In this paper, the information education plan of the Ministry of Education and offices of education was analyzed in relation to the construction of the AI convergence education room. And based on this, an appropriate construction direction was suggested. For research, AI convergence education room construction plan, budget amount per school and etc were analyzed in the information education plan of the Ministry of Education, KERIS, KOFAC, and the plan of leading schools for AI education. Although the Ministry of Education is making various efforts to promote SW education and artificial intelligence convergence education, it is found that the number is far insufficient compared to the number of elementary, middle and high schools. Efforts to expand the information education room at the government level are continuously required, and in order to utilize the developed artificial intelligence convergence education room, it is necessary to provide abundant teaching and learning examples for the construction space model. In addition, school-level planning and execution must be followed so that the constructed space can be used appropriately, and management and maintenance plans for equipment are required.

경상남도는 학교도서관 분야에 있어서 양적으로나 질적으로 타시ㆍ도의 추종을 허락하지 않을만큼 앞서고 있다. 광복후 새로운 교육이념에 입각한 새로운 학교도서관운동이 거기서 일어난 까닭이기도 하겠거니와 학교행정당국이 남 먼저 학교도서관의 교육적 가치를 인정하고 계획적으로 이를 육성하여 온 까닭인 것이다. 이윤근 경남도교육감은 편집자에게 다음과 같은 말을 들려 준 적이 있다. ‘해방후 우리 교육계에는 온갖 바람이 불어 오고 또 불어 갔다. 그것들은 모두 바람이어서, 불어 간 뒤에는 남는 것이 없었다. 학교도서관도 이 같은 한 가지 바람이겠는가? 아니다. 학교도서관은 우리 도의 경우 학교교육의 모든 분야에 너무도 밀접하게 연결되어 있어서 이것을 제거하려면 학교교육 자체를 크게 손상시키게 될 판이다. 우리의 학교도서관이 이만큼 자라난 것은 첫째 우리 일선교사들의 공으로 돌려야 하겠지만, 행정을 맡은 우리가 그 방면의 인재를 구해서 지도력을 십분 발휘할 수 있는 체제를 마련하여 준 까닭이라고 본다.’ 여기에 소개하는 경남도 교육위원회의 금년도 학교도서관 육성계획(중등분)을 볼 때, 이 교육감의 증언이 아주 정확한 것임을 알 수가 있다. 본계획은 ① 66년도부터 시작된 3개년계획과 ② 3개년계획의 2차년도가 끝난 66년초의 현황과 ③ 66년도의 지도 계획 및 ④ 66년도 지도계획에 따른 각학교 계획지침의 4부면으로 구성되어 있다. ‘시ㆍ도단위 교육행정당국이 학교도서관 지도계획을 어떻게 세울 것인가?’라는 질문에 대하여 최선의 대답이 될 것으로 안다.

교육과학기술부는 정보화 시대의 '디지털 인재'를 육성한다는 비전을 담은 '교육과학기술 정보화 5개년(2010~2014년) 기본계획'을 확정하고, 2010년부터 본격적으로 추진하였다. 교육과학기술정보화 기본계획은 1996년 이후 교육과 연구개발 분야가 별개 추진되던 정보화 계획이 통합됨으로써 교육과 과학기술 정보화 융합의 전기를 마련하였다. KISTI는 과학기술 정보화 대표기관으로서 교육과학기술정보화 기본계획 수립에 참여 하였으며, 이에 본 논문에서는 과학기술분야 중심으로 기본계획을 살펴보고 발전방향을 살펴보도록 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to design the curriculum by considering the experimental design and analysis for enhancing an engineer's creative problem-solving ability. This ability is one of the important objectives in modern engineering education. To achieve this purpose, first, it is suggested that the experimental design and analysis, a specific area of engineering education, is highly relevant to the creative problem-solving ability, one of the basic engineering competencies and of the final goals in engineering education. And also, the curriculum already introduced the experimental design and analysis in departments of mechanical engineering of universities are surveyed and reviewed. 59 papers are also analyzed to know how engineers applicate the knowledge of the experimental design and analysis to their activities. Finally, the module of engineering education curriculum introduced the experimental design and analysis to enhance effectively the engineer's creative problem-solving ability is suggested.

The strategic plan of nutrition education intervention was established to improve nutritional status and reduce nutrition-related diseases for Korean adults. Nutritional problems and risk factors of the nutrition-related diseases were identified to set the long-term goal and objectives for the intervention. The social learning theory and theory of diffusion of innovation served as theoretical basis for this plan. Mass media and interpersonal channels were used to educate the whole adult population and specific target groups. The outline of the educational contents was developed for the whole adult population and slightly modified according to characteristics of the target groups. This plan can serve as a guideline for the operational plans for the future nutrition education intervention.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the link between the School Library Development Plan and the Library Advancement Plan. And to find ways to strengthen the educational community cooperation. As a result of the research, we found 18 connections between the School Library Development Plan and the Library Advancement Plan. In particular, all types of libraries should participate in the Educational Community Cooperation. And emphasized that the school library should act as a gateway. In order to strengthen the cooperation of education community, the library specialization of each kind of library and the establishment of curriculum of school library were suggested.

본 연구에서는 선형계획법 프로그램을 실무용과 교육용 모두 사용할 수 있는 사용자 편의성이 강조된 선형계획법 통합환경 프로그램인 LIPED를 개발하였다. LIPED는 첫째, 풀다운(Pull Down) 메뉴 방식의 선형계획법 통합환경, 둘째, 선형계획법의 교육을 위해 여러가지 선형계획법해법 들을 통합하여 구축하였다. 셋째, 실무용으로 사용할 수 있는 안정적이고 효율적인 선형계획법 프로그램을 제공한다. 마지막으로 실험용 선형계획법 문제를 생성할 수 있는 기능과 다양한 선형계획법 입력 방식과 각 방식이 호환되도록 구축하였다. 그리고 추후연구로 교육용 LP에 Affine Scaling Algorithm, Barrier Algorithm을 추가하고, UNIX System 또는 Windows 환경하에서 통합 프로그램의 개발 및 수식 형태의 입력방식과 스프레드쉬트(Spreadsheet) 형식의 입력방식 등의 다양한 입력방식의 지원과 전문가의 지식을 연결하여 해법 선택 및 모형 구축 등을 지원할 수 있는 지능형 선형계획법 지원시스템을 구축하고 있다.

현재 산업용 로봇 팔의 경로 계획을 생성할 때, 로봇 팔 경로 계획은 로봇 엔지니어가 수동으로 로봇을 제어하며 최적 경로 계획을 탐색한다. 미래에 고객의 다양한 요구에 따라 공정을 유연하게 변경하는 대량 맞춤 시대에는 기존의 경로 계획 수립 방식은 부적합하다. 심층강화학습 프레임워크는 가상 환경에서 로봇 팔 경로 계획 수립을 학습해 새로운 공정으로 변경될 때, 최적 경로 계획을 자동으로 수립해 로봇 팔에 전달하여 빠르고 유연한 공정 변경을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 심층강화학습 에이전트를 위한 학습 환경 구축과 인공지능 모델과 학습 환경의 연동을 중심으로, 로봇 팔 경로 계획 수립을 위한 심층강화학습 프레임워크 구조를 설계한다.
