A systemic review on the factors affecting food catering hygiene was conducted to provide information for risk management of food catering in Korea. In total 47 keywords relating to food catering and food hygiene were searched for published journals in the DBpia for the last decade (2005-2014). As a result, 1,178 published papers were searched and 142 articles were collected by the expert review. To find the major factors affecting food catering and microbial safety, an analysis based on organization and stakeholder were conducted. School catering (64 papers) was a major target rather than industry (5 pagers) or hospitals (3 papers) in the selected articles. The factors affecting school catering were "system/facility/equipment (15 papers)", "hygiene education (12 papers)", "production/delivery company (6 papers)", food materials (4 papers)" and "any combination of the above factors (9 papers)". The major problems are follow. 1) The problems of "system/facility/equipment" were improper space division/separation, lack of mass cooking utensil, lack of hygiene control equipment, difficulty in temperature and humidity control, and lack of cooperation in the HACCP team (dietitian's position), poor hygienic classroom in the case of class dining (students'), hard workload/intensity of labor, poor condition of cook's safety (cook's) and lack of parents' monitoring activity (parents'). 2) The problem of "hygiene education' were related to formal and perfunctory hygiene education, lack of HACCP education, lack of compliance of hygiene practice (cook's), lack of personal hygiene education and little effect of education (students'). 3) The problems of "production/delivery company" were related to hygiene of delivery truck and temperature control, hygiene of employee in the supplying company and control of non-accredited HACCP company. 4) The area of "food materials" cited were distrust of safety regarding to raw materials, fresh cut produces, and pre-treated food materials. 5) In addition, job stability/the salary can affect the occupational satisfaction and job commitment. And job stress can affect the performance and the hygiene practice. It is necessary for the government to allocate budget for facility and equipment, conduct field survey, improve hygiene training program and inspection, prepare certification system, improve working condition of employees, and introducing hygiene and layout consulting by experts. The results from this study can be used to prepare education programs and develop technology for improving food catering hygiene and providing information.

This study was conducted to analyze new nurse satisfaction and factors of the new nurse orientation program and improve their effectiveness. The CIPP evaluation model was applied in this study to assess each module of the program systematically. The respondents of the survey were 452 of five affiliated hospitals of an educational foundation. The respondents' perceptions were 'Senior', 'Operating', 'Introduction', 'Unity', 'Usefulness', and 'Needs' (from highest to lowest). Multiple regression analysis indicated that 'Operating', 'Unity', 'Usefulness', and 'Hospital Introduction' had a significant impact on satisfaction. The results presented herein indicate that planners and operators should improve effectiveness of new nurse orientation programs by enhancing sense of unity, instilling confidence as a nurse, and increasing personal utilization of subjects.

This study analyzed the effect of the competency factors (resources and education competency)on the performance of university-industry cooperation by characteristic of universities through multiple regression model using 202 datasets empirically. The input factors variables used in a research model were characteristics of universities (research oriented/education-oriented universities and public/private universities) and competency factors (resource competency and education competency) of university-industry cooperation. The performance factors of university-industry cooperation were composed of the outcomes of intellectual knowledge asset, technology transfer, spin-off and financial profits. The empirical results show that research-oriented universities and public universities produce a uniter performance of university-industry cooperation than education-oriented universities and private universities, respectively and the competency factors of university-industry cooperation such as resource and education competency also have a positive effect on the performance of university-industry cooperation.

While there has been a lot of studies on how to use ICT more effectively, relatively few is the studies about the activating factors of ICT utilization. More than often than not, those studies have been conducted about the survey of current situations of ICT utilization and have never had implemented based on the theory of diffusion of innovation. As a result, the current study surveyed the previous studies about encouraging and resistance factors of ICT utilization in light of the theory of diffusion of innovation and environmental encouraging factors by Ely. Telepresence robot-assisted learning can provide opportunities of education for students who are in vulnerable physical, intellectual, cultural or environmental conditions. It is to be applied in international virtual education for global citizenship education. To date, the study of acceptance model has been conducted only for preservice teachers, and post-intention for use is not considered. This paper identified whether there are significant differences by gender or years of experience from elementary school teachers on it and the basic factors that affect the acceptance intentions for it. Factors related to intention to use for a telepresence robot were investigated, and a questionnaire about post-intention for use was made after participants operated. The results showed that elementary school teachers did not have a significant difference in each factor by gender. The experienced teachers showed no difficulty in using it. It was shown that PU, ATT, PENJ, SI and Ttrust were all extremely significant factors to affect acceptance intentions. It will be possible to establish educational information policies based on the acceptance intentions of elementary school teachers on telepresence robot-assisted learning.
This study aims to development and validation a tool to measure physical education teaching anxiety(PETA) among preservice special teacher. In order to achieve this study purpose, first, the preliminary items for measurement scale were collected through open-ended questions and were developed by inductive content analysis from the 100 preservice special teacher. Second, investigation for construct validity was conducted on exploratory factor analysis from the 100 preservice special teacher. Third, in the final process, verify exernal validity was conducted by confirmatory factor analysis and t-test from the 300 presevice special teacher. As a result, the measurement scale of physical education teaching anxiety(PETA) among preservice special teacher consists of 4 main factors with 14 items: pedagogical content knowledge(n=4), understanding students(n=4), class environment(n=3), class management(n=3) factors and this scale has enough suitability.

The purpose of this study is to seek solutions for the adverse effects of the informatization by analyzing the causal factors of internet addiction to maximize prevention of the internet addiction for college students. The three causal factors of the internet addiction: personal factors, familial factors, and social environmental factors are defined as the second confirmatory factors, and the first confirmatory factors for the each second confirmatory factor are reviewed for influential factors of internet addiction. The study concluded that the personal factors are the most influential factors of internet addiction for college students; furthermore, self-control and self-efficacy are key variables of the personal factors. Therefore, it can be effective ways to prevent internet addiction if countermeasures on self-control and self-efficacy of the personal factors are presented.
