Records Management System(RMS) is a system for managing electronic records in records centers. However, RMS cannot content itself with the purpose of introduction and user demands. This is caused by lack of understanding the user's RMS and a review of the lack of detailed features. Therefore, the aim of this study reviews and evaluates a detailed accession function of RMS. Firstly, the study reviewed a detailed function of accession in RMS. Analysing the business processes that each function carried out, it defined functional requirements and investigated functional compliance as the check list which produced by the functional requirements definition. Finally, it surveyed and interviewed public records managers and analyzed the present situation of functional implementation of records accession function. Afterwards, improvement plans and implications were proposed through comparison of global-standard.

적절한 능력을 보유한 정보보안경영 전문가를 확보하는 것은 전세계적으로 많은 조직의 관심사가 되고 있다. 정보보안 경영체계 관련 표준을 다루는 ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 27/WG 1에서는 이러한 요구를 다루기 위하여 2014년 10월 ISO/IEC 27021 정보보안경영 전문가 자격 요건에 대한 국제표준을 개시하였다. 9월까지 2차 WD가 개발될 예정인 본 표준은 2년간의 연구기간을 거치면서 표준의 범위에 관해 이미 많은 논란을 거쳤으며, 현재는 정보보안경영 전문가가 보유해야 할 비즈니스 관련 전문성에 대한 논쟁이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 표준이 개시되기까지의 배경과 진행 현황, 주요 현안들을 살펴본다. 본 표준은 국제 정보보안 인력 및 교육 시장에 상당한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되며, 이에 대한 해외의 대응을 살펴보고 활용 방안을 제시한다. 또한 국내 보안 전문가 및 인력 양성 기관들의 관심과 참여를 촉구한다.

국내 전체 조종사 배출 인원은 연 평균 1,200여명을 훌쩍 넘긴 가운데, 이 중 항공기사용업체를 통해 배출된 조종사 인원은 최근 5년 사이 2~3.5배 이상의 증가추세를 보이며 약 650여명 이상을 배출함으로써 전체 인원의 반 이상을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 현행 법령은 비행훈련과정을 운영하는 대학을 포함하여 항공기사용사업의 업무영역을 고려한 등록 요건 및 안전 고려가 부족하며, 비행훈련은 미래의 조종사를 양성하는 중요한 영역임에도 불구하고 훈련프로그램에 관한 요건이 규정되지 않아 비행안전은 물론, 양질의 조종사 인력양성을 위한 제도적 장치가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 최근 발생한 항공기 사고/준사고 및 안전장애 유형을 토대로 항공기사용사업체에 대해 분석하고, 시행중인 비행훈련에 대한 법과 제도, 안전관련 개선방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

선사 CEO에게 안전이 기업 경쟁력의 핵심임을 인식시켜 안전을 최우선으로 하는 경영문화가 업계에 정착되도록 유도하고자 목포해양대학교에서는 해양수산부의 위탁을 받아 선사 CEO를 대상으로 해양안전리더 교육을 시행하고 있다. 안전경영에 대한 선사 경영진의 의식전환과 가치정립은 해양사고 저감을 위한 전제요건이나, 해양종사자에 대한 교육만 이루어지고 있을 뿐 회사 경영층을 대상으로 한 교육은 아직까지 미미한 수준이다. 따라서 선사의 경영층을 대상으로 안전에 대한 이론과 실무, 타 회사의 안전경영 사례 등을 공유할 수 있는 교육기회를 제공함으로써 해양안전리더로서 선도적으로 안전경영을 해나가도록 유도하고, 추가적으로 선사 CEO가 생각하는 안전 Key Words가 무엇인지 델파이기법을 활용하여 도출해 보고자 한다.

Of great importance in food safety culture are the values of an organization regarding food safety that combine the human and material requirements needed to produce safe and hygienic foods. In recent years, efforts have been made to improve the level of implementation of food safety management systems by improving certain cultural elements of food safety. This study investigated the current state of food safety culture in the HMR manufacturing sector. An anonymous survey of 46 HMR manufacturers of various sizes was conducted to evaluate the implementation status of HACCP prerequisite program and food safety culture. The perceived importance of food safety culture factors and their performance were also surveyed. Employees of HMR manufacturers who participated in this survey recognized that the participation of employees and leadership was the most important factor in ensuring food safety. Smaller enterprises are less aware of the importance of such organizational culture. The survey shows that food safety culture indicators in large companies are generally higher than those of small and medium enterprises. Especially, the manager's level of commitment to food safety, resources input, and education and training was significantly higher than that found at small companies (p=0.005). Among the food safety culture evaluation factors, it was found that education and training had significant influence on HACCP prerequisite program performance. Continued employee education and training on food safety and hygiene are important for HMR manufacturers to achieve HACCP certification standards.

이 연구는 케냐 해양대학 항해학과 교과과정의 개발을 위해 다음과 같은 다양한 연구들이 수행되었다. 먼저 2장에서 케냐의 교육 및 환경 여건을 살펴보기 위해 케냐의 전반적인 상황과 JKUAT 및 동 대학 기관공학과의 교과과정을 살펴보았다. 이어 3장에서는 항해학과 교과과정의 표준으로 삼아야 할 IMO STCW 협약 해기교육요건과 IMO 모델 코스를 살펴보았다. 이어 4장에서는 항해학과 교과과정의 개발에 참고하기 위해 모범적인 해기교육을 실시하고 있는 미국의 USMMA와 CMA, 필리핀의 PMMA와 MAAP, 한국의 한국해양대학교, 중국의 대련해사대학교, 그리고 베트남의 VIMARU와 HCMUT의 교과과정을 각각 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 5장에서는 이상의 검토 결과를 토대로 케냐 해양대학의 항해학과 교과과정을 제시하였다.

고리 1호기 운전원 교육용 가상 시뮬레이터 개발은 고리 1,2호기 운전원, 특히 시뮬레이터가 없는 고리 1호기 운전원의 시뮬레이터 실습효과를 향상시키고 규제기관의 규제요건 충족 및 신입사원 등의 계통교육을 효과적으로 수행하는데 그 목적이 있다 현재 1단계가종료된 상태로 현재까지 개발된 범위는 고리 1호기를 기준발전소로 하여 전 범위 시뮬레이터 모델과 동일한 구조와 기능을 갖는 원자로심, 열수력 계통 및 CVCS등 주요 계통을 개발하였으며, 이들 계통을 제어하기 위한 강사조작용 소프트웨어, Sim Diagram Soft Panel 등이 개발되었다. 고리 1호기 가상 시뮬레이터를 개발함으로 기준 발전소 시뮬레이터가 없는 고리1호기 운전원의 교육훈련에 지대하게 효과를 높일 것으로 예상된다.

This study investigated how presence will affect the user's trust in educational serious game. To achieve our research purposes, we divide presence into two parts: virtual presence and social presence and identify the relationship between trust and trustworthiness. and also, we separate out trust such as trust in learning and trust in fun according to users purposes. We conduct the survey using the english serious game for university student. The results show that presence significantly influence on trustworthiness and also trustworthiness effect on trust in learning and fun.

The purpose of this study was to conduct importance and performance analysis of sanitation management in workers at small and medium foodservice industries using HACCP prerequisites. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 small and medium foodservice industry workers in Seoul Gyeonggi province, and a total of 458 responses were used for analysis. Factors with relatively low comparison degree were as follows. 'Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', 'regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', 'checking stocked raw materials', 'recording and filing the results of improved food safety factors', and 'regular cleaning and sterilizing of monitoring tools' factors must be improved along with their performance levels through sanitation education. According to the IPA results, among the 15 HACCP prerequisite factors with high importance but low performance were '2. Regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', '4. Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', '14. Preventing food cross-contamination'. Furthermore, the small and medium foodservice industry IPA with high importance but low performance were 'Regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', 'Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', and 'Preventing food cross-contamination' for the small foodservice industry, along with 'Vermin and rodents control' and 'Recording and filing the results of improved food safety factors' for the medium foodservice industry. Thus, there is a need for reinforced hygiene education through case studies on actual food service establishments to fulfill sanitation guidelines and set amended guides for much-needed items for small and mid-sized food service.

As non-face-to-face classes have been adopted as an essential class method in universities after COVID-19, interest in ways to encourage student engagement is increasing. Class engagement is a prerequisite for improving the quality of education, so it is inevitably an even more important requirement in non-face-to-face classes. Therefore, this study examined the efforts and concerns based on the teaching experiences of three professors of D University, which have been operated by mixing non-face-to-face or non-face-to-face classes since 2020. As a result, both professors and students went through trial and error in the early stages of non-face-to-face classes, but over time, it was confirmed that students not only actively expressed their opinions but also voluntarily expanded the class activity. This study is meaningful in that it found the possibility that professors-led classes can develop into learner-participating classes through appropriate harmony between face-to-face and non-face-to-face and the use of various media. Data were collected through an autobiographical method.
