본 논문은 기존에 선행 연구된 연구 자료를 비교${\cdot}$분석하여 e-러닝 환경 변화에 따른 현재 e-러닝의 문제점을 분석해보고 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 차세대 e-러닝의 방향에 대해 연구하였다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 e-러닝에 대한 구축모델을 제안하여 앞으로의 e-러닝 발전 방향에 대해 살펴보았다. 우리나라의 경우에서처럼 인터넷 인프라 환경이 잘 갖춰져 있어 사교육비를 절감하고, 소외계층에 대한 생산성 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있는 e-러닝은 아직 태동단계라 축적된 정보가 많지 않지만, 무궁무진한 성장잠재력을 갖고 있으며, 앞으로도 끊임없이 연구되어야 할 부분이기도 하다. 본 논문에서 e-러닝의 현 상황의 문제점을 지적해보고, 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 구축모델을 제안함으로써 e-러닝의 앞으로 나아가야할 방향과 전망을 연구해보았다. 본 논문에서는 특히 향후 도래할 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 e-러닝을 접목함으로써 새로운 교육의 패러다임으로 이동되는 e-러닝의 활용 방안을 연구하여 앞으로 e-러닝의 나아가야할 방향을 연구하고자 하였다.

The public library is the local centre of information, the gateway to knowledge. Based on these identities, the public libraries should provide a basic condition for lifelong learning, cultural activities, and. information literacy skills of the individual and social groups. The purpose of this paper is to reflect the lifelong learning activities of public libraries and suggest it's directions in Korea. The lifelong learning of public libraries for the future needs to focus on a closer connection with library core competences, supporting information literacy, reducing and bridging the digital divide for individuals with disabilities and the aged.

급격한 정보화 진행과 함께 계층, 소득, 지역간의 정보격차가 심화되고 있으며 정보소외계층에 대한 정보격차 문제가 점차 사회문제화 되고 있다. 따라서 정보화의 긍정적 효과를 극대화시키고 정보격차의 피해를 극소화시키는 정책이 요구된다. 이러한 정보격차를 최소화하기 위한 요건으로는, 모든 사람이 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 보편적 정보 서비스 확대, 인터넷 접속비용 및 재정지원을 통한 정보접근능력 강화, 교육 및 인식의 제고를 통한 정보이용능력 향상 등을 생각할 수 있다. 한편 정보격차를 해소하기 위해 필연적으로 소요되는 사회적 비용을 줄이면서 어떤 정책을 가장 효율적으로 결정하고 실행하는가 하는 것이 중요한 이슈일 것이다. 그러므로 이를 해결하기 위한 정책이슈로는 정보격차를 해소하기 위한 사회적 비용을 투자로 보는 인식의 전환, 정보격차를 해결하기 위한 민간의 적극적인 참여와 지원, 정보격차의 문제를 정확하게 인식하고 해결하기 위한 통계자료 확보 및 정책의 실효성을 높이기 위한 충분한 자금확보가 요구된다.

The biggest challenge immigrants face is language. We realized that Korean education contents suited for it are lacking more than we thought. To help with the above problems, we decided to make a mobile game for Korean conversation education. The proposed game is based on the online course of Sejonghakdang and is composed of life conversation which can be used immediately in real. We selected female marriage immigrants from China who have a large number of foreign residents and need a lot of Korean education but have a relatively low chance of being contacted. In the case of female marriage immigrants, communication was possible, but it was characterized that the composition of sentences was not smooth. Considering these features, we chose the game method that can match the problem in the unit of the word.

The purpose of this study is to identify the direction of future Christian ministry by examining the educational/pastoral ministries of Korean churches during the COVID-19 period. The study used the case study method, where pastors from four different churches were the primary sources of data. Although each church has its own unique ministry, special early morning prayer meetings, family worship services, family Vacation Bible Schools, Bible writing and reading programs, and on-line discipleship training programs were common. In addition, each church implemented special programs that reflected the characteristics and needs of the church, like a talk show, visible radio, surfing meeting, and book-making of Bible manuscripts. Based on these results, ministry programs reflecting the church's pastoral philosophy, strengthening community consciousness, restoring the spiritual function of the family, utilizing online teaching methods, and psychological support for the underprivileged are proposed. In addition, the recovery of Christian publicity and the help from denomination or specialized institutions to develop the programs and online materials were suggested. Through this study, the direction of educational/pastoral ministry in a time of COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 is proposed.

Since people with visual impairments are mostly hard to access the Internet they have been neglected from the information-oriented society. Therefore, the contents which consider the web accessibility to readily access to the web by people with visual impairments are an essential component. In this paper, we developed the contents to improve the web accessibility for people with visual impairments. To provide easy access to the web by people with visual impairments, we analyzed the existing web sites for blind people and considered a concise design, and hierarchical structure. Using the PHP, CSS, and Javascript, the necessary functions for the visually handicapped such as focusing, shortcut key, and text equivalent are implemented. The results which are tested by blind users prove the efficiency of the proposed contents.

As more migrants stay for a longer term or settle in Korea through marriage, labor contract, defeat of North Korea, etc, the discourse on the migration policies gets more complicated and expands further beyond the issue of their adaptation to the Korean culture and their rights to encompass their families and children. The social integration policies for children of migrant families in Korea have been mainly led by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. This paper will look at the challenges that children with migrant background face and their problems while reviewing the policies on children with migrant background in a critical perspective. In conclusion, it gives some suggestions to help establish more open society with multi-cultural values espoused.

As the number of minority students such as multicultural, North Korean defectors, and low-income groups increases, more research is needed in science education to help their learning. Due to the various growth backgrounds and learning environments of the underprivileged students, there is a big difference in the individual characteristics of the group rather than the whole group characteristics. In this study, we conducted about 50 hours of science lessons for seven students in the underprivileged class, categorized them by observing and interviewing the characteristics of their science learning. Seven underprivileged students showed five different learning patterns, these are 'I love science', 'I think I know science', 'I want to know science', 'I need to know science', and 'I don't know what I want'. Although the scientific activities they experienced were not all of an excellent educational quality, their interest in science learning has increased with their experience in science activities. It shows the need to provide more abundant science experience and educational opportunities for these minority students who can only experience science learning under the public educational system.

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of the role of lifelong vocational education as a field of lifelong education based on the content analysis of the innovation plan for lifelong vocational education and training in 2018. The conclusion is as follows. First, in terms of policy orientation, the direction of lifelong vocational education is possible to carry out life-integrated lifelong vocational education in terms of lifelong education. Second, in the education and training process, lifelong education can be carried out in specific practical competency areas in terms of lifelong vocational education. Third, in the case of the education and training system, in terms of lifelong vocational education, the philosophy of lifelong education is to establish an education system that spans the entire life. Fourth, in the case of education and training programs, various programs can be operated by type of lifelong education institution in terms of lifelong vocational education. Fifth, in the case of education and training, lifelong education can be distributed evenly across life stages from the perspective of lifelong vocational education. Sixth, in terms of the relationship with the industrial sector, lifelong education can strengthen the connection with industrial demand in terms of lifelong vocational education, and it can also strengthen the connection with government agencies. Seventh, in the case of support for the underprivileged, lifelong education is viewed from the perspective of lifelong vocational education. Free education and customized support for the underprivileged are possible at provincial and provincial lifelong education institutions and city, county, and district lifelong learning centers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how Korean Arts and Culture Education of School Policy Contents from the Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government are changed. The sequence will be examined by analyzing the Arts and Culture Education of School of Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government. Above all, the Arts and Culture Education of School Business and Policy Contents will be mainly studied. First of all, this study will be deal with two forms that present sequence analyze methode of each government Arts and Culture Education of School Policies. The criterion of the analysis of the sequence are repetition, difference, emphasis, development, and expansion. This study is analysed on the each government policy contents of the books published by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism(MCST), Korea Arts and Culture Education Service, Korea Culture and Tourism Institute, particularly the Culture Policy white paper from 2001 to 2009, 2006 Arts and Culture Education Policy white paper.
