This study is to develop a curriculum for training workers in the port logistics field. NSC is a standardized method improving the capability and knowledge scientifically and systematically in order for individual to carry out its own job and task successfully. To develop a curriculum for workers in the port logistics field, the following methodology is used. First, questionnaire is carried out. Second, a MECE method is used to draw out a proper education programme. This study can contribute to improving the job capability of employers working at the port logistics industry. Further, it can improve firms' competitive power and furthermore national competitive edge by introducing the filed-oriented training programme to port logistics industry. In the future, a developed education is to be applied and evaluated through more intensified industry, academy, research linkage.

공개소프트웨어는 우리나라와 같이 몇 개의 다국적 기업의 소프트웨어에 종속된 국가에서 원천기술을 확보할 수 좋은 근원이다. 2007년에 개정된 중학교와 고등학교 정보 교과에서는 7차 교육과정 개편에 없는 내용이 추가되어 공개소프트웨어를 활용할 필요성이 그전에 비해 많이 높아졌다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2009년부터 중학교 1학년부터 단계적으로 적용될 새로운 정보교과의 교육과정을 소개하고, 공개소프트웨어를 활용하는 방안을 제시한다.

현대사회에서 IT기술이 차지하는 비중이 점점 커짐에 따라 전 세계적으로 IT분야의 인재육성에 관심을 기울인다. 하지만 우리나라의 학교교육과정은 컴퓨터 교과를 배제하고 있으며 그나마 이루어지는 컴퓨터 교육도 컴퓨터의 활용 측면에만 치중되어 있다. IT인재는 컴퓨터 활용 능력만이 아니라 컴퓨터의 기본 원리와 이를 통한 문제해결능력이 함께 강조되어야 하며 이러한 교육은 학교교육과정의 근본인 초등교육에서부터 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터의 기본 원리와 문제해결 능력을 신장을 위한 한국정보올림피아드 초등부 지역예선 교재를 개발하고자 한다.

우리는 공간적인 패턴, 모양, 그리고 움직임의 세계-즉, 기하의 세계-에 살고 있다. 아동들은 그들의 환경에 자연스럽게 매혹되고, 보고, 듣고, 움직임으로써 계속해서 정보를 받아들이므로, 그들의 공간적인 능력은 일반적으로 수(數)기능을 능가하기도 한다. 이러한 차원에서 볼 때, 우리나라의 수학과 7차 교육과정에 공간 감각을 기르기 위한 내용이 새로이 추가되었다는 것은 아주 고무적인 일이라고 생각하며, 이와 관련하여 문헌 연구를 통해서 공간감각에 대한 개념을 살펴보고, 교육과정 및 교과서를 분석하여 공간감각을 길러줄 수 있는 내용을 체계화하며, 공간감각을 증진시킬 수 있는 교구 활용 방안을 제시하고자한다.

The 7th National Curriculum Guidelines strongly suggest the use of ICT for schools, and one of the best way to integrate ICT could be the implementation of Integrated Learning Systems (ILS). ILS is known to be a comprehensive system for learning that offer variety of multimedia contents and activities, textbooks, and networked systems. It is a comprehensive package for instruction and loaming tailored to fit specific curriculum. Thus, ILS is well-integrated and well-suited to individual learners' interest or capabilities. The school teachers who would have to use ICT in their courses required by the 7th National Curriculum Guidelines, ILS could be an innovative tool to be effective not only in teaching but also in using ICT. However, effective use and development of ILS, in Korea, should be supported by the educational decision makers and policies to fit Korean school curriculum. Thus, in this paper, we have studies to look at examplary ILS and a couple of cases to consider ILS for possible adoption in Korea.

수학 학습에서 컴퓨터와 계산기의 활용은 시각화의 강화로부터 직관력과 사고력의 향상을 가져왔다. 컴퓨터 대수체계(Computer Algebra System)가 탑재된 수학 학습용 컴퓨터 프로그램과 계산기가 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 교수매체로서의 활용은 지식 정보전달 체계와 학습자의 지식 구성방법에 새로운 패러다임을 형성하였다. 특히 수학학습용 그래픽 계산기(Graphing Calculator)는 휴대형(Hand-held Technology)으로 학습공간의 이동(Mobil Education)이 가능하며, 수학학습 전용기라는데 의미를 둘 수 있다. Symbolic Graphing Calculator를 활용한 수업에서 학습자는 계산기를 가지고, 기호연산 실행 조작을 통해 자신의 사고과정을 표현하고, Symbolic Graphing Calculator는 실행 조작에 즉각적으로 과정과 결과를 제공하며, 다른 표상과 상호작용을 함으로써 학습자 스스로의 규제가 강화된 과정을 통해 지식을 구성하게 된다. 이때 교사는 지식 정보전달 체계인 대화형 실행매체(IMTs)를 작성하여 학습자의 지식 형성에 안내자의 역할을 하게 된다. 이번 워크샵에서는 CASIO fx 2.0을 활용한 교실 수업모형을 그래프 표상과 연계한 방정식의 풀이과정을 통해 알아본다.

Recently, the Ministry of education science and technology announced a revised information and communication technology curriculum, emphasizing aspects of computer science education rather than application of computer softwares. This change would benefit students to stimulate their thinking ability and facilitate creativity learning through in-depth understanding of principles of computer science, compared to the previous curriculum of computer education mainly focused on the skills of utilizing application softwares. Thus, the paper presents the design of a computer education curriculum based on the principles of computer science education, which would lead to trigger constructive ideas for improvements on the subject so that students may experience better education in the area.

In this research, we have identified problems and countermeasures when school library provides information literacy service in liaison with school curriculum. The problems were misunderstanding information literacy as ICT skills, lack of books and librarians, and etc. So we emphasize importance of library and information in information literacy. And for countermeasures, we provide online guide to library resources, 'BIG6 problem solving model' for information literacy teaching-learning, teaching-learning plans for information literacy, formats for teaching-learning process.

프로그래밍 교육은 프로그래밍에 필요한 지식 교육부분과 문제해결능력과 연관된 프로그래밍 전략을 교육하는 부분이 함께 필요하다. 프로그램 작성 기술을 교육하는 과정은 단순한 지식 습득과정이 아니므로 수업과정에서 학습자 스스로 문제해결능력을 배양할 수 있는 유도과정이 필요하다. 이러한 특성의 프로그래밍 수업의 대표적인 수업방식은 실습방식으로, 실제 수업에서 학습자들의 서로 다른 수준을 고려하면서 실습수업을 효과적으로 운영하기에는 수업시간에 대한 제약이 많이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 프로그래밍 교육에서 사전 프로그래밍 과제를 활용하여 주어진 학점과 시간 안에서 실습 중심의 학습 효과를 높일 수 있는 교수 학습 모델을 제시한다. 이를 통해 프로그래밍 언어 교육 과정에서 발생하는 제한된 실습수업 시간으로 인해 학습자 스스로가 문제해결능력을 배양할 수 있도록 유도하는 수업을 실시하는데 발생하는 어려움을 해결하여, 학습자가 문제해결능력을 향상시키고 좋은 프로그램 작성 기준에 적합한 프로그램 개발 능력을 배양하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

The purposes of this study were to develop ICT time management program for middle school students using in the creative extra curricular activities and to test the effect of this program in the knowledge and attitude aspects of time management. The contents of a middle school Home Economics curriculum and nine different textbooks were analyzed Based on these analyses 5 ICT lesson plans on time management were developed. The ICT instructional method was used to develop 5 lesson plans. The second grade middle school students as an experimental group participated in 5 ICT time management classes during middle school creative extra curricular activities. The control group of students who had some condition with the experimental group were taught by traditional instructional methods. After experiment, the changes in attitude and knowledge of time management of both groups were analyzed using Analysis of Covaziance. The significant improvements of attitude and knowledge on time management were found among the experimental group of students compared with control group of students. Thus the following conclusion is made the ICT time management instruction conducted in this study was found loaming more effective than traditional one in attitudes and knowledge of time management
