Recently as the interesting in geospatial technology increases, various research and education in that regard is proceeding actively. This study developed 'GEospatial Education Platform Service' for development and extension of domestic geospatial technology. GEEPS's objective are efficient utilization and environment composition about geospatial technology in educational institution and research institute. GEEPS has developed to integrate with benefits of open source software and developed Korea Land Spatialization R&D Program. In addition, we surveyed and analysed GEEPS's monitoring to seek for utilization and development planning of GEEPS and we came up with activation and advancement planning.

The Microprocessor Based Laboratory Systems(MBL) with the remote access functional could put basic science experimental facilities together by providing a modem platform that the students can utilize simultaneously to learn basic physics, chemistry and biology, Our educator target platform combines a highly integrated 8-bit embedded Atmega128 processor and real time embedded OS (operating system), allowing plenty of headroom for follow-on basic science projects for students. The proposed MBL-NUTOS (Microprocessor Based Laboratory-NUT/OS) employed in the lab are available with internet base simulation capabilities, on public servers and students personal PCs, enabling the students to study at home and increasing the opportunity of accessing for the science laboratory facility.

현재 4차산업혁명시대에 창의적인 아이디어와 적극적인 도전정신으로 무장한 스타트업이 글로벌 산업을 주도하고 있다. 정부에서도 지역별 스타트업 생태계 활성화를 위해 전국 17개의 창조경제혁신센터 운영을 지원하며, 각 센터별로 '개방성, 자율성, 다양성'의 운영 원칙 하에 지역별 스타트업 창업 생태계 허브, 공공 액셀러레이터, 그리고 오픈 이노베이션 플랫폼 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 수도권 스타트업 생태계는 활성화되고 있는데 비해, 지역의 스타트업 생태계는 인력, 자금 등 스타트업 성장에 핵심적인 요소 확보에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 부산은 일자리를 찾아 수도권으로 떠나는 등 청년층의 이탈로 고령화가 가장 빠른 도시로서, 지역 일자리 문제를 해결하는 주요 방법 중의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 활성화가 중요한데, 스타트업 지원기업 중에서도 초기 스타트업 창업 및 성장 지원 업무에 집중하는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 역할이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산창조경제혁신센터의 운영 개선 방향을 내부 직원 설문조사로 도출하고, 타겟 고객을 창업가/초기 스타트업(Creator), 교육기관(Campus), 대기업(Company), 그리고 커뮤니티(Community)의 4C로 정의하였다. 부산창조경제혁신센터의 일관된 방향성 정립을 위해 미션과 비전을 각각 정의했으며, 그것을 달성하기 위한 전략 및 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 센터와 직원들이 공동 성장할 수 있는 센터 업무 협력 체계와 역량 강화 교육 체계를 제시한다.

제7차 교육과정에서는 ICT의 활용을 적극 권장하고 있으며 교수학습에 정보통신기술을 활용하는 차원을 넘어 직접적인 교육의 장으로서 웹이 자리 매김하고 있다. 하지만 기존에 제작된 ICT 학습자료들은 표준화가 되어 있지 않고, 운영 플랫폼에 의존적인 형태로 제작되어 일선 교사들이 콘텐츠를 재활용하는데 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 일선 교사들의 공유 및 표준화에 관한 요구를 조사하고, 이러한 요구를 만족하는 SCORM을 기반으로 한 교수학습지원센터에서 운영될 수 있는 표준화된 교수학습용 콘텐츠를 설계 및 제작을 통하여 ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System)의 대안으로서의 SCORM 도입의 가능성을 찾고, 일선 학교현장에서의 활용의 기초를 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 E-NIE 수업을 진행하는데 있어 기존 연구의 문제점과 개선점을 조사하고 수업자료선택, 수업진행, 발전방향에 관한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 멀티미디어 자료 검색 방법과 온라인에서 신문활용학습이 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있는 E-NIE 이러닝 시스템 발전 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. E-NIE에 뉴스 표준인 NewsML과 교육정보 표준인 KEM 그리고 학사관리운영플랫폼 LMS를 접목해 멀티미디어 자료와 교과 및 단원을 구조화해 표준화된 교육용 멀티미디어 아카이브를 구축하고 온라인으로 진단 형성 수행 평가, 토론학습, 협동학습 등이 가능하고 학생들의 성적과 진도는 물론 교수학습의 전반적인 과정을 통합적으로 운영 관리할 수 있는 E-NIE 이러닝 시스템을 제안한다.

In South Korea, a cloud-based vessel traffic service (Cloud VTS) system integrating the fourth industrial revolution technologies such as cloud and AI is currently under development in contrast to the existing VTS systems. A pilot center for at Busan VTS is being established based on differentiated technology and operational programs. The roles of operators and maintenance personnel who operate the innovative Cloud VTS system must be redefined. Additionally, a demand exists for the development of new educational programs to ensure the smooth operation of the Cloud VTS. Therefore, this study introduces the development details of a Cloud VTS system and explores educational strategies aimed at operators and maintenance personnel to ensure its safe operation.

The Web programming techniques like CGI and server-sided script languages such as ASP, PHP and JSP have been used for developing on-line Web-based learning systems on SQL. But, the systems developed by using those techniques are dependent on the platforms on which the target DBMS's are located. Therefore, they can be hardly reused and maintained. In addition, it is not easy for them to provide a learner with the feedback information on processing his/her query and to give a teacher an opportunity of monitoring and guiding learner's learning process. In this paper, we propose an SQL learning system on the Web by using Java Applet and JDBC, which is independent on the target DBMS's. Moreover, it gives feedback information on learner's queries so that a teacher can monitor the learning process and teach them efficiently.

In this paper, from the pervious studies investigating the current status of distance learning due to COVID-19, the needs of teachers for effective distance learning were analyzed. As a result, it was found that support related to distance learning contents was necessary. Specifically, it is necessary to establish a platform specialized for content production for distance learning, expand teacher training related to content production and operation, and improve the copyright system related to content production. In addition, since distance classes differ from those of back-to-school classes in system and characteristics, it is necessary to supplement the institutional aspects for distance classes. It is judged that it is necessary to support the evaluation method suitable for distance learning, the authority to operate the curriculum, and the learning management system. In addition, it was analyzed that it is necessary to expand the infrastructure for distance learning, and a structure and platform for self-directed improvement programs and self-directed distance learning are needed to prevent the learning gap problem from repeating due to distance learning.

u-러닝시스템의 개발과 활용은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 발달에 따른 미래교실에서의 교육 및 학습 환경을 실현하기 위한 기술적 노력을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 다루고자 하는 u-러닝시스템이 높은 수준의 유비쿼터스 학습을 구현하기 위해서는 학교에서 뿐만 아니라 가정에서도 학습할 수 있는 u-러닝환경을 구축할 수 있어야 하는데, 현재 u-러닝 시스템 구축을 통한 미래교육 연구는 광범위한 관심과 보급에도 불구하고 u-러닝시스템 활성화의 한계를 도출하고 있다. 즉, 현재 다양한 플랫폼 하에서 운영되고 있는 모바일 기기 환경에서 기존의 콘텐츠를 활용하기 위해서는 여전히 u-러닝 지원을 위한 단말기의 안정성이 떨어질 뿐만 아니라 u-러닝을 안정적으로 지원하는 기반 시스템이 적절하게 개발 보급되지 못하고 있는 실정이며 사용자의 편의성이 떨어져 u-러닝 환경에 적합하지 못한 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와같은 u-러닝시스템의 기반기술 구축에 필수적인 기술적 요소를 보완하기 위하여 오픈소스를 포함한 다양한 운영체제의 환경에서 윈도우 운영체제 기반 애플리케이션 사용이 가능한 Remote Desktop Protocol을 통한 가상화 기술을 구현하여 u-러닝시스템의 컴퓨팅 성능을 보다 효율적으로 증대시킬 수 있는 네트워크 시스템을 구현하고 타 시스템과의 성능평가를 수행한다.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been revolutionizing industry and education. This paper proposes an education platform, Smart Space EduPlatform (SSEP), for the real estate industry, aimed at educating the basic real estate technology (RETech) for workers in the real estate industry so they can achieve the highest and best use of the real estate in the smart environment. The habitat of SSEP is driven by the donation system ensuring sustainability, various technical functions such as tools for content production and learning participation, and learning behavior frameworks each in form of a learner, a teacher, and a helper. Services of SSEP consist of 17 important RETech lectures under 6 categories-planning and design, decision-making, management, economics, construction, and equipment-and project-based learning (PBL) curriculums. The lectures are provided along with video contents, additional learning materials and learning management service, while teachers' workshops, learner invitation and registration management, curriculum operation services are offered for the PBL curriculums.
