Design and Implementation of a Multimedia Platform for a Realtime Distant Education on the Web (웹 기반에서의 실시간 원격교육을 위한 멀티미디어 플렛폼 설계 및 구현)

  • In this paper, we have designed and implemented Web-based realtime distant education system by using multimedia CAI and Java technology. The proposed system can provide not only Web-based courseware but also text-based text lecture and distant OHP in real time. The Courseware provides computer basic education and has been developed by using Authorware. The Client/server program of Text lecture and distant OHP for a realtime distant education has been developed by using Java applet and application. Java servlet has been used to construct CGI programs.

  • 새로운 기술혁명의 시대가 열리며 제4차산업혁명의 시대 속 소프트웨어 기술을 기반으로 생성되는 디지털 연결성이 사회를 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다. 미국, 독일, 영국, 일본, 중국 등 주요국가들은 국가의 미래를 걸고 있을 정도이다. 국내 4차산업혁명 주요기술수준이 미국 대비 빅데이터플렛폼 76.3%, 사물인터넷 80.9%, 소프트웨어 76.7%, 3D 프린터 73.1% 라 한다. 국내 빅데이터와 인공지능(AI) 전문가 확보에 나선 기업들은 국내 연구진이 턱없이 부족하다 한다. 인재 품귀 현상에 4차산업혁명 인프라구축을 위하여 국내 외 대학에서의 융합인재 양성현황과 대학교육의 방향에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

  • e-Learning 분야는 정부, 기업, 학교 등 많은 조직에서 교육을 위한 수단으로 사용되어지고 있다. 이러한 e-Learning은 독립적인 운영플렛폼의 개발부터 웹 기반의 코스웨어(Courseware)까지 발전해왔다. 코스웨어는 컴퓨터 전달 체제를 통하여 교수-학습 과정을 촉진시켜 명시된 교수 목표 하에 학습자의 지식과 기능의 바람직한 변화를 목적으로 설계 및 개발된 교육용 소프트웨어와 데이터라고 할 수 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 언어 및 저작도구(Authoring Tools)를 이용하여 각 과목별 교육내용을 음성, 그림, 애니메이션, 동영상 등의 다양한 형태로 제시될 수 있도록 저작된 프로그램으로 주로 눈으로 보고 귀로 들으면서 학습하는 유형이다. 현재 코스웨어에서 제공되는 정보는 학습에 대한 정보와 교수정보 그리고 Client의 학습 진행 상황 등을 제공한다. 하지만 학습에 연관된 다른 학습이나 학습에 관련된 교수들의 전공정보, 또한 학습에 관련된 어플리케이션 등을 검색하려 할 때는 하나하나 따로 검색을 해야 하는 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 학습에 대한 목적과 관련학습, 관련교수, 관련연구, 관련 어플리케이션 등의 연관성을 토픽맵(TopicMap)을 이용하여 학습에 대한 더 정확한 정보를 쉽게 검색할 수 있게 한다. Client가 찾으려는 토픽을 중심으로 연관된 토픽과 카테고리를 나열하여 수작업으로 인한 검색시간과 잘못된 키워드 검색을 해결하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a methodology to effectively produce the e-learning contents in two platform types of PC based and mobile based platforms. Currently, the compatibility problem of flash technology widely used in the e-learning content production of existing PC based platform not supporting flash in some mobile platforms is being created while the condition of accompanying inconvenience in learning due to small screen and difference of input interface is being created in case of using the contents for PC even in case of the mobile platforms in which flash is supported. Considering this situation, this study is presenting a content development methodology that can provide services in both platform types based on standard technologies such as HTML 5. In conclusion, the methodology proposed in this study separates the content and the view of learning contents while supporting to enable content implementation using various forms of views based on the content database that has been constructed to show very efficiently characteristics in the content reuse and the multi platform support categories.

A Study on the Evaluation System of the Stage of Use for the Quality Management of National Textbooks in the Basic Curriculum of Special Education (특수교육 기본교육과정 국정 교과서 질 관리를 위한 사용 단계 평가 체제 연구)

  • This study investigated the perception of special teachers regarding the establishment of an evaluation system in the textbook use stage to manage the quality of textbooks developed as government-run books, and proposed a plan to establish a textbook evaluation system based on the results. For research, the quality management system was examined as a development stage and a use stage. And then, the necessity of a use stage evaluation system was raised as a quality management system for the use stage. Next, in order to find a way to establish an evaluation system in the use stage, the survey responses of 159 special teachers nationwide were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the average satisfaction with textbooks of special teachers using basic curriculum textbooks was 3.3 points, and the perception that textbook evaluation at the stage of use was 4.02 was higher than the satisfaction. In the method of establishing a use-stage evaluation system, teachers (98.7%), independent platform construction (62.2%), regular evaluation (49.4%), and questions (50.6%) mixed with scale questions and open questions were preferred. In addition, the evaluation results were "disclosed only to those certified as users (55.1%), and the timing of reflecting the evaluation results was "when developing the next textbook" (41.0%). Based on the research results, it was suggested to establish an independent evaluation platform to establish a system for evaluating the use of basic curriculum textbooks, but to identify "textbook usability" so that all textbook users can evaluate it without burden and to review the revision of evaluation results through the Quality Management Committee organization. In addition, it was proposed to operate an integrated development-use-evaluation platform by allowing the evaluation platform to be equipped with textbooks already developed and various contents produced by teachers who are users.
