컴퓨터는 우리가 살고 이는 사회를 바꾸고 있다. 컴퓨터의 이용으로 편리해져가는 이른바 정보화 시대 속에서 필연적으로 컴퓨터로 인한 파괴적인 또는 반사회적인 행동이 나타나고 있다. 이런 컴퓨터의 사용은 우리에게 윤리적 토대에서 정확하고 올바른 판단과 의사결정을 요구하게 되었다. 컴퓨터 바이러스 유포, 공공기관과 사설망의 컴퓨터 네트웍에 침입하여 정보파괴, 프로젝트 진행 중 취득하는 정보의 악용하기도 한다. 또 익명성이란 특징의 인터넷 안에서 망가지고 있는 컴퓨터 사용자들의 윤리의식이 사회적인 문제화 되고있다. 이러한 변화는 새로운 컴퓨터 윤리학이라는 분야를 연구를 하는 계기가 되었고 70년대의 태동기를 거쳐서 현재는 적지 않은 연구가 결과가 나오고 있는 실정이다. 하나의 학문분야로서 컴퓨터 윤리학은 컴퓨터의 보급과 결과를 또 컴퓨터 기술의 본질과 영향력을 분석하고 컴퓨터 사용을 위한 정책을 제시하고 있다. 컴퓨터의 사용에 대한 기술적 내용은 대부분 학교 교육을 통해 전달되고 있다 하지만 테크니컬한 컴퓨터 교육의 증가에 따른 국내의 중, 고등교육기관과 대학에서의 컴퓨터 윤리 교육에 대한 관심은 부족한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구는 컴퓨터 윤리과목이 개설되어 있는 교육기관을 파악하여 현재 우리나라의 컴퓨터 윤리 교육에 대한 문제점과 해결 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

As the capitalist society was launched, false has been increasing day by day for the personal profit. Study after study since a long time ago has concluded that today's polygraph developed in order to determine these false. In Korea the polygraph has been used actively in current investigation agency, and passively in a private enterprise by a former polygraph examinant from the investigation agency. Each investigation agency is recruiting polygraph examinants through the strict qualifications, training education. Decisions of Supreme Court precedents about the polygraph test results are denying admissibility of evidence in reliability on the efficiency of a test equipment, way to ask, qualities of polygraph examinant, etc. The most fundamental cause of the issues mentioned in the precedents is that examinants of each investigation agency are being trained by dual education not centralized. Because of each investigation agency has its own training and polygraph examinant, each agency can occur variations every agency or every examinant, therefore ensuring the centralized educational system is needed. In this way, ensuring the centralized educational system will contribute to improve the reliability of polygraph test results and make a retrenchment in the educational budget in accordance with examinant training of each agency.

최근 들어 세계적으로 선복량의 급격한 증가로 인해 해기사의 수가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 해운선진국들은 해기사 확보를 위해 국가별 고유한 정책을 세우고 이에 대응하고 있다. 우리나라도 예외는 아니어서 해운선사별로 양질의 해기사수급을 위해 적극 노력하고 있지만 만족할 만한 성과는 거두지 못하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현재 해운선사 및 해기교육기관에서 진행되고 있는 교육내용을 살펴보고 아울러 사이버 해기교육기관 설립을 위한 기초적 조사분석을 실시하였다.

일본의 문부과학성에서는"지의 세기를 리드하는 최고 수준의 인재 육성"이라는 21세기 고등교육개혁의 목표를 실현하고자 다양한 개혁정책을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 개혁 추진으로 2007년 현재 1,276개 고등교육기관에 약 300만 명이 재학하고 있으며 대학, 단기대학, 전수학교 등의 고등교육기관 전체 진학률은 70.5%에 달하고 있다. 여기에서는 일본의 고등교육개혁 동향을 살펴봄으로써 우리의 고등교육개혁에 주는 시사점을 얻고자 한다.

As smart devices and communication technologies have developed rapidly, the healthcare industry in the globe is seeing remarkable issues on medical security. At the same time, personal medical records are being shared in the network, which would raise the risk of information security. This thesis aims to develop the curriculum to raise the awareness of information security among workers in medical institutions by referring to NCS(National Competency Standards) International standards, medical institutions' requirements and educational institutions' curriculums on information security based on proven results from medical devices and systems introduced in the public health centers, territorial branches, community health posts and primary, secondary, tertiary hospitals. Thus, this thesis offers the method to improve information security in healthcare institutions through validation testing conducted by medical practitioners and ICT experts.

본 조사를 1977년 7월부터 11월까지 전국 52개교 간호교육기관을 대상으로 질문지에 의하여 간호교육기관의 교육 실태를 분석 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 전국의 간호교육기관 수는 대학과정 14개교(대학 2개교, 간호학과 12개교), 전문학교 37개교, 간호학교 1개교 이었다. 설립별로 분류하여 보면 국립은 9개교, 공립은 16개교, 사립은 27개교이었다. 2. 전국 간호교육기관의 재학생 수는 10,882명이었고 대학과정에 2908명, 전문학교과정에 7,974명이었다. 총 재학생중 남학생 수는 53명이었다. 3. 1977년도 졸업생 수는 총 3,097명으로 11월 현재 취업율은 78.8$\%$ 미취업율은 21.2$\%$을 나타내고 있다. 4. 전국의 총 간호교수는 603명으로 전임강사 이상 간호학 교수는 74%이었다. 대학과정의 학(과)장중 85.7%가 간호학 전공교수 이었으나 전문학교의 경우 기관장중 35.1%가 간호학 전공교수이었다. 5. 교수의 주당 강의시간 수는 대학과정의 경우 1$\~$3시간을 담당하는 교수가 52.6$\%$를 차지함에 비해, 전문학교의 경우 1$\~$3시간 담당교수는 11.0$\%$에 불과 하였으며 7$\~$9시간 담당교수가 28.0$\%$를 차지하고 16시간 이상 강의하는 교수도 2.6$\%$나 있었다. 교수의 정원을 질문 하였으나 자료 수집된 대부분의 학교에서 기록하지 않아 집계할 수 없었음을 밝히며, 끝으로 협조해주신 전국 간호교육 기관에 진심으로 감사드리면서 앞으로도 계속적인 지원과 협조를 바랍니다.

Purpose: The end of one's life can be one of the most important times in human life. However, physicians, nurses and volunteer workers are not sufficiently trained to understand the end-life care with competence and confidence. The purpose of this study was to compare various education programs currently carried out for volunteer workers. Methods: Nine curricula of hospice and palliative cares for volunteer workers at hospital and palliative care settings. Results: The mean time duration of theory education at nine institutes was 21.56 hours (range; 14-30). The common curricula of hospice and palliative cares for volunteer workers included 'Understanding of hospice and palliative care', 'Understanding of life and death', and 'Understanding of psychologic problem of end-of-life'. The education method comprised lectures, off-line 8 institutes and on-line 1 instiutute. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop the standard curriculum as well as regularly updated education program for volunteer workers.

In proportion to the increase of public security demand, the private companies advanced continuously every year. However the size of the industry expanded in its quantity, the quality remains the same as before. So it's important to training of the security officers. This study suggest the improvements of training system through the analysis and the review of problems of training and education security officers. To develop our private security industry, we suggest as follows. First, In spite of the training is important, the recognition against security officers training is low, so the improvement is demanded. Second, When selecting the educational institution, it does not reflect the demand and situation of education enough. So there is necessary that selecting the educational institution again, after finishing a demonstration duration. Third, The education contents is general, so there is a necessity of the education which is professionalized. Fourth, In order to improve the ability of the lecturer, we must strengthen the qualification of the lecturer. Fifth, For the development of securities industry, we must found the professional training institution.

Internet ethics education in school is very necessary for young people to use the Internet properly and to be able to utilize information and communication technology well. However Internet ethics education for the would-be teachers is very insufficient. Therefore, it is very important that teacher training institutions to train teachers operates Internet ethics curriculum and teaches it to would-be teachers. In this paper, we analyzed the operating status about Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions in which open a major in computer related education. As a result, only less than 30% of the entire teacher training institutions are operating to have the curriculum. So, in order to solve the problem, Internet ethics curriculum in teacher training institutions should be strengthened and we should have applied it to other curriculum in other major. In addition, training and retraining to the teachers for Internet ethics should be strengthened.
