Through artificial neural network education using spreadsheets, non-major undergraduate students can understand the operation principle of artificial neural networks and develop their own artificial neural network software. Here, training of the operation principle of artificial neural networks starts with the generation of training data and the assignment of correct answer labels. Then, the output value calculated from the firing and activation function of the artificial neuron, the parameters of the input layer, hidden layer, and output layer is learned. Finally, learning the process of calculating the error between the correct label of each initially defined training data and the output value calculated by the artificial neural network, and learning the process of calculating the parameters of the input layer, hidden layer, and output layer that minimize the total sum of squared errors. Training on the operation principles of artificial neural networks using a spreadsheet was conducted for undergraduate non-major students. And image training data and basic artificial neural network development results were collected. In this paper, we analyzed the results of collecting two types of training data and the corresponding artificial neural network SW with small 12-pixel images, and presented methods and execution results of using the collected training data for Orange machine learning model learning and analysis tools.

The importance of SW quality is also rising as the usage of SW is increased in the areas of society. The development of SW quality competency of the human resource is essential for ensuring the quality of SW product, and the details of it should be reflected firstly in the demands of industrial sites. In this paper, the needs assessment and the training priorities were identified by IT Test and IT Quality Assurance based on National Competency Standards(NCS). T-test, Borich's need assessment model, and the Locus for Focus Model were conducted for determining training priorities. As a result, top and post training priorities were drawn from the redundancy check and some related implications were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan to activate vocational training through a company-customized qualification system that meets the needs of the industry and responds promptly to changes in the external environment and trends. The BRIDGE 3.0 model was presented as Establishment of qualification system based on education and training result certification, a customized qualification operation system based on local companies by setting the qualification system as a strategy centered on companies that are consumers. To this end, the current status and limitations of vocational competency development projects, the current status and limitations of the domestic qualification system, government policies related to vocational competency development, FGI of corporate personnel managers, surveys of personnel managers of SME, expert advice.

A mariner cadet gains the ability to identify and avoid potential collisions with other ships through ARPA/Radar simulation education. This research surveyed first domestic and overseas's rules (e.g., MOMAF's Standard, the STCW Convention, etc.) of the simulation education, upon investigation the only content and timing of this simulation-based education are specified according to these rules, and maritime education institutions issue the related certification autonomously after a student has taken the simulation because no simulation education module exists to further guide the ARPA/Radar simulation. As a result, it is difficult for students to acquire consistent maritime ability through ARPA/Radar simulation. This paper discusses standardization of these education modules to produce more consistent mariner ability, and verify the degree of improvement of education that would be achieved by enacting the proposed education module. The simulation education system used in maritime institutions in Korea was investigated, and scenarios reflecting traffic flow in actual waterways was proposed based on marine traffic surveys so teaching modules can educate/assess more effectively based on core marine abilities. Improvements in education and training were also verified using data collected over 2 years based on a standardized module. Each education institution can enact an effective, systematic education approach using standardized ARPA/Radar education modules proposed in this paper, and this can set a foundation to contribute to safer vessel navigation by improving maritime abilities.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the strategic role of the human resources department in the manufacturing industry on organizational effectiveness through education and training satisfaction. Among the data from the 7th human capital company panel survey, data from the manufacturing industry were used and analyzed through a structural equation model. The results of this study are as follows: First, the strategic role of the HR department has a positive effect on satisfaction with education and training. Second, satisfaction with education and training and the strategic role of HR departments have a positive effect on job satisfaction among organizational effectiveness. Third, it was confirmed that education and training satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between the HR department's strategic role and job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to become the basis for expanding the authority and responsibilities of the HR department, which is an important factor in overcoming the crisis faced by SMEs as well as innovation, and redefining their role.

The purpose of this research is to analyze training needs for skill assessor's competency of vocational education teachers in Korea. This research was conducted based on Russ-Eft's competency model for skill assessor. Data were gathered from 234 vocational education teachers over the country, and final respondents were 158 males and 73 females. As a result of analysis, reliability for expert (needs score 2.51), establishment for assessment management plan (needs score 2.11), management plan (needs score 2.08), and effective collaboration (needs score 2.07) have high developmental needs. On the other hand, recognition of a variety intention (needs score 1.01), observation of ethical standard (needs score 1.24), and personal relationship (needs score 1.76) have low developmental needs.

선박조종시뮬레이터는 교육훈련생들에게 실제와 비슷한 환경을 제공하여 교육훈련의 효과를 높일 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 선박조종시뮬레이터에는 선박의 정확한 수학적 모델과 실제와 거의 동일한 3차원 화면이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 전자해도와 고도데이터를 이용한 3차원 영상 제작법에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 전자해도는 전 세계적으로 표준화 되어 있어 정확성이 가장 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라 수심, 항해물표 등 각종 데이터를 가지고 있어 보다 많은 정보를 선박조종시뮬레이터에 적용할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그리고 고도데이터의 경우 그 정확성으로 기존의 해상환경 데이터베이스보다 훨씬 현실감을 준다. 전자해도 및 고도데이터를 이용하여 해상환경을 제작 시 정확한 많은 정보의 제공이 가능하며, 기존의 방법에 비해 제작시간을 상당히 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, we develop a machine learning based block code generation and recommendation model for the purpose of reducing cognitive load of learners during coding education that learns the learner's block that has been made in the block programming environment using natural processing model and fine-tuning and then generates and recommends the selectable blocks for the next step. To develop the model, the training dataset was produced by pre-processing 50 block codes that were on the popular block programming language web site 'Entry'. Also, after dividing the pre-processed blocks into training dataset, verification dataset and test dataset, we developed a model that generates block codes based on LSTM, Seq2Seq, and GPT-2 model. In the results of the performance evaluation of the developed model, GPT-2 showed a higher performance than the LSTM and Seq2Seq model in the BLEU and ROUGE scores which measure sentence similarity. The data results generated through the GPT-2 model, show that the performance was relatively similar in the BLEU and ROUGE scores except for the case where the number of blocks was 1 or 17.

본 연구는 공적개발원조 사업 중 하나로 개발도상국의 실무자 및 정책결정자의 물 관련 재해위험경감 역량 강화를 위한 교육 훈련 프로그램을 검토하고 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 특히, 물 관련 재해에 대한 구조적, 비구조적 대응방식을 균형있게 논의하고 지방정부 및 관련기관과의 협력, 지역사회기반의 재해경감정책 등 새로운 대응방식관련 교육 프로그램을 검토한다. 2000년-2006년 기간 Emergency Disasters Database (EM-DAT)에 기록된 전 세계 2,163건의 물 관련 재해는 총 29만 명 이상의 인명피해와 4,220억 달러의 재산피해를 초래하였다. 이런 재해는 개발도상국이나 선진국 모두에게 치명적이지만 특히 재해대응역량이 부족한 개발도상국에 막대한 손실을 초래하여 국가개발과 존망에 큰 위협이 되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대부분의 개발도상국은 재해관리를 간과하여 빈곤의 악순환에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 2005년 효고행동강령(Hyogo Framework for Action: HFA)의 기본원칙, 2011년 중간평가 검토, 2015년 이후 제시될 새로운 재해위험경감 정책의 틀 속에서 재해위험경감 교육 프로그램을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 개발도상국 공무원을 대상으로 공적개발원조 프로그램을 운영한 천안의 중앙민방위방재교육원과 일본 고베시의 JICA 등을 방문하여 물 관련 재해 대응의 실질적 개선방향을 모색하였다. 물 관련 재해대응을 위한 교육 프로그램 대상은 실무자와 정책결정자로 설정하고 예방/대비/대응/복구의 유형에 따른 교육과정을 검토한다. 재해 대응 역량강화를 위하여 댐이나 제방 등 홍수위험관리기술과 같은 구조적 방식뿐만 아니라 근본적인 재해위험경감을 위한 홍수위험도 분석과 관리, 도시홍수위험경감계획, 관련 법규제정, 지역홍수위험경감과 민관협력 등과 같은 비구조적 방식에 대한 교육도 포함한다. 이런 측면에서 한국의 경제발전 경험과 물 관련 재해관리 경험을 정책, 사업, 사례와 연관시켜 교육을 진행하고 장단점 비교를 통하여 개발도상국 현지에 적합한 모델을 모색한다. 또한 재해발생시 피해규모를 최소화하게 하는 초동대응을 위해서 행정뿐만 아니라 지역, 시민, 기업 등 다양한 이해 당사자와 주체가 참여하는 종합대책교육을 포함한다. 사회경제발전의 지속을 위해서는 재해에 대한 관리가 매우 중요하다. 특히 인간의 삶에 너무도 익숙하지만 홍수, 가뭄 등으로 치명적인 피해를 야기하는 물 관련 재해에 대응하기 위해서는 물 관리와 관련 재해에 대한 전반적인 이해가 필수적이다. 따라서 한국의 물 관리 경험에 기초한 재해위험경감 교육과 훈련은 개발도상국의 효과적인 재해관리를 가능하게 할 것이다.

의사 결정의 문제는 기본적으로 다수의 상충되는 기준(Criteria)하에서 최적의 대안을 선택하는 문제이며, 특히 국가나 항공사 또는 어느 기관에서 항공기의 구입시 기종 선정의 문제는 항공기 자체의 높은 가격 및 기술 파급효과, 안전성, 경쟁성 등 다수의 요인들을 심도 있게 고려하여야만 한다. 따라서 다수의 전문가 집단의 의견을 종합할 수 있다면 실패의 확률을 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 한국항공대학교의 훈련용 항공기의 도입 필요성이 제기됨에 따라 대상 기종인 Mooney MSE와 Cessna 172RG 기종에 대하여 현재 한국항공대학교에서 비행 교육을 담당하고 있는 운항학과 전임교수와 비행교육원 비행 교관들의 설문을 통하여 계층화 의사결정법을 이용하여 전문가 의견을 종합하였다. 계층화 의사결정법(AHP; Analytic Heirarchy Process)은 1970년대 초 T. L. Saaty에 의해 개발된 기법으로 다수의 목표, 다수의 기준, 다수의 의사결정 주체가 포함되어 있는 의사결정 문제를 계층화한 후, 상위 계층의 한 기준의 관점에서 직하위 계층의 요소들의 상대적 중요도(Relative Importance) 또는 가중치(Weight)를 쌍별비교(Pairwise Comparison)에 의해 측정하여 궁극적으로 최하위 계층의 대안의 우선순위를 구하는 기법으로 앞으로 항공기의 기종선 정시(특히 훈련용 항공기) 계층화 의사결정법(AHP)을 활용할 수 있도록 모델을 제시하고자 하였다.
