그 동안 웹 프로그램 언어인 HTML에 대한 교수-학습 방안과 온라인 학습에 대한 연구들이 이루어져 왔지만 단순 태그 기능 학습에 그쳐 고급사고력을 높이는 프로그래밍학습의 목표를 달성하기는 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 창의력과 문제해결력을 높여주기 위한 HTML 교수-학습 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. HTML 교수-학습 지원시스템은 구성주의 교육 방법인 문제중심학습(Problem-Based Learning)을 이론적 토대의 하여 설계되었으며 나선형 교육과정의 원리에 따라 이원화된 학습요소들에 의해 학습의 위계를 실정하였다. 이 교수-학습지원시스템에서 HTML 학습에 대한 평가는 구성주의 원리에 입각하여 다양한 방식을 통해 지속적으로 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 교수-학습에 활용되는 해결 과제는 같은 수준, 같은 영역의 문제은행을 축적하여 교수자가 자유롭게 상황에 맞게 선택하여 활용하도록 하였으며, 학습자의 학습 곁과를 통계자료와 도표를 통해 한눈에 살펴보고 적절한 피드백을 주도록 설계하였다. 이와 같은 원리를 토대로 한 교수-학습지원시스템 설계를 통해 학습자가 보다 많은 프로그래밍 경험을 축적하여 창의적이고 자기주도적으로 웹 프로그래밍을 할 수 있는 능력을 키워줄 수 있음을 기대하였다.

최근 초고속 통신망과 같은 우리나라의 발달된 인터넷 인프라를 활용할 수 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 활발히 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 콘텐츠와 평가를 포함한 교수,학습 활동 계획을 관리할 수 있는 ICT 교육 통합 지원 시스템을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 개발되고 중앙교수학습센터 및 시,도 교수학습 지원센터 등에서 제공되고 공유되는 학습자료를 활용하기 위해 KERIS 등에서 제시한 표준을 본 시스템의 설계에 반영하였다. 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 모듈은 학습객체를 분류 저장 데이터베이스화 하였으며 실제 활용이 매우 쉬어 특별한 훈련이나 교육을 받지 않아도 기초적인 수준의 PC 활용 능력만 있다면 누구나 쉽게 교수,학습 콘텐츠를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 기 개발된 학습객체의 재사용으로 인한 효율성 증가는 물론 교과, 단원 학습 주제별로 구조화하여 저장 관리하여 교사의 교수활동 준비 시간을 줄임으로써 실제 학교 현장에서 활용하여 ICT 활용 교수,학습 활동 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 기존의 대면학습체계에서 가상교육체제로 변화되고 있는 새로운 교육 패러다임에 대해 교수자와 학습자가 점진적으로 교육환경 변화에 적응할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 대안적인 방안으로써 인터넷을 기반 대면학습 지원 시스템 제안 한다. 가상교육체제는 고도의 정보 인프라와 학습자 및 교수자 모두에게 일정수준 이상의 정보기술이 요구되고, 실험실습, 실기교육 등과 같은 참여교육에 제한이 따르며, 교육체제에서 기본적으로 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동들을 수용하는데 교육컨텐츠 및 운영 시스템에 대한 정교한 설계 및 준비가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 가상교육체제의 문제점과 기존 면대면 학습체제의 보완을 위한 방안으로써 교육체제에서 수반되는 비정형적 교수-학습 활동 요소들을 정보시스템에서 운영이 가능한 정형화 프로그린 및 프로세스로 전환하여 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 대면학습 지원시스템은 교수 및 학습 활동에 요구되는 전반적인 자료들을 교수-학습 지원 프로그램 및 프로세스에서 체계적으로 관리 및 운영할 수 있도록 모듈화 하는 방안을 제시하였다.

적응적 웹기반 기법에서 학습자의 반응이나, 탐색 행동의 근본적인 원인이 되는 학습 동기, 지각 등에 대한 판단을 정확히 할 수 없기 때문에, 학습자에게 완전히 적응적인 수업 환경을 조성해 주는 데는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 학습자간 상호작용이나 협동 학습을 지원하는 웹기반 교수 시스템이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 환경에서 학습자들간의 협동학습을 효과적으로 지원하는 적응형 교수 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 협동학습 공간에서 주어진 과제를 수행하기 위해 발생되는 학습자들의 대화와 서로간의 상호작용을 분석하여 적절한 조언을 제공함으로서 협동학습이 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있도록 지원한다.

본 연구에서는 요즘 관심이 고조되고 있는 교수법 학습을 위한 웹-기반 학습시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 웹-기반 학습시스템이란 시공간의 제약없이 웹에서의 교수-학습을 효율적이고 체계적으로 지원해주는 시스템을 의미한다. 이 시스템은 액티브 서버 페이지와 동적 웹 기술을 이용하여 학습자의 흥미를 유발시켜 자기 주도적인 학습을 유도하고, My Desk, 과제함, 토론방, 예약 면담시스템의 커뮤니티 등의 서비스를 제공하여 학습자와 교수자, 학습자와 학습자 사이의 상호작용을 지원한다.

This study analyzed the websites of domestic college's Teaching and Learning Center of Quality. The title of "Teaching and Learning Center of Quality" was given to 9 colleges selected for 3 years since 2010 by Korean Council for College Education. The websites mostly consist of introduction, teaching support, learning support, e-learning support, service, media support, resources, community, and so on. This study also analyzes the similarities and differences of the websites by the degree of the webpage menu activation. This study suggests the direction of the websites functions which college's Teaching and Learning Center should have.

According to the online learning environment, learning activities using mobile technology have emerged as a major concern. The features of mobile technology show potential supporting the emergence of learners' agencies in science education. In this study, 22 research literature on mobile activities in science teaching and learning published in Korea from 2011 to April 2020 were selected. First, the framework of Suarez et al. (2018) was revised and the types of mobile activities were categorized and investigated. Second, the emergence of agencies was examined in the context of science teaching and learning. And also, the relevance of mobile activity types ('Access to content', 'Data collection', 'Peer-to-peer communication', 'Contextual support') to support learners' agency dimension ('goals', 'content', 'action', 'strategy', 'reflection', 'monitoring') was analyzed. The first analysis show that science teaching and learning through mobile activities are changing from traditional to student-centered. Through these activities, students become more involved in learning and get the opportunity to become agents of learning. As a result of the second analysis, it has been confirmed that the emergence of learners' agencies has been supported and strengthened through mobile activities. Whereas, it needs to look upon the relationship between learners' agency and mobile activities in the overall context of science class. This consideration led to implications for the use of mobile technology in future science education and the transition to student-centered education.

This study analyzed the respective teaching and learning-related services offered by the Centers for Teaching and Learning and the academic libraries to find the proper roles of libraries regarding this type of service. We interviewed librarians to collect the data. The content analysis of the qualitative interview data enabled us to identify the librarians' perceptions of teaching and learning support, service provision method, strengthening relationships with other academic units, recognition of libraries' roles within the universities, and generating more investment for the libraries. Finally, the analysis led to six suggestions for libraries' teaching and learning support functions, such as advertising the availability of specific academic discipline or unit-oriented library services, strengthening librarian's capabilities as educators, bolstering digital information literacy of the faculty members and students, injecting libraries' views into the development and maintaining fundamental knowledge-related programs, emphasizing the notion of human-centered libraries, and finding new ways to utilize library space.

WWW으로 대표되는 인터넷과 정보통신기술의 발달은 컴퓨터 응용 및 컴퓨팅 환경에 상당한 변화를 가져왔으며, 여러 분야에서 이들 기술이 응용되고 있다. WWW 기반의 기술들이 교육분야에 적용 및 활용되어 EDUNET, OCU(Open Cyber University) , 유니텔의 사이버 고등학교 등, 기존의 교육 패터다임을 변모시키는 새로운 형태의 고육체계 구현을 통해 교육현장에 커다란 기여를 하고 있다. 이러한 가상 학습 환경에서의 교수-학습을 효율적이고 체계적으로 준비, 실시, 관리할 수 있도록 지원해주는 시스템을 가상학습 지원시스템이라 한다. 본 논문은 가상학습환경이 새로운 교수-학습환경으로 자리매김하고 있는 가운데 교수-학습의 효율성을 향상시키기위한 지원 시스템을 어떠한 관점에서 어떤 기능을 중심으로 설계해야하는 가와 기존 교실교육에 비해 효과적 학습을 유지하고 향상시킬수 있는 핵심요인들을 도출하기 위하여 학습전략을 비교 분석하고 그 결과가 어떻게 설계에 적용될 수 있는가를 제시하고자한다.
