사이버 교육은 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어나 각종 멀티미디어 자원을 이용함으로써 기존 교육 방식을 보조하거나 대체하게 되었다. 온라인 학습자들을 평가하고 교육과정을 개선할 수 있는 평가 시스템에 대한 연구는 다양한 교육 컨텐츠에 비하여 부족한 편이다. 본 논문에서는 JSP 와 JDBC 기술을 이용하여 문제 은행 시스템을 설계하였다. 기존의 학습 평가 시스템과는 달리, 데이터 표현을 위하여 XML 언어를 사용하였으며, 객관식 문제의 난이도 조절을 위한 피드백 및 단답형 주관식 문제에 대한 채점방식에 대한 고려를 평가 시스템 설계에 포함하였다. 문제은행은 문항의 형태, 내용, 난이도 등을 포함한 문항의 특성과 관련된 정보들을 체계적으로 저장하여, 보다 정확한 학습 평가 시스템이 되도록 설계하였다.

Ten Web sites from educational policy authorities, educational research institutions, professional educational, and national libraries that provide educational policy information services are investigated using content analysis method. They are analyzed using various types of information sources, classification schemes, and functions of information retrieval. Standardization of classification scheme of educational policy information, standardization of meta data items, improvement of retrieval systems, provision of personalized information services to educational policy authorities, operation of specialized policy information centers, and cooperation among professional institutions are suggested. A model of a specialized educational policy information center is proposed.

As the world is rapidly changing into a knowledge-based information society, there is surprisingly increasing a great deal of knowledge. For this reason, various information systems have been constructed and operated to manage efficiently toward educational information resources. However, many different code systems are generally used for the lack of a standard management system. These different code systems have become significant factors hindering the efficiency of information co-ownership and practicability between each system. In this study, the author designed the Standard Data Code Management System and explored an efficient management program toward educational information resources.

교육용 컨텐츠의 중복 개발에 따른 국가적으로 많은 비용이 소요되고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위해서는 전국적인 컨텐츠 공유시스템의 도입이 절실히 필요하다. 컨텐츠 공유를 위해서는 메타데이터에 대한 이해와 선행 연구가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 국내 표준 메타 데이터에 관한 선행 연구를 기반으로 하여 교육용 컨텐츠 공유 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 이를 2개의 교육청에 현장 적용한 결과와 전국 교육정보 공유시스템에 방향을 제시한다.

정보통신 공학의 발전과 급속한 사회변화의 가속화는 e-Learning이라는 교육의 새로운 패러다임을 창출하게 되었다. 사이버공간에서의 e-Learning의 많은 장점들과 효율성을 고려하여 거대한 시장성이 확보되고 있는 실정이나 실제 교육현장에서의 효과성에 대한 연구는 미흡한 상태이다. 사이버 시대에 걸맞는 교육시스템으로는 오프라인 교육과정 중심, 일회성 교육중심에서 온, 오프라인이 통합되는 총체적인 학습 촉진 시스템의 설계방법론의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 학습을 오프라인 상의 어떤 활동으로 연계시켜 온라인 상에서 발생하는 학습의 불완성을 극복하고 보완할 수 있는 통합적 대안으로 blended-learning을 기반으로 한 학습 모형을 설계하고 학습을 지원해 줄 학습 시스템을 설계하였다.

This study show the improvement of the capability of the handling computer in the job to students in science of nursing though the investment of the capacity of the computer application and the realities of handling computer in real. A cause of the development of the Information Technology, currently in the view point of system management, the hospital works is manage by the HIS(Hospital Information System). The teaching of the computer application capability for the information in science of nursing must not be the one-way by supplier like one of the survey courses but must be adapted at real condition and to be focused to learner. Thus, we suggest that the education of the science of nursing should be changed from one of the survey courses to the education of the acquirement and experience on information system knowledge.

요즈음 인터넷 사용자들의 폭발적인 증가와 함께 많은 콘텐츠가 생겨났고 그중 공간의 제약이 없고 교육의 기회가 확대되는 장점으로 인해 사이버강의, 사이버대학이 생기는 등 온라인 교육이 활성화 되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 온라인 교육은 오프라인 교육과 달리 수강자가 출석이나 시험 일정 등 자신이 수업에 관한 정보를 계속적으로 관리하지 않으면 출석미달, 과제 및 시험에 관한 정보부재로 인한 어려움이 생길 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 항상 지참하고 있는 휴대폰을 이용하여 사이버강의 등의 수업정보를 언제 어디서나 관리하여 온라인교육의 학습능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 모바일 교육시스템을 제안한다.

It is the purpose of this study to specify contents of Library and Information Science to train information professional to meet environment change of technology and system. Among them. recognizing necessity of present Artificial Intelligence and Export System (AI and ES) required by changing environment of latest Information technology, it is also the purpose of this work to figure out fundamental data and the way of solution how to introduce what contents out of AI and ES to Library and Information Science. The briefed results are as follows. 1. Due to rapid change of high Information technology and computer application it is the most important essential points, In order of Importance, in finding available network source, In indexing on-line data base, in analysing and design information system. and in computer application ability. 2. In contents of AI and ES, most Important training portion for Library and Information Science are : data base treating, thesaurus, natural language processing. and knowledge representation. 3. Library and information science professors recognize It necessary for bigger number of Library and Information Science students to be educated artificial intelligence and expert system. 4. During forthcoming age it shows more important reorganization that artificial intelligence and expert system improves information professional in reference service, cataloging, classification, information retrieval, and documentation delivery 5. According to library and information science professors more important reorganization on the subject of AI and ES, the curricular on AI and ES is, forthcoming, to be Introduced to curricular on library and information science in the nation, In order of importance, (see 1. above).

인터넷과 웹과 같은 정보사회의 교육환경 변화에 따른 교육정보의 교류 수요의 급속한 증가에 따라 교육정보 자료에 대한 메타데이터의 표준이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 국내에서는 개별적으로 개발되고 있는 교육정보 자료를 통합적으로 공유, 재사용하기 위하여 KEM(Korea Education Metadata) Ver 2.0을 한국교육학술정보원에서 개발하였다. 또한 해외에서는 최근 급증하고 있는 멀티미디어 데이터의 적절한 표현을 위하여 MPEG-7 표준이 제정되었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 형태의 교육정보 자료 중에서 교육정보 이미지에 대한 검색시스템을 설계하였다. 본 검색시스템의 설계는 한국교육학술정보원에서 개발된 KEM Ver 2.0을 수용하기 위하여 교육정보 이미지의 메타데이터 표현을 KEM Ver 2.0에서 제안된 메타 데이터 표현을 MEPG-7으로 확장한 XML 스키마를 사용하였다. KEM Ver 2.0 기반의 high-level 메타데이터와 MEPG-7 기반의 low-level 메타데이터를 이용함에 따라 국내에서 사용되는 교육정보 이미지의 상호교환 뿐 아니라 체계적이고 빠른 검색과 추출이 가능할 것이다.

현대사회는 산업사회의 발달에 따른 물질 만능주의로 인해 이기적이고 배타적인 사회풍조가 사회 전반으로 점차 확산되면서 전통적 가치관이 경시되고 공동체 의식이 퇴색되어 가고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 인터넷의 발달은 시공간을 초월하여 가정과 학교가 가상의 공간에서 정보의 공유와 상호작용을 할 수 있게 해 줌으로써 웹을 활용한 인성교육이 가능해졌다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹의 특성을 활용하여 학습자가 다양한 체험활동 중심의 인성교육을 마을 단위로 실천하도록 한 후 웹 상에 구축된 인성교육 시스템을 이용하여 자신이 체득했던 체험활동 정보를 서로 공유하고 학생, 교사, 학부모가 상호 작용하게 함으로써 학습자가 지속적으로 인성 교육에 관심과 흥미를 갖고 참여할 수 있도록 하는 공동체 의식 함양을 위한 인성교육 시스템을 설계하였다. 더 나아가 웹기반 인성교육 시스템을 통해 마을을 사랑하는 마음과 공동체 의식을 함양하여 마을에 대한 긍지와 자부심을 갖고 상부상조하는 전통을 가꾸어 나가는데 도움을 주고자 한다.
