In the 4^th industrial revolution, research on various new technologies is being actively conducted. Among the new technologies of the 4^th industrial revolution, interest in blockchain is very high. A lot of research on this kind of block chain is being actively conducted, centered on graduate schools. It is not easy for a university to operate a dedicated blockchain curriculum centered on undergraduate students. In such a situation, a variety of new blockchain ecosystems have been created to revitalize the blockchain-related industry, and many developments are being made with a lot of interest and effort. In this research, we intend to propose a university curriculum model for blockchain, which is important in the 4^th industrial revolution. Regarding the blockchain education model, we propose a related blockchain education model focusing on the contents of operating an industry-oriented education course through the human resource nurturing process, and various blockchain education will be activated to achieve the blockchain industry development.

정보 통신 기술의 발달로 유비쿼터서 컴퓨팅 기술을 이용한 u-러닝이 교육의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. u-러닝은 학습자들이 생활 속에서 물리적, 시간적 제약 없이 원하는 교육내용과 방법을 통해 학습하고, 이를 생활 속에서 적용할 수 있게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 u-러닝을 위해 필수적인 상황인식 미들웨어의 모델을 제안한다.

현재의 상황을 인문학의 위기라고 전제한다면 상황을 극복하기 위한 고민이 반드시 뒤따라야 한다. 무엇보다도 '위기론'의 장본인인 인문학자들의 '자기반성'이 있어야하며 정부의 인문학 육성책에 대해서도 세밀한 검토와 지적이 필요하다. 아울러 정부와는 별도의 대학 차원, 작게는 학과나 단체 차원에서의 노력도 필요하다. 학문에 대한 자부심이 지나쳐 쓸데없는 우월의식을 갖는 것을 지양해야 하며, 과거를 돌아보는 반성의 자세로 전문성과 함께 대중성을 갖추기 위해 노력해야 한다. 위기를 기회로, 기회를 위기로 여기는 신중한 자세를 견지해야 한다.

현재 세계각국에서 36,000대 이상의 전자계산기가 사용되고 있다고 추정되고 있으며 지속해서 앞으로 더욱 더 계산기의 수요가 증대되어 가는 경향에 있다고 생각되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 현재 토의추진되고 있는 경제개발사업에 병행하여, 머지않는 장래 이와같은 계산기가 구입, 또는 개발보급되어 널리 사용되어 나갈것을 염두하면서, 최근 일본에 있어서의 전자계산기의 이용상황, 취중교육기관(주로 대학관계)에 있어서의 계산기교육과 전자관련회사에서 어떻게 이용되고 있는가를 간단히 소개하고저 하는 바이다.
