In order to acquire the identity and development of Honam Culture and globalize them and also to produce the economical value from them, the Honam Culture must be informationalized. This study investigates the social, cultural, and economical values of the informationalization of Honam Culture, and classifies the process of informationalization of Honam Culture into three steps. Furthermore this study suggests the policies to cultivate.

This study has developed indicators and criteria for measuring educational informatization level of students, teachers and parents with regard to the national educational policy. The criteria for indicator of each group are also set up. As the results of the analysis, first, 4 areas, 10 elements, 24 sub-indicators are generated as the result of development of indicator for level measure of educational informatization. And different weights are established for each area, element and sub-indicator considering the characteristics of each category. Second, generated criteria are evaluated by specialists based on the indicator of education informatization and on a scale of 100. The criteria for students are evaluated to be 80.64, the criteria for teachers to be 80.90 and the criteria for parents to be 76.52 which was found to be the lowest. Therefore, this research was completed to determine which aspect should be supported more intensively when setting the directions of future educational informatization.

To improve access to the learning opportunities of students with disabilities, this study is to identify the potential of the information communication technology in education for the disabilities and to suggest the policy reforms for the special education technology. To answer it, the related literatures of other developed countries and Korea were collected and analyzed by desirability and feasibility as criteria. From the view of the desirability, this study found that the policies of special education in Korea were still regarded as subsidiary and separated from the general students. Moreover, from the view of the feasibility, the law and financial support was relatively insufficient than other countries to implement the policy more effectively and stably. To solve these problems, this study suggests the policy reforms in Korea as five areas and seven tasks.

본 논문에서는 교육정보화를 위한 정부의 추진 정책, 웹 기반 구축 사례 등 전반적인 국내 교육정보화 추진 현황을 살펴보고, 향후 보편적인 교육방법으로 자리잡을 사이버 교육환경 구축을 위한 소프트웨어 기반구조에 대하여 정의하고 있는 교육기술 표준의 국제 표준화 동향을 소개한다. 그리고, 교육기술 표준에서 참조 모델로 사용되는 LTSA(Learning Technology System Architecture)를 소개하고, 실제 시스템에서는 LTSA에서 도출된 구성요소들을 관계 있는 기능으로 묶어 개별제품으로 통합시켜야 하므로 LTSA 구성요소가 웹 기반 환경에서 구현하는 방안 등에 대하여 기술한다.

현대 정보화 사회에 대응하는 교육을 위해 정보 인프라 구축에 심혈을 기울이고 교육의 다양화 첨단화를 추구하여 교육의 효율성과 효과성을 높이고자 하는 교육 개혁을 추진하고 있다. 또한 7차 교육과정에서 정보화 사회에 대처할 수 있는 능력 함양을 위해 정보화 교육의 중요성을 한층 더 강조하고 있으며, 국가 차원의 교육정보화 사업 달성을 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 초등학교에서는 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 정확한 교육과정과 교육내용이 제시되어 있지 않고 재량활동, 특별활동, 특기·적성교육, 실과교과의 일부분으로 컴퓨터 교육을 실시함에 따라 마땅한 컴퓨터 교재와 학생들의 수준별 학습이 이루어지지 못하여 체계적인 컴퓨터 교육이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 웹 기반 교수-학습을 활용하여 학습자 중심의 자기 주도적 학습을 하고 학습자에게 학습과정에 대한 자기 평가의 기회를 제공함으로써 학습에 대한 인식과 주도성을 증진시키고, 수준별 학습을 할 수 있는 올바른 교육 개선 방안을 모색하였다.

The aim of this study is to analyse the relationships between the usefulness of information literacy education and life satisfaction on the older adults in Korea. How the information literacy education impact on the information activities is an additional research question. To achieve these objectives, data were collected through the 227 respondents of over 50-years-old adults in Korea and analysed using AMOS for the structural equation modeling. In this study, information literacy education was measured by it's usefulness aspects, and information activities were measured by it's convenience aspects. The results showed that the information literacy education influences positively both in life satisfaction and in information activities.

In this paper, we analyzed the link between school's educational information technology level and ict literacy level of students in elementary school. Specially we concerned about the link between principal's awareness of ict and ict literacy level of students. This ICT literacy levels were measured by sampling 1%(12,759 students) of the entire school year for elementary school 4-6. The educational information technology level of sample student's school was extracted from the Ministry of Education data. Then the two materials was analyzed in conjunction with each other. As a result, Higher recognize of principal, higher ict literacy level of students. That is sure in human realm. But that is difficult to conclude in ict infra and ict using realms. According to this result, it is more important to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict than to support building of ict infra and using of ict. Therefore, we need to make a plan to develop ability and awareness of teacher for ict with building of ict infra.

The objective of this study is to develop an IS curriculum and its action plan for footwear industry based on the Instructional System Design(ISD) that is widely used in curriculum developments. To this end, six steps, including a goal setting, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are employed. Firstly, the explicit goal of IS curriculum development is defined and demands of IS education from the footwear companies are identified with questionnaires and interviews. In the design stage, the IS curriculum map is presented. With this map, the specific IT courses are established, classified by a type of industry, a function, and a level of skills. For the implementations, such particular actions as a selection of textbooks, places, managing trainees, and a training support plan are explained. Finally, the various evaluation methods are presented. The suggested IS curriculum can be applied to IS educations for the footwear companies and other related industries.

21세기 사회는 국가의 경쟁력이 사회 전반의 정보화 수준에 따라 결정되는 지식 정보화 사회이다. 따라서 교육의 실천 방안도 교수-학습 교육정보화 종합 계획을 통하여 기존의 교육방식과는 차별화본 연계·통합교육으로 발전되고 있다. 교육정보화 종합 계획의 실천을 통하여 기존의 개별 교과로만 다루어지던 기술 교과교육을 ICT 활용교육과 연계하여 기술교과 교수-학습의 효율성을 높이는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 교육자료를 학습자에게 교수함에 있어 웹 문서 표준인 XML을 활용하여 교육자료의 효율적인 관리와 저장 기능을 높이고, 동일 업무에 대한 교육자료의 재편집 과정을 감소시킴으로써 교육 자료의 가치를 높이는 XML 문서를 생성하고 저장하는 시스템의 설계 겐 구현의 한 방안을 제시한다.

This study is intends to analyze achievements of the Literacy-computer education for the illiterates and to develop more efficient implementation strategies. For this purpose, we collected data of the costomer's satisfaction Ievels and its achievements of this program and analyzed its achievements perception by institutes variables, educational method variables, and individual character variables. Based on this results, we suggest specific strategies of this program for better effectiveness of literacy-computer education for the illeterate.
