자율운항선박의 도입으로 최첨단의 미래선박을 운항하기 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련이 반드시 필요하다. 국제해사기구에서도 규정검토작업을 마치고 자율운항선박 운용을 위한 법제도를 준비하고 있으나 아직 교육훈련 관련 논의는 시작되지 않았다. 자율운항선박의 출현으로 원격운항자 또는 자율운항시스템 운용 인력이 새롭게 등장할 것이나 이들의 새로운 역할에 대한 교육훈련이 반드시 필요하다고 할 것이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 자율운항선박 운항 인력을 위한 교육훈련의 해외사례를 살펴보고, 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Level-Based Education is necessary for the multi-cultural learners because they tend to have the academic underachievement and learning deficiency that cause the huge educational gap. However, it is very hard to make the best of competence for the multi-cultural learners in the classroom. So, it is needed to suggest how we can use the educational contents that are appropriate for the Level-Based Learning and Individual Learning to make good use of teaching the learners from multi-cultural families. However, developing the new educational contents takes much time and cost, we have to improve existing contents for the student from multi-cultural families to use it. Hence, the purpose of this thesis is to develop the educational appropriateness evaluation scale to verify the educational contents that are for the multi-cultural students based on the educational content's evaluation tool, so by developing the scale, I intend to evaluate the 4~6 grades' Korean contents of the E-learning service and provide the ways of improvement.

Recently, there is an increasing number of universities in which SW education is operated as a liberal arts education regardless of major. In this paper, the survey is conducted to analysis the factors affecting the non-majors students' perception of the necessity of SW education through a case study of SW liberal arts by gender, college, and SW learning experience. As a result, men, students of social science college, and students with SW learning experience strongly agreed that SW education for non-majors is essential. 'SW education is very helpful in studying my major' was analyzed as a necessary condition of SW education for non-majors. Especially, the difficulty of SW learning did not affect the recognition of the necessity of non-majors SW education. If the SW liberal education is based on the SW technology that helps their major, it will be expected that the improved learning motivation due to majors-relevance will deepen a consensus on SW education.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity of safety awareness and education regarding the use of laboratories, and to foster safety awareness during intramural and extracurricular activities in high schools. The study conducted a questionnaire to 290 eleventh grade students of three high schools located in Seoul. The collected data were statistically analyzed. The result illustrates that 64.8% of students have experienced safety education during a regular class, 6.6% have experienced accidents, and 68.0% have experienced safety education during field activities. The result concludes that there is a lack of prior safety education as well as overall low awareness on the necessity of safety education. In particular, students who have experienced safety education recognizes the necessity of emergency education regarding laboratory accident more than those who did not receive such education. Thus, a systematic management of laboratory safety education and multilateral management measures for students' safety are required. There is a relatively high correlation between safety intention of R&D and Education factors and Community and Laboratory Safety Education. As much as there is a high safety demand regarding the laboratory instruments and experiment, it shows high intention of safety lab operation as well as count measurement of lab accident. This study recommends developing a laboratory safety education program and management methods appropriate for high school students.

우리 사회에서 학벌주의는 여러 가지 사회 경제적 문제를 유발시키고 있다. 또한, 학벌주의는 과열 사교육비의 증가, 과도한 대학 입시 경쟁, 대학의 서열 고착화 등의 교육문제를 유발시키면서 공업교육을 비롯한 직업교육을 기피하게 하는 원인을 제공하는 등 교육 전반에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 내포하고 있는 학벌주의를 극복하기 위해 노력하는 일은 우리 사회를 능력중심사회로 발전시킬 수 있는 계기를 마련해 줄 수 있고, 학습자들의 소질과 적성에 부합하는 진로를 선택할 수 있는 계기를 제공해 준다는 점에서 그 의의가 매우 크다. 학벌주의의 극복을 위한 대책의 효율적인 추진을 위해서는 무엇보다도 다양한 사회 구성원의 학벌주의에 관한 인식을 정확하게 파악하는 연구가 필요하다. 더욱이 최근에 정부가 학벌주의 개선을 위한 다양한 대책을 구상하고 있는 현 시점에서는 그간에 논의된 이들 개선 대책에 관한 의견도 동시에 조사 분석할 필요가 있다. 이러한 필요성에 기초하여 이 연구에서는 우리 사회의 다양한 구성원을 대상으로 학벌주의에 관한 인식과 개선 요구를 조사 연구함을 주 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 사회의 다양한 구성원을 대상으로 학벌주의의 원인과 문제점에 대한 인식을 종합적으로 조사하였다. 둘째, 사회의 다양한 구성원을 대상으로 학벌주의의 개선 요구 사항을 종합적으로 조사하였다. 셋째, 조사 결과가 함의하는 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 학벌주의의 극복을 위한 실천 대책을 수립하는 과정에서 중시되어야 할 관점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학벌주의의 개념 정립이 필요하다. 둘째, 학벌주의는 다른 나라보다 우리나라에서 더욱 심각한 사회 문제로 접근되어야 한다. 셋째, 학벌주의 형성 원인에 대한 정확한 이해와 분석에 기초한 대책 수립이 필요하다. 넷째, 학벌주의의 원인은 교육제도 내에서보다는 사회 전반에서 구명되고, 그 극복 대책이 마련되어야 한다. 다섯째, 대증적(對症的)인 대책보다는 장기적이고 근본적인 대책 마련이 필요하다. 여섯째, 학벌주의 극복 대책의 지향점은 학습자의 올바른 진로정치의 계기 마련과 이를 통한 능력중심사회의 구현이 되어야 한다.

Recently it has been claimed that character education should be applied not only in ethics but also in other disciplines including science education. With several attempts at character education in previous research on science education, the examination of its requisite and components is needed. This research investigates the necessity and elements of character education to be improved upon in science classes through questionnaires and focus interviews of experts in the field of science education such as secondary school teachers, professors, and researchers. They recognize that character education should be adopted in science education with three backgrounds: scientist activities, the field of secondary school, and inquiry education. Based on moral education and citizenship, elements of character education in science class are comprised of four essential character elements including honesty, sympathy, tolerance, and self-esteem, and seven practical character elements that are divided into personal qualities: sincerity, responsibility, and self-control and social qualities: consideration, openness, communication, and cooperation. Their validity and importance are accepted by experts.

농업의 특수성과 농촌의 어려움을 극복하기 위해서 지식과 정보를 효율적으로 축적하고 분배할 수 있는 정보화의 도입이 필요하다. 하지만, 농업인들은 대부분 컴퓨터 이용에 대한 필요성은 인식하고 있으나 어떻게 접근해야 하는지에 대한 방법은 미숙한 실정이다. 또한, 도ㆍ농간 소득격차가 확대되고 영세농의 쇠퇴로 빈익빈 현상이 심화되어 이를 해결하기 위한 정보교육의 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서, 국내외 농업정보를 신속히 수집하여 체계화시킨 후 영농에 반영하여 농업생산성을 증가시키기 위해서는 농업인 스스로 정보이용능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 농업정보 교육용 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 농업인 스스로가 농업정보를 활용할 수 있는 기반을 조성하기 위해 언제 어디서나 쉽고 편리하게 접할 수 있는 아주 기초단계 교육용 프로그램(On/Off-Line용 CD 타이틀) 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 농업인 정보화 교육용 CD 타이틀을 개발하는 과정을 소개하고자 한다.

지식정보사회로의 전환에 따라 컴퓨터는 교육에 있어서 교육 내용으로써 뿐만 아니라 교육적 활용의 측면으로도 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히 학교 환경에서 컴퓨터를 교육에 활용하고자 하는 정보통신기술교육이 강조되면서 이와 인식을 같이 하는 컴퓨터교육의 필요성도 강조되어 실시되고 있다. 그러나 제7차 교육과정에서 제시된 중 고등학교 일반 교과에서의 컴퓨터 교육은 응용 소프트웨어를 이용한 컴퓨터의 도구적 활용을 상대적으로 강조하게 되어 있어 교과로서의 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 컴퓨터 교육의 정체성 확립과 급격한 변화속에서의 컴퓨터 교육의 방향을 설정하지 못한 채 그 활용만을 위주로 전개되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 학교 컴퓨터 교육의 현황을 살펴보고, 지식정보사회에서의 교과로서 컴퓨터 교육의 정체성을 확립하기 위한 컴퓨터교과에 대한 개념, 컴퓨터 교육의 필요성과 역할에 대해 모색하였다.

다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. (1) 설문 응답자의 졸업년도, 학위, 담당업무별 분포조사로부터 연 구개발 및 설계업무 분야의 젊은 실무자급 의견이 대폭 수렴되고 있음을 알 수 있으며 최근 10 년간의 국내 기계공학교육에 대한 의견이 많이 반영되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. (2) 현 대학교육은 기초지식교육에 중점을 두고 있으며 이의 현장 활용도는 긍정적으로 받아들여지고 있으나 전 문지식교육을 위한 교육수준 향상이 요구되고 있다. 특히 실무현장에서 요청되는 메카트로닉스 및 생산관련 과목의 보강이 필요하며 졸업논문 및 설계의 실질적 운용과 재학중 현장실습의 효 율성 등이 재검토되어야겠다. (3) 이러한 요구를 수용하기 위해서는 교수, 시설, 실험실습 교 육의 확충을 위한 대학예산의 증가, 졸업학점제 등으로 대표되는 획일적 교육 행정의 개선, 신 기술 지식 및 현장응용성이 강한 응용과목 도입에 의한 교육내용의 보완, 프로젝트 과제화 및 세미나식 교육 등을 통한 교육방법의 재고 등이 선행되어야 한다. (4) 대학이 담당할 계속교육 및 산학협동의 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이며 이를 위해서는 특정분야를 중심으로 한 실용성 높은 산학협동강좌의 적극적 개설 및 기업프로젝트 참여 등을 통한 현장문제 교육, 교육, 분석, 평가, 종보교환 등의 협의가 필요하며 대학의 산업체에 대한 적극적 관심과 산학협동을 위한 제도적 장치가 마련되어야겠다.

최근 대학교는 코로나로 인하여 교육에 언택트를 접목시킬 것과, 학생들에게 필요한 전문지식을 단기간에 효율적으로 습득시킬 것을 요구받고 있다. 이를 위해 학교들은 온라인 교육 플랫폼을 구성함과 동시에, 고효율 교육방법으로서 모듈형 교육과정을 개발하고 있다. 하지만 모듈형 교육과정은 기존 교육과정과 다른 부분이 있어 기존에 활용하던 온라인 교육 플랫폼으로는 모듈형 교육과정을 온전히 제공하기 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 국내외 온라인 교육 플랫폼을 조사하여 교육에 필요한 기능들을 정리하였다. 또한 다수의 동영상, 퀴즈, 실습, 과제, 그리고 프로젝트로 구성된 모듈형 교육과정을 가정하고 이를 활용하기 위한 기능들을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 모듈형 교육과정용 플랫폼의 기능별 구성, 구성요소별 연결 방식, 활용 시나리오를 제안하고, 온라인 기반 모듈형 교육과정 플랫폼을 보다 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 향후 모듈형 교육과정을 제공하기 위한 기반을 구성할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
