Reading ability has been widely considered as one of the basic skills that every student should be conversant with because higher level of thinking power can be acquired through reading. Reading education allows students to build correct way of thinking as well as foster critical thinking ability. However, it can be observed that reading education has not been well addressed accordingly in schools mainly because teachers have only limited amount of time and ability to cope with. In this paper, we developed a Web-based peer evaluation system for improving reading and writing ability so that students are allowed to exchange ideas freely on the Web after reading books as well as evaluate other students' writings, which would facilitate reflective thinking through the computer-mediated communication activities. Students become graders of other students' writings so that they are exposed to different opinions and ideas through which deeper thoughts can be obtained. The learner-centered learning activity instead of teacher-centered may benefit students as well as teachers and the system implementing this idea shows that both students' attitudes and preferences were improved as the result of applying the system to a local elementary school.

기존의 수행평가는 교사 본연의 업무인 교육과 연구 활동에 지장을 초래할 만큼 과중한 업무부담이 발행하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 보다 효율적인 수행평가를 처리하기 위하여 교무업무지원시스템과 연계한 수행평가시스템을 구현한다. 세부적으로 수행평가 업무처리 과정에서 발생하는 중복 입력 작업을 데이터베이스를 연계하여 최소화하고, 수행평가 계획에서부터 최종 출력물까지 일괄처리하여 오류 발생 가능성이나 중간입력 확인 과정을 생략함으로써 교사의 업무 부담을 경감시켜 교사 본연의 가르치는 업무에 보다 충실할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다.

가뭄은 사회기반시설, 인적 자본 등과 같은 자산에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않으나 물을 중요한 투입재로 사용하는 농업부문에 피해가 집중된다. 가뭄 재해는 준비와 대응에 따라 피해에 큰 차이가 크기 때문에 다른 재해와는 달리 강도뿐만 아니라 지속기간을 고려해야 한다. 효과적인 가뭄 위험 관리를 위해서는 가뭄의 특징과 가뭄 준비 및 대응 수단에 따른 환경 및 경제적 영향을 평가할 수 있는 모형 구축과 다양한 농업자원을 동시적으로 연계 평가하여 지속가능성을 판단할 수 있는 기술 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기후변화 등의 외부요인을 반영한 물-에너지-식량 (Water-Energy-Food, WEF) 넥서스 기반 농업 가뭄 평가 플랫폼 설계를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 물-에너지-식량 넥서스 연계 해석 고도화 기술을 개발하고, 생물-물리학적 모델 및 경제학적 모델 연계형 기후-토양-물-에너지-식량 넥서스 (CS-WEF NEXUS) 플랫폼을 구축하여, 최종적으로 기후변화 및 농업부문 가뭄 준비 및 대응 수단의 영향 평가를 바탕으로 한 의사결정 지원 도구를 제시하는 것이 최종 목표이다. 본 연구에서 구축된 플랫폼은 넥서스 연계 해석을 통해 농업 가뭄 대응을 위한 식량 및 에너지 안보 정책에도 미칠 수 있는 영향을 분석할 수 있으며, 다양한 식량-물-에너지 정책들이 타 요소들에 미치는 영향을 쉽게 평가할 수 있다는 점에서 정책적 의사결정 지원 시스템으로서 활용도가 높을 것으로 예상한다.

본 논문은 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 2010 년부터 2015 년까지 5 년간에 걸쳐 개발 예정인 영어 교육용 대화 시스템 중 2011 년에 개발된 관광용 영어 교육용 대화 시스템 중 도시 관광 도메인을 대상으로 한 도시 관광용 영어 대화 시스템을 소개하는 것을 목표로 한다. 도시 관광용 영어 대화 시스템은 크게 대화 이해 모듈, 대화 관리 모듈, 대화 생성 모듈, 대화 모델링 구축/관리 모듈, 대화 지식 구축 도구로 구성된다. 도시 관광용 영어 대화 시스템 평가를 위해 평가자를 초급, 중급, 고급의 3 개 그룹으로 나누어 평가를 실시하였다. 평가자는 원격 웹 평가 도구에 접속하여 4 개의 대화 미션에 대해 영어로 대화 시스템과 대화를 실시하였으며 평가는 태스크 성공률로 측정되었다. 태스크 성공률은 82.5%로 측정되었다.

The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-mentoring system for full inclusion. Through the literature review of related studies, the e-mentoring performance model was drawn. Based on this model, an e-mentoring system was designed and developed. Especially the horizontal mentoring was mainly considered during the procedure. To evaluate the usability of the system, 2 system managers, 5 mentors, and 5 mentees were chosen and they were interviewed by researchers. Researchers used an interview instrument(10 items) consisting of mentoring support(cognitive support, affective support, adaptability) and technical support(convenience, accuracy, look & feel) categories. On the whole affirmative responses were given in both mentoring support and technical support areas. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system is very effective in supporting full inclusion. In future it is recommended that several empirical studies of utilizing the e-mentoring should be performed.

사회과에서는 학생들이 주제를 정해 스스로 계획을 세워 조사하고, 사회를 탐구해 가며 조사 보고서를 정리해가는 능력을 중요시 여겨왔다. 따라서 교육 현장에서 가장 많이 사용되는 사회과 수행평가 방법도 조사 보고서 방법이다. 하지만 대부분의 학습자들은 '보고서를 작성해오라'는 지시를 받고 뚜렷한 목표나 체계적인 형식 없이 보고서를 작성하고, 교사에게 제출한 후 학기말 평가 결과만을 일방향적으로 통보 받아왔다. 이에 본 연구는 정적인 텍스트 위주의 보고서 형식에서 벗어나 웹에서 효율적이고 평가의 질을 높일 수 있는 웹 기반 수행평가 시스템을 설계하였다.

본 연구에서는 인터넷을 활용하여 도서관의 이용자가 편리한 웹 환경에서 스스로 이용자교육을 실행할 수 있는 개별학습 시스템을 개발한 후, 이용자 만족도 조사를 통하여 그 효율성을 평가하였다. 이 시스템은 도서관 자료검색시스템의 이용절차 뿐 아니라 정보검색이나 자료조직에 대해 이용자가 더욱 폭 넓게 이해할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

In this thesis. we present the cyber lecture system based on XML that uses the communication network as the 100Mbps LAN. The system was designed to analysis the existing cyber lecture system and its details arid to examine web system architecture and XML 3-tier model The result of the study consists of he cyber lecture system based on XML developed on 100Mbps LAN to improve method of the cyber lecture system by using ma 3-tier model arid utilisation of web interface to offer handiness of the cyber lecture system.

In this paper, we propose a system to a criminal profiling simulation training and assessment with virtual reality technology. Profiling has emerged as the incidence of violent crime has increased by 45.2 % in the country over the past decade. However, the number of profilers in Korea is 36, due to the problem of existing courses. "Criminal Reproduction Learning" is the common way to profiling training, but there are numerous constraints that prevent practical training. Thus, the system used virtual reality technology to overcome existing constraints. Users can receive simulation training and assessment of profiling at crime scene that have been implemented as virtual reality, with an immersive experience through interaction. We expect this system to contribute to the activation of profiling education in many institutions and to the development of good profilers with diverse training.

To improve educational performance by analyzing the learning trends of adult learners of Open High Schools, various algorithm models using artificial intelligence were designed and performance was evaluated by applying them to real data. We analyzed Log data of 115 adult learners in the cyber education system of Open High Schools. Most adult learners of Open High Schools learned more than recommended learning time, but at the end of the semester, the actual learning time was significantly reduced compared to the recommended learning time. In the second half of learning, the participation rate of VODs, formation assessments, and learning activities also decreased. Therefore, in order to improve educational performance, learning time should be supported to continue in the second half. In the latter half, we developed an artificial intelligence algorithm models using Tensorflow to predict learning time by data they started taking the course. As a result, when using CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) model to predict single or multiple outputs, the mean-absolute-error is lowest compared to other models.
