The public library is the local centre of information, the gateway to knowledge. Based on these identities, the public libraries should provide a basic condition for lifelong learning, cultural activities, and. information literacy skills of the individual and social groups. The purpose of this paper is to reflect the lifelong learning activities of public libraries and suggest it's directions in Korea. The lifelong learning of public libraries for the future needs to focus on a closer connection with library core competences, supporting information literacy, reducing and bridging the digital divide for individuals with disabilities and the aged.

The purpose of this study are to analyze tasks of the public librarians through Job Analysis ('DACUM') and to survey the demands of professional librarian (professional librarian types), As the results, In public libraries, technical services (classification, cataloging etc.,) is reduced, while reading, culture (continued education), and information service are increased. Also, we identified 5 types of professional librarian which is composed 4 function oriented types, and 1 user oriented types, is suggested : reading coach, cultural service librarian, external work librarian, computing support librarian, children librarian.

1920년대 문을 연 서울특별시교육청 소속 공공도서관은 그저 시설과 장서를 갖추고 그야말로 가장 기본적인 서비스만 제공하였다. 그러다가 이용자수도 늘어나고 그들의 요구도 다양해지면서 독서교실을 비롯한 독서관련 프로그램을 운영하게 되었고, 현재는 독서는 물론 취미 교양, 인문학강좌 등 거의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 다양한 프로그램 및 행사를 진행하고 있다. 도서관 및 평생학습관의 프로그램은 기관마다 조금씩 차이는 있지만 대개 독서교실처럼 독서 관련 프로그램들이 주류를 이뤄 왔으나 평생교육프로그램(문화교실)이 기하급수적으로 늘어나면서 교양 취미생활까지 광범위하게 운영되고 있다. 또한 2000년대 중반부터 시작된 도서관 평가에 프로그램 및 행사가 많은 비중을 차지하면서 양적, 질적 성장을 보이고 있다. 여기서는 서울특별시교육청 소속 공공도서관 및 평생학습관의 변천 중 프로그램 및 행사 부문에 대하여 주요 내용과 특색, 성과 등을 대략적으로 살펴보면서 바람직한 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

방사선방호 및 방사성 폐기물 유출 및 산물에 대한 관리는 새 천년의 공공정책, 종사자교육 및 기술개발에 있어 매우 중요하다. 자유, 지탱능력, 투명성 그리고 기술로부터 오는 이익과 위험에 대한 의사결정에의 대중 참여 등에 대한 가치 남용은 새 천년의 공공 정책 의사결정 체계를 형성하게 될 것이다. 위험의 확인과 평가, 그리고 위험 관리에 대한 의사전달시 초기에 제3자를 개입시키는 것이 유용하다. 특정 환경문제를 더 넓은 공중보건과 생태계의 항목에 포함시키는 것은 모두에게 도움이 될 것이며, 또한 귀중한 자원을 가장 효과적으로 사용하기 위해 더 나은 결정을 도와줄 것이며, 과정과 결과에 대한 대중의 신뢰를 높혀줄 것이다.

This study is for preparation a solution develop small suppliers. For this goal survey for the buyers, agents, supplier's situation and difficulties, policy and support systems. And After benchmark the other's countries, develop government policy, suppoet systems. As a results, the support must be made for public organization, small suppliers. The Response direction must be made for agents and private buyers. At the point of support systems, public organizations must implement the purchase systems and provide the verified informations of suppliers. And it's necessary to educate marketing and sales solutions. At the point of Response directions, it's necessary to make a standard for supply replaced MRO. And the beginning positioning directions of MRO-mall is needed to stress the differentials with private suppliers.

본 연구는 공공도서관 사서들의 직무스트레스를 업무 능력 및 효율성을 저해하는 요소로 파악하고 직무스트레스 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 특히 업무정보와 직무스트레스간의 상관관계가 있다는 가설을 설정하고 접근하였다. 이를 위해 공공도서관 사서 총 36명을 대상으로 방문 및 전자 메일 설문을 통해 직무스트레스 현황을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 업무정보와 직무스트레스는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무스트레스의 경우 조직적 영역의 요인보다는 개인적 영역의 요인이 상대적으로 크게 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 업무 정보의 중요성을 인식하고, 원활한 정보 교류 및 교육을 통해 업무 효율성을 높이고자 하였으며, 더 나아가 후속연구를 위해 측정도구가 개발된다면 보다 정확한 결과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

소방조직의 효과성을 제고시킬 수 있는 수요자 중심의 교육훈련 프로그램 설계를 AHP를 통해 재난관리 중요도를 산정하여 과학적이고 체계적인 직무중심 교육훈련 프로그램 설계 방향을 제시할 수 있었는데, 이러한 방법에 의한 교육훈련 프로그램 분석은 소방학교를 포함한 모든 공공교육기관에게도 적용시킬 수 있어 과거 답습적인 교육훈련 프로그램의 재활용에서 벗어나 새로운 환경변화에 적극적으로 대응하고 변화를 촉진할 수 있다는 측면에서 본 연구의 의의가 크다고 할 수 있다.

As artificial intelligence gradually expands into jobs, iIt is necessary to nurture talents with AI literacy capabilities required for non-majors. Therefore, in this study, based on the necessity and current status of AI education, AI literacy competency improvement education was conducted for non-majors so that AI learning could be sustainable in relation to future majors. For non-majors at University D, problem-solving solutions through project-based data analysis and visualization were applied over 15 weeks, and the AI ability improvement and effectiveness of learners before and after education were analyzed and verified. As a result, it was possible to confirm a statistically significant level of positive change in the learners' data analysis and utilization ability, AI literacy ability, and AI self-efficacy. In particular, it not only improved the learners' ability to directly utilize public data to analyze and visualize it, but also improved their self-efficacy to solve problems by linking this with the use of AI.

In the information society public libraries are situated in a rapidly changing social environment. Coming of post-printing era, expansion of knowledge, enhancement of social reflexivity, and growing flexibility of jobs, etc are bringing both crisis and opportunity to them. In order to take chances public libraries must collect materials in D/B format as well as printed and computer-file forms, and enlarge assistance to educational and research activities of residents and business firms. In addition, they must contribute to reducing information divide, increasing communal interactions, and providing leisure activities. It is required for them to develop a variety of programs and strengthen publicity among residents.

최근 드론 및 ICT 융·복합기술은 산업 전반에 걸쳐 새로운 대안을 제시하고 있으며, 종전의 산업은 데이터 생성·가공·활용의 효율성, 경제성, 안전성 등의 장점을 들어 빠른 속도로 관련 ICT와 의 접목을 시도해 왔다. 이를 통해 과거의 기술과 방식에서는 찾아보기 힘들었던 다양한 형태의 결과물을 제시하는 등 데이터 기반의 4차산업혁명이 선도하는 변화가 곳곳에서 일어나고 있다. 국토교통부에서는 2018년부터 중앙·지자체·공공기관 소속직원을 대상으로 드론 조종인력 양성사업을 시작으로 2019년 국방·치안·환경·안전·측량 등 10개 분야에 드론 활용 임무특화교육을 진행해왔으며, 2020년도에는 시설물 점검, 불법행위 추적 감시, 수자원 관리 등으로 교육 분야 추가하는 등 활용범위를 확대해나가고 있다. 경기도 안전관리실(안전특별점검단)에서는 이러한 국가정책의 방향에 맞춰 새로운 기술과 융합을 시도하고자 2020년부터 '드론 등을 활용한 시설물 안전점검 고도화 연구'를 시작으로 절토사면 및 옹벽 등 시설물 안전점검과 하천 및 우수저류지의 유지관리에 ICT 융·복합 기술 및 분석용 S/W 등을 적용하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 드론 및 LiDAR 등을 활용하여 하천, 배수로, 우수저류지 등에 대해 공공관리주체가 실시할 수 있는 유지관리점검 및 현황분석 방법에 관한 것으로서 「하천법」, 「자연재해대책법」, 「시설물의 안전 및 유지관리 실시 세부지침」, 「우수유출저감시설의 종류·구조·설치 및 유지관리 기준」 등에서 정한 사항에 대해 적용하였다. 이를 통해 하천, 우수저류지 등 수공구조물의 홍수위 변동성 평가, 홍수조절부 용량검토 등 홍수방어 능력에 대한 유지관리 차원의 공공관리주체 역할을 강화하는 제도적 측면을 검토하고, 드론, LiDAR 등의 ICT 융·복합 기술 활용 확대를 통해 예산절감 및 공공안전 강화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
