With the advent of convergence environment of broadcasting and communication, IPTV has been widely used. It provides services such as information, movie contents and broadcasting with TV through super-highway information networks. The purpose of this study is to suggest its educational applications to overcome the limits existing in the education. For this goal, we sought its concept and characteristic and drew educational implications by analyzing its contents. We also suggested what-if scenarios for its educational applications, considered its possibilities in educational applications and suggested the kinds of teaching-learning utilizing it and its educational applications for the various subjects. Finally, we examined problems which were considered before its applications in the education with the classification of legal, technical and educational problems.

마인드 툴이란 학생들이 그들이 아는 것을 표현할 때 분석적이고, 비판적인 고수준의 사고를 이끌어줄 수 있는 도구를 말한다. 데이터베이스는 산업적인 활용에는 많은 연구가 진행되었지만 교육적인 활용에 대한 연구는 아주 미미하다. 학생들이 데이터베이스를 구축하는 과정에서 질의를 하고 분류를 하고 설계를 하고 보고서를 쓰면서 학생들은 조직, 분석, 종합, 판단 등의 사고 기술을 증진시킬 수 있다. 이 논문은 마인드 툴로서의 데이터베이스의 교육적인 활용에 대해 쓰고자 한다.

This study attempts to explore the educational applicability of webtoons. Webtoons have very useful educational elements in educational environments. First, they are extremely popular among learners of the internet age and not only do webtoon images provide immersiveness and enjoyment to learners in class environments based on text but the narrativity and contextuality of webtoons can also provide abundant material in connection with the subject. Also, the interactivity of the Web 2.0, a space where webtoons are circulated, can also be utilized in educational environments. This study attempts to explore grounds for detailed approaches for the educational applicability of webtoons using theoretical and practical methods. It is hoped that through this study, assessments can be made of positive prospects regarding the educational applicability of webtoons.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of economic condition of students, that is, the difference of basic information utilization ability stemming from education gap. First, we investigated information literacy for high school freshmen who can control the difference of information utilization education experience by school. In doing the research, 629 high school students in the metropolitan city were surveyed using web. we analyzed the educational gap between schools depending on their economic conditions and analyzed the correlation between education gap and basic information utilization ability. As a result, it was found that there is a very significant negative correlation between the ratio of students who get support for school expenses and basic information utilization ability. Second, regression equation was produced through regression analysis of information literacy regression to analyze the effect of educational gap on basic information literacy. In addition, it seeks to consider alternatives that can improve the inequality of information literacy which is derived from education gap.

교육매체로서 비도서자료는 종래의 책에서는 얻을 수 없었던 다양하고 풍부한 정보를 제공함으로써 학습동기를 유발하고 정확한 사고력을 키우며 급변하는 현대사회의 적응력을 길러준다. 따라서 교육매체로서 비도서 자료의 확보와 그의 충분한 활용은 교육의 질적 문제와 관련하여 매우 중요한 관심사가 되어 왔다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 비도서 자료의 정보 자료로서의 가치와 교육매체로서의 가치를 규명하며 경인 지역 중등학교 도서관을 중심으로 비도서 자료의 활용실태를 분석하여 그 문제점을 파악한 후 향후 학교 교육에서 비도서 자료의 교육적 가치를 제고하고 학교도서관에서 비도서 자료를 효율적으로 관리, 운영하고 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

체계적인 교육과정의 부재로 인한 학교 현장의 파행적 운영과 컴퓨터를 타 교과의 효율적 학습을 위한 도구로만 인식하는 활용 위주의 컴퓨터 교육은 정보 소양을 등한시 하는 결과를 낳았다. 미국, 프랑스, 영국, 일본 등 교육 선진국은 활용을 위한 컴퓨터교육 뿐 아니라 체계적인 정보 소양 교육을 실시하고 있고 현재 많은 현장의 초등 교사들도 정보 소양 교육의 체계적인 교육 과정의 필요성을 느끼고 있으며 현장에서 초등학생들에게 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 컴퓨터 교육 내용을 원하고 있다. 정보화 사회에서 초등학생에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성은 컴퓨터의 바른 인식과 그 과정에서 얻어질 논리적인 사고력의 자연적 학습이 가능 할 것이며 정보화 시대의 요구에 부응하는 인간 형성에 기여 할 것이다. 그러므로 정보화 시대를 살아갈 우리 아동들에게 초등 컴퓨터 교육의 올바른 방향은 정보 소양 중심의 컴퓨터 교육 과정으로 체계적인 교육과정과 교과로서의 독립적인 운영과 초등 수준에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성이다.

Entering the convergence education era, the emergence of smart devices removed the constraint of time and space for study, so if we use smart devices appropriately for education, it will strengthen students' abilities and cultivate creative human resource. Therefore the current study analyzed the general application condition of the smart devices through surveys targeted to students and proposed a measure in applying the smart device as an educational information. In relation to information application, a test was proceeded after carrying out education targeted to experiment group students by naming the group information search, communication, cooperation, sharing, report generation, data storage, online assessment and project management activity. Through the test and survey analysis, it was discovered that the experiment group students displayed higher self-efficacy and ability in applying the smart device as information compared to the control group.

컴퓨터 기술의 급속한 발달로 학교와 사회에서의 컴퓨터 환경이 크게 변화하고 있는 가운데 클라이언트/서버의 환경을 기반으로 학교 교육 시스템의 구축이 빠른 속도로 이루어지고 있다. 한편, 컴퓨터 통신이 일반화되면서 인터넷을 교육적으로 활용하려는 시도들은 늘고 있지만 아직 교과교육에 활용하는 것은 초기 단계에 머물러 있다. 인터넷의 교육적 활용, 원격 교육, 재택 교육의 차원뿐만 아니라, 이미 개발된 멀티미디어 코스웨어를 쉽게 보급하여 수업에 활용할 수 있는 측면에서도 웹에서 동작하는 코스웨어의 개발은 필수적이라 할 것이다. 그러나, 웹에서 실시간으로 동작하는 코스웨어는 아직 찾기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 코스웨어 개발을 위한 교육적 접근 및 방법론, 인터넷의 교육적 활용에 관하여 고찰한 다음 인터넷에서 실시간으로 실행되는 코스웨어의 설계 및 개발 방향을 제시하고 이를 구현하였다.

우리는 DSLR 카메라의 RGB 소자를 일종의 필터로 활용하여 성단의 H-R도를 얻었다. 일반적으로 성단의 H-R도는 U, B, V, R, I-대역 필터를 사용하여 얻는다. 필터가 장착된 CCD 카메라 장비는 고가이거나 교육적으로 활용하기에는 수월하지 않아서 학교 또는 국/공립/사립 천문대에서의 교육적 활용에 제한적인 측면이 있다. 이 연구에서 우리는 학생들이 사용하기 쉬운 DSLR 카메라로 성단의 H-R도를 구현하는 방법을 제시하여 천문학 교육에 활용하고자 한다. 우리는 DSLR 카메라의 RGB 소자를 사용하여 M45 성단의 B-G 색지수를 얻고, 이를 이미 알려진 M45의 구성원의 B-V 색지수와 비교하여 선형적인 관계를 알아내었다. 우리는 DSLR 카메라의 B-G 색지수로 H-R도를 성공적으로 작성할 수 있었다. 별의 색-온도 관계와 항성 진화 실험학습에 소형망원경과 DSLR 카메라가 천문학 교육에 활용되기를 기대한다.

2015 개정 교육과정에 따라 2019년부터 초등학교 5~6학년은 SW교육을 의무적으로 실시하게 되었다. 특히 SW교육을 위한 프로그래밍 언어의 경우 초등학교와 중학교에서는 블록형과 텍스트형 구분 없이 활용할 수 있으나, 고등학교의 경우에는 텍스트 기반 프로그래밍 언어를 활용하도록 제시하고 있다. 하지만 많은 학습자들이 처음 텍스트형 프로그래밍 언어를 접하게 되면 문법의 어려움과 외국어의 벽에 부딪쳐 어려워한다. 본 연구에서는 학습자들이 처음 텍스트형 프로그래밍을 학습할 때 효율적인 프로그래밍 학습을 위하여 한글 프로그래밍 언어를 사용할 것을 제안한다. 한글 프로그래밍 언어를 교육적으로 활용하였을 때의 장점과 교육적 활용에 있어 고려해야 할 문제점, 한계점 및 보완해야 할 점을 분석해보고자 한다.
