The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and necessity of improvement for the currently implemented education and training in order to cultivate and secure excellent construction engineers of domestic construction companies, and to suggest future improvement measures. The conclusions obtained through this study are as follows. The overall satisfaction of construction engineers at the construction site was high, and it was found to be effective in improving job skills, but the educational content, educational methods, and educational environment need to be improved. In order to improve the educational content, it is urgent to introduce a practical-oriented educational curriculum to respond to technological development. In order to increase the educational effect of online education methods, it is very important to develop excellent educational content. In order to improve the educational environment, it is necessary to expand customized practice spaces, establish educational facilities by region, and operate shuttle buses.

Flight education is an essential element in ensuring the development and safety of the aviation industry. Korea's aviation industry has grown rapidly, and the need for professional flight training is increasing accordingly. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of Korea's flight education environment and seek ways to improve it. In addition, we examined whether the operation method and educational environment of Korea's professional pilot training institutes were structured appropriately for student education, and conducted a survey on the flight education infrastructure targeting trainees, instructors, and aviation workers receiving training at Korea's pilot training institutes. Through the survey, we investigated the necessity and urgency of improving the infrastructure for domestic flight education and drew meaningful conclusions.

In Korea, it is difficult to secure student health and safe educational environment due to the rapid deterioration of many school facilities built in the 70s and 80s in the past. As a result, through the improvement of school facilities, social needs for safe schools from various disasters, accidents, Is increasing. The purpose of this study was to establish a standard for the establishment of the national and school facilities for the mid - to long - term plan for the improvement of the old school facilities, and to propose a framework for mid - to long - term and rational planning that can be used by the national and local government offices. The purpose of this study is to establish a mid - and long - term plan for the improvement of old school facilities. The appropriate repair cycle for the improvement of the school facilities set up in this study can be utilized as a standard for the mid - and long - term planning for improvement of the school facilities in the Ministry of Education and the School of Education. To this end, a standard model, It is possible to roughly estimate the overall improvement in the mid- to long-term facilities at the national and regional levels.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a scheme to provide children safer and more comfortable walking circumstances by survey current walking circumstances of schoolzone ways. A scheme suggested in this study was based on the analysis of survey to elementary school in 3 Newtowns(Dongtan, Dongbaek and Gumdan City) and actually surveyed data on school zone, the scheme can be summed up as follows; First, to avoid pedestrian roads being interrupted and to expend waiting space near schoolzone ways, several measures are needed including fixing roads and building additional gateway. Second, pedestrian crossings in front of school gate should be located at least 30m away from the left side of the gate. Third, to secure pedestrians' safety in school zone ways should be planed and established more security concepts und facilities.

Recently, the form of education has changed from one-way to two-way and mutual exchange rather than the existing one-way order form, and accordingly, it is necessary to consider creating a suitable learning environment for each type of education. The basic form of education consists of the delivery of knowledge, that is, the delivery of knowledge by teachers to education consumers through voice delivery, so the sound environment is considered an essential factor in creating a pleasant learning environment. The indoor sound environment is very closely related to the mental stress of the inmate, so the quality level of education will also change greatly depending on whether or not the appropriate sound environment is created. However, the importance of the sound environment in educational facilities such as classrooms has not been highlighted due to the lack of research and related laws on the sound environment. Therefore, in this study, auditory tests were conducted using the auralization based on the physical acoustic performance data presented in the preceding study. Through this, we wanted to verify the validity of this research by analyzing the subjective acoustic performance satisfaction of the occupants due to the improvement of the physical acoustic performance. Based on these research results, it is estimated that the improvement of the sound environment of educational facilities through remodeling in the future will be possible to verify whether the sound environment suitable for educational facilities is created only after the analysis stage on the improvement of subjective sound performance as well as physical sound performance.

As the era of the 4th industrial revolution began and the importance of software emerged, education also reflected this. Software education has already been provided in several countries, and Korea also started software education in the regular curriculum in 2019, when the 2015 revised curriculum was applied. This study attempted to present an improvement plan for revitalizing software education based on the feelings and difficulties of teachers who conducted software education for the first time in the practical education curriculum in elementary school. For the study, a survey was conducted on 96 teachers in charge of software education in elementary schools in 2019 with 36 questions related to personal competency, class operation method, textbooks and educational materials, class operation content, and educational environment. And three of them were interviewed. As a result improvements are needed, such as improving educational facilities and environment, revitalizing the development and dissemination of high-quality instructional materials, and expanding support for participatory training for teachers and teacher clubs.
