  • 교육의 패러다임이 디지털 융 복합 환경의 지속적 발전과 정보기술을 활용한 창의적 학습사회로의 가속화, 사회 경제적 변화로 인한 새로운 사회적 수요가 발생하고 있는 사회적 변화와 함께 급변하게 변화되고 있다. 또한 이러한 시대에 태어난 아이들은 태어날 때부터 디지털 네이티브들이다. 이러한 학습자의 변화에 맞추어 교육도 변화되어야한다. 이러한 변화에 부응하여 최근 교육과학기술부에서는 스마트교육 추진전략을 발표했으며 또한 융합인재 양성의 중요성을 인식하고 STEAM 교육을 도입하기 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 시대의 흐름에 맞추어 스마트 교육을 기반으로 융합형 인재를 양성할 수 있는 STEAM 교육모형을 개발하고자 한다. 이는 미래 사회를 준비하는 장으로서의 학교 교육의 정상화를 꾀하게 할 수 있으며, 21세기 지식강국 실현을 위해 우리나라의 교육경쟁력을 확보하는 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 디지털화된 새로운 패러다임(paradigm)은 교수 미디어에 있어서도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 과거의 일방적 지식전달방식에서 탈피하여 피교육자 스스로 선택적으로 강의를 찾아다니면서 본인의 능력에 맞도록 수업을 할 수 있으며, 각종 e-Learning 컨텐츠의 활용은 물론 피드백이 가능한 커뮤니케이션을 요구하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 디자인 기술 분야의 교과목에서 도입중인 e-Learning을 중심으로 고려되어야 할 사항 및 효율적인 학습방법과 그 활성화 방안의 한 가지를 제시하였다.

  • First, we have reviewed the concepts of technology as tools, artefacts, and instruments and then introduced constructivism, mathematical communication, and anthropological views on the technology as instruments. Next, this study has supported the anthropological studies considering the facts that learners develop instrumented schemes in the interactions among learners, tools, and mathematical knowledge, and has discussed the change of paradigm. Finally, we have argued that curriculum, epistemology, and relevant studies should be changed to the new paradigm, and then we have discussed that the change of paradigm should be established on the nature, the purpose, the contents, and the assessment in mathematics learning and the role of teachers.

  • A research field develops by experiencing several turns of paradigms. Mathematics education research have experienced those turns as well. Still, the dominant perspective is that mathematics education research should be scientific and objective. In this article, I suggest that this need not to be the prime rule to follow and that the mathematics education field will fertile by discussing extraordinary cases which may seem controversal to be recognized as valid research work. To this end, I first briefly describe the necessity of open discussions among researchers for a field to develop. Then, I introduce fiction writing, a resesarch method derived from arts-based research, as an extraordinary case for open discussions. The benefit of Arts-based research is on that it takes an holistic approach to how we know by embracing emotion and emphathy as means for knowing. Because of this trait, arts-based research holds a powerful potential for influencing a wide range of people, both inside and outside of the resesarch field. Following this, I present a fiction about a prospective teacher who participated in an activity for designing educative curriculum materials. By doing so, I sought to provoke discussions among mathematics education researchers about what to include as a valid research work, possible standards for reviewing arts-based resesarch.

  • In terms of supply of manpower in the energy industry, domestic universities cannot realistically operate flexibly to meet manpower demand in accordance with various regulations related to the department, and there are only a few independent energy related departments. There are many difficulties in closure, increase and decrease of capacity, and foster convergence. In addition to the limited aspects of human resource development of universities, changes in the energy paradigm, namely: 1) changes in the energy industry from stable supply and energy security to new growth engines and export industries, 2) Revitalization of the energy industry, 3) including diversification of energy sources and the spread of new technologies. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a training program for nurturing new renewable energy specialists to independently develop various high-quality human resources such as intangible and convergent human resources in line with changes in the energy paradigm.

  • Today, the paradigm of lifelong education has changed, emphasizing the role of universities as a lifelong educational institution. Re-opening a new horizon as a lifelong education institution that is not only centered on leisure education in the hierarchy where lifelong education can be afforded as before, or simply in line with changes in the social environment and the lengthened life cycle of the aging era. Let's propose a structured figure. Universities now have to create a virtuous circle structure that coexists not only with the role of the university itself, but with constant interaction with the local community. Adult learners, in particular, play a strong role in the development of their communities, so they are educated at the university to grow further and create structures that can return talent to the communities that go out into society. I should go. In the future, the university will actively open its doors to adult learners, position the university at the center of lifelong education, and in order to contribute to the development of the community, it will have to interact and cooperate with the community.

  • 21C 정보화, 지식 사회 속에서 교육 분야에서도 교수 학습의 패러다임 변화와 기술의 발달로 다양한 웹 기반 교육 시스템의 개발이 진행되고 있다. 이런 정보화 사회 속에서 학생의 정보 활용 능력의 증진이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 학교에서의 프로그래밍 교육은 문제 분석 능력, 절차적 문제 해결력, 논리적 사고력 증진 등의 긍정적 역할을 한다. 그러나 7차 교육 과정 중 초 중등학교의 기본 교육과정에서 프로그래밍 교육이 제외 되어 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스토리텔링 기법을 활용하여 초등학생의 성장 발달단계에 맞는 비주얼 베이직 학습 시스템 설계를 제안한다. 학습 내용 제시, 설명 등의 따라하기식 학습이 아니라 학습을 하면서 각 목표별로 어떤 내용이 전개될지 스토리텔링을 통해 모험에 따른 상황을 제공한다. 이를 통해 주입식의 학습 전개가 아니라 자기 주도적으로 적극적인 학습을 할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다.

  • The paradigm of engineering education has evolved from subject-centered learning to student -centered learning. In particular, instructional laboratories can be an essential part of studentcentered learning. The curriculum of instructional laboratories in the departments of materials science and engineering, Yonsei University has been investigated. Student surveys on thecurriculum were also carried out. The curriculum was found to develop after reforming it on the basis of student-centered learning. Student feedback reflects that the new curriculum promoted student's active learning and that student's needs of instructional laboratories were considered in the curriculum.
