The cross-lagged effects of unmarried fathers' involvement on children's behavior problems (교차지연 모형을 통한 비혼 아버지의 양육참여와 아동의 문제행동간의 인과관계 검증)

  • Using a subsample of 3,409 unmarried smothers and their children from the Fragile Families and Child Wellbeing study, the present study examined the cross-lagged effects of unmarried fathers' involvement on their children's behavior problems. Father involvement was used as a latent variable to measure the frequency of fathers' visits to the child, fathers' instrumental support, and their supportive parenting. Both variables of father involvement and child behavior problems were repeatedly measured at child ages 3, 5, and 9 to estimate their trends over time. The results indicated that fathers' more active engagement in parenting at child ages 3 to 5 reduced behavior problems in children at ages 5 to 9. Further discussions include programs and services to support unmarried fathers through education and training opportunities for effective parenting, relationship skills, and conflict resolutions as well as policy strategies to encourage their continuous involvement in the lives of their children.

The Longitudinal Relationship between Self-directed Learning Ability and Career Maturity using Autoregressive Cross-lagged Modeling by Middle and High School Students in Seoul (자기주도학습능력과 진로성숙도 간 자기회귀교차지연 효과검증: 서울지역 중·고등학생을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the causal relationship between self-directed learning ability and career maturity by Middle and High School Students in Seoul. This study used Seoul Education Longitudinal Study(SELS) data. Using autoregressive cross-lagged modeling, the results was followed. first, self-directed learning ability value was had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Second, career maturity also had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Third, previous self-directed learning ability had significant positive effect on the later career maturity, but the previous career maturity had no significant effect on later self-directed learning ability.

  • In Smart Grid, smart meter sends our electric signal data to the main server of power supply in real-time. However, the more efficient the management of power loads become, the more likely the user's pattern of usage leaks. This paper points out the threat of privacy and the need of security measures in smart device environment by showing that it's possible to identify the appliances and the specific usage patterns of users from the smart meter's data. Learning algorithm PCA is used to reduce the dimension of the feature space and k-NN Classifier to infer appliances and states of them. Accuracy is validated with 10-fold Cross Validation.

  • In this research, a method of deriving statistical weight prediction formula which is used during the conceptual design phase was studied and it was programmed using Microsoft Excel and verified by applying to jet transport aircraft. The database was built while referencing the variables of conventional wing weight estimation formulas and it was used for modeling the jet transport wing weight regression equation. The model was evaluated using the K-fold cross validation method to solve the overfitting problem of the model.

  • 갈수량(low flow)은 과거 자연상태 하천에서 갈수기에 흘렀던 유량으로서 자연과 사람이 공유할 수 있는 최소한의 유량이며, 이수측면에서 하천수의 공급능력을 평가하여 취수량을 설정하는 기준 유량이다. 일본과 국내에서는 지금까지 일유량의 유황곡선(flow duration curve)을 분석하여 평균갈수량, 기준갈수량 등을 결정하고 이를 갈수량의 지표로 이용하여 왔다. 그러나 미국과 영국 등에서는 7일 동안의 유량을 통계분석하여 만든 10년빈도 7일 최저유량$(7Q_{10})$을 갈수량 지표로 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위의 두 지표를 실험을 통해 비교하여 서로의 장단점을 우선 고찰하여 보았다. 갈수량 산정을 위해서는 과거의 관측 유량자료가 필요하나 국내에는 수위 관측시설이 한정되어 있을 뿐 아니라 홍수기에 비해 갈수기 자료가 턱없이 부족하여 갈수량 산정에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 국내에서는 대부분 유역면적을 이용한 비유량법으로 계측유역으로부 터 미계측유역의 갈수량을 산정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미계측유역(ungauged basin)의 갈수량을 산정하기 위한 방법으로 지역회귀기법(regional regression method)을 국내에 적용하여 보았다. 이를 위해 9개 수위관측소 유역과 7개 댐 유역의 과거 유량자료를 이용하였으며, 교차검증(cross validation)을 통해 갈수량 산정결과의 정확도 검증을 실시하였다.

Car Collision Verification System for the Ubiquitous Parking Management (유비쿼터스 주차관리를 위한 차량충돌 검증시스템)

  • Most researches in WSN-based parking management system used wireless sensors to monitor the events in a car parking area. However, the problem of car collisions in car parks was not discussed by previous researches. The car position details over time are vital in analyzing a collision event. This paper proposes a collision verification method to detect and to analyze the collision event in the parking area, and then notifies car owners. The detection uses the information from motion sensors for comprehensive details of position and direction of a moving car, and the verification processes an object tracking technique with a fast OBB intersection test. The performance tests show that the location technique is more accurate with additional sensors and the OBB collision test is faster compared to a normal OBB intersection test.

  • This paper describes the implementation of rock mass rating evaluation based on genetic algorithm(GA) and conditional simulation technique to estimate RMR in the area without sufficient borehole data RMR were estimated by GA and conditional simulation technique with reflecting distribution feature and spatial correlation. And RMR determined by GA were compared with the results from kriging. Through the analysis of the results from 30 simulations, the uncertainty of estimation could be quantified.

  • 1989년에 WWW(World Wide Web)이 도입 되면서 세계적으로 인터넷의 보급이 시작되었다. 정보화 시대라고 알려진 3차 산업혁명 이후로 대량의 정보들이 소셜 미디어를 통하여 생산되었다. 소셜미디어는 2007년에 인터넷 사용자들 중 56%의 이용률을 보였지만 2008년 2분기에는 75%의 이용률로 증가함에 따라 대부분의 사용자들이 많이 사용하며 의존하게 되었다. 또한 소셜 미디어를 통해 발생 되는 데이터들을 이용하여 기업들은 이윤 창출을 할 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 소셜 미디어는 악의적인 목적을 통해 주가 조작, 정치적 선동 등을 할 수 있는 가짜 뉴스와 허위 정보들을 생성할 수 있으며 이에 따라 대책이 시급하다. 또한 가짜 뉴스는 사람이 글을 작성할 수도 있지만 최근 인공지능 기술의 발달에 따라 프로그램을 통해 자동적으로 생성 될 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 실제 뉴스와 인공지능을 기반으로 한 뉴스를 분석한다. Kaggle에서 실제 뉴스 데이터를 수집하여 헤드라인을 OpenAI의 GPT-2 언어 모델을 통해 뉴럴 가짜 뉴스를 생성 하였다. 파이썬의 NLTK 모듈을 이용하여 전처리를 진행하였고 t-검정과 박스 플롯을 활용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석된 주요 속성들을 의사결정트리를 통해 모델 검증을 하였고 k-fold 교차검증을 통해 분류 모델을 평가하였다. 결과로 전체 분류 정확도 평균 89%의 성능을 보여주었다.

Experimental Validation on Underwater Sound Speed Measurement Method Using Cross-Correlation of Time-Domain Acoustic Signals in a Reverberant Water Tank (잔향 수조에서의 시간 이력 수음 신호 간 교차상관을 이용한 수중 음속 계측 방법에 관한 실험적 검증)

  • Underwater sound speed is an important analysis parameter on an estimation of the underwater radiated noise (URN) emitted from vessels. This paper aims to present an underwater sound speed measurement procedure using a cross-correlation of time-domain acoustic signals and validate the procedure through an experiment in a reverberant water tank. For the purpose, time-domain acoustic signals transmitted by a Gaussian pulse excitation from an acoustic projector have been measured at 20 hydrophone positions in the reverberant water tank. Then, the sound speed in water has been calculated by a linear regression using 190 cross-correlation cases of distances and time lags between the received signals and the result has been compared with those estimated by the existing empirical formulae. From the result, it is regarded that the presented experimental procedure to measure an underwater sound speed is reliably applicable if the time resolution is sufficiently high in the measurement.

A Study on the Application of Cross-Certification Technology for the Automatic Authentication of Charging Users in ISO 15118 Standard (ISO 15118 충전 사용자 자동인증을 위한 교차인증서 기술의 적용에 관한 연구)

  • ISO 15118 is an international standard that defines communication between electric vehicles and electric vehicle chargers. Plug & Charge (PnC) was also defined as a technology to automatically authenticate users when using charging services. PnC indicates automatic authentication technology where all processes such as electric vehicle user authentication, charging and billing are automatically processed. According to the standard, certificates for chargers and CPSs (Certificate Provisioning Services) should be under the V2G (Vehicle to Grid) Root certificate. In Korea, the utility company operates its own PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), making it difficult to provide chargers under the V2G Root Certificate. Therefore, a method that can be authenticated is necessary even when you have different Root Certificates. This paper proposes to apply cross-certificate technology to PnC authentication. Automatic authentication of Cross Certification is to issue a cross-certificate of the Root CA and include it in the certificate chain to proceed with automatic authentication, even if you have different Root certificates. Applying cross-certificate technology enables verification of certificates under other Root certificates. In this paper, the PnC automatic authentication and cross certificate automatic authentication is implemented, so as to proceed with proof of concept proving that both methods are available. Define development requirements, certificate profiles, and user authentication sequences, and implement and execute them accordingly. This experiment confirms that two automatic authentication are practicable, especially the scalability of automatic authentication using cross-certificate PnC.
