating images into one image and recorded. The system is expected to be effective in preventing a secondary accident by immediately propagate the accident information and reduce the time it takes to dispute and determine the cause of the accident.

  • 교차로 좌회전 이동류에 대해 곡선반경의 확보여부는 용량 및 안전성측면에 많은 영향을 주게 된다. 죄회전 곡선반경의 결정은 설계기준차량의 회전궤적에 따라 결정되며 곡선반경의 모양은 원곡선의 형태를 유지하는 것이 바람직한 형태로 제시되고 있다. 교차로 설게시 곡선반경의 확보방안으로 정지선을 후퇴시키는 방안을 제시함으로서 좌회전 이동류에 대해 용량 및 안전성을 개선할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 본 논문은 교통 신호 제어 알고리즘들의 성능을 비교하기 위한 복수 교차로 시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 기존의 교통 시뮬레이터들은 단일교차로를 대상으로 하거나 텍스트 모드로 동작하는 경우가 많았다. 논문의 시뮬레이터는 Visual C++의 MFC 라이브러리를 사용하여 n$\times$n 형태를 갖는 복수 교차로에 적합하도록 객체 지향적으로 구현되었으며, 성능 비교를 위하여 제어 알고리즘들을 별개의 윈도우에서 처리하기 쉽도록 MDI 방식을 사용하였다. 객체지향 프로그래밍 기술로 시뮬레이터를 설계하였기 때문에 편리할 뿐만 아니라 확장이나 수정이 용이하다는 장점을 갖는다.

  • 유전자 알고리즘은 탐색 공간에서 새로운 샘플을 찾기 위하여 선택과 재조합의 연산을 사용하는 모집단 기반 모델이다. 교차 연산은 최적화 알고리즘인 유전자 알고리즘(GA)에서 가장 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 이 논문에서는 교차 연산 수행 시 필요한 교차점 위치 조절이 수렴에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 분석해 보고자 한다. 교차점 위치를 세대 진행수와 수렴 정도에 따라 특정 위치로 조절한 방법이 일반적인 확률로 교차점 위치를 정하여 최적화를 수행한 경우보다 전역 해를 더 빨리 찾아감을 볼 수 있었다.

Static Optimization Model for Congested Signalized Intersections (혼잡 신호교통로 제어를 위한 최적화 모형 개발)

  • 지난 수십년간 수많은 신호교차로제어모형이 제시되어 왔으나 과포화교차로를 특별히 다루는 기법은 거의 없었다. 본고에서는 과포화상태의 신호교차로제어를 위한 최적화모형이 제시된다. 지체도최소화나 연동폭최대화가 전통적인 제어목표로 사용되어 왔으나 혼잡교차로 제어에는 생산성최대화(maximum productivity)가 적절하며 본 모형에 사용되었다. 제시된 최적화모형은 Mixed Integer Linear Programming의 형태를 취한다. 본 모형은 두 개의 교차로 문제에 적용되었으며, 모형화 과정에 사용된 가정들의 적절함이 민감도분석에 의해 증명되었다. 최적해의 검증을 위하여 microscopic simulation model인 TRAF-NETSIM을 사용하였다.

  • Attempts to relax cross-media ownership have been made by conservative Party and leading dailies. A concern with the cross-ownership of media is predominant in media and political spheres. This article is about the media market concentration created by cross-media ownership. This essay is a response to the demand of the ruling camp that attempts to concentrate on media market, and to increase their influence. I have outlined issues of cross ownership. The finding of this research supported the rationale of ban on cross ownership of newspaper and broadcasting outlet.

  • 역할 기반 시스템(role-based system)은 역할을 수행할 수 있는 객체만 존재한다면 환경에 구애 받지 않고 시스템을 실행하는 것이 가능하므로, 적응성(adaptation) 및 상호작용(interaction) 측면에서 이점을 가진다. 이는 객체가 동적으로 이동하여 다른 환경에 속했을 때, 해당 객체가 역할을 수행할 수 있다면 새로운 환경에서 이질적으로 받아들이지 않고 적응할 수 있는 이동성(mobility)의 개념을 포함하므로 차량이 동적으로 이동하는 교차로 시스템에 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 역할 기반 에이전트를 교차로 안전지원 시스템에 적용하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 역할 기반 시스템의 이점을 증명한다.

  • As a city and industries are developed rapidly, a traffic accident and congestion take places on the road link become serious and it can be a large problem of the society in the future. Especially, most of the traffic accidents on the signalized intersection are caused by the human factor, vehicle and environmental factor mutually. The relation of the traffic accident and volume is acting on the outbreak of the traffic accident and the mistake of driver altogether as a major cause. The purpose of this paper is to develop a model for the forecasting of the traffic accident and to use research data gained to predict many traffic accidents. The data of this study were used with real one of the 73 areas of the four-legged signalized intersection in Kwang-ju city from 1996 to 1998 for three years to develop a model for the forecasting of the traffic accident. The statistical methods used in this paper are the principal component, regression and correlation analysis. We studied accident models to find out useful data from the statistics method and applied the data to the different area of the Choun-La province for the verification of the model. So, the result of this paper showed a reasonable model for the forecasting or the traffic accident and possibility of the model for simulating on real case. Finally, This study would be made of a study continually for the safe design and plan for the four-legged signalized intersection.

Effectiveness Analysis of Installation of Turbo Roundabouts (터보형 회전교차로 설치 효과분석)

  • This study deals with Turbo-Roundabout of Special-Roundabouts. Recently, many rotary intersections are being constructed in Korea, but the effect of the rotary intersection depends on the total entrance traffic volume and the area of the paper. The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation and accident reduction effect of turning traffic signal intersection with small traffic volume into turbo - type turning intersection. The main results are as follows. First, when the traffic volume of the main road is high, the traffic volume of the subway is less than 10 ~ 15%, or when the left turn ratio is less than 30%, it is improved when switching to the turbo type turn intersection instead of the first turn type and second turn type turn intersection Was analyzed. Second, it is considered that turbo type rotary intersection is more effective than first - type rotary intersection, and it is more effective in increasing road capacity because the area of paper is smaller than that of second - order rotary intersection. Third, the number of traffic accidents decreased by 45.9% and the number of injured persons decreased by 76.5% after the conversion of the turnover type turnover to turbo type. 100%), the number of car accidents was 0.3, and the number of casualties was 0 (100%). Finally, the positive evaluation of the user satisfaction survey showed that the improvement in safety, accessibility, and convenience was improved by 60.4%, which was improved by 16.4% to 76.8% after the conversion to the turbo type turnover.

A Study on the Calculation of Dynamic Yellow Signal Time Based on Approach Speed and Collision Points (접근속도와 상충지점 기반 동적황색신호시간 산정 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to calculate the appropriate yellow-signal time for intersections, to find out the relationship between the approach speed and intersection width when calculating the time, and to secure safety by minimizing conflicts and dilemma sections in intersections that change according to the signal operation. For this purpose, 6,824 data points from 5 intersections were collected and analyzed. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the approach speed of individual vehicles in different lanes was analyzed, and the width of an intersection was defined by considering the conflict in each direction. Second, we developed a multiple regression model based on the approach speed and conflict points, which compensated for the problems of an existing formula. Third, a standard table is presented for applying the appropriate yellow-signal time according to the approach speed and intersection width based on a development formula. A method is also presented to determine the safety of the length of the dilemma according to the change in the yellow-light time by presenting a calculation table that can cross-analyze the yellow-signal time and a dilemma section using the relationship.
