원자력 산업설비 신뢰성

  • 최근에는 원자력에 대한 국민의 관심이 높아져 기기의 고장 수준에 대해서도 언론에 보도되는 것이 현실이다. 이는 곧 원자력 산업설비에 대한 신뢰성을 한층 더 높은 단계로 요구하는 목소리인 것이다. 이 글을 통해서 원자력 산업설비에 대한 신뢰성 향상을 위한 활동을 정리해 보고자 한다.

파괴역학의 응용 개념

  • 파괴역학은 역사적으로 볼 때 1960년대부터 본격적인 연구가 진행되었고, 1970년대에 와서 산 업에 응용되기 시작하였으나 국내에서는 방위 산업, 원자력 산업에서 응용하고 있을 뿐 기타 자동차, 조선, 철강 산업에서는 지금 관심을 갖기 시작한 단계이다. 본 고에서는 파괴역학이 설계에서 어떻게 하는 것인지에 대해 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 프로그램을 전혀 해보지 않았고, 게임에는 관심 있는 초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 EPL 도구로서 스크래치를 이용한 SW교육의 교수 학습 모형을 개발하였다. 5단계 10차시로 분류하여 각 단계별 학습목표를 설정하고 교수 학습 목표를 결정하였다. 학습목표에 맞게 각 단계별 수업이 이루어지면 목표에 도달할 수 있도록 반복수업, 흥미 있는 수업, 이해도가 증가할 수 있도록 단계별 수업으로 구성하였다. 또한 SW교육 교수 학습 모형에서 각 차시별 목표를 설정하고 단계별 교수 학습 전략을 제공하여 목표에 도달할 수 있도록 유도하였다. 본 연구를 통해 초등학교 저학년에게 SW교육이 가능한지, 어느 정도 수준의 교육으로 이루어져야 하는 지, EPL 도구로서의 스크래치의 활용성은 어느 정도인지 등을 알아보고 SW교육에 수업자료로 활용하고자 한다.

A Study on the Stages of Exercise Behaviors in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (류마티스 관절염 환자의 운동행동 변화단계에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined factors affecting the stages of exercise behavior among patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The analysis was based on data collected from 238 patients who enrolled at the medical center of D university. The participants showed 5 stages of exercise behavior: pre-contemplation 23.9%, contemplation 23.0%, preparation 33.2%, action 5.0%, and maintenance 29.0%. There were statistically significant differences in perceived barriers of exercise, exercise self-efficacy, and perceived health status according to the stage of exercise behavior of the subjects. It was found that among the barriers to exercise, physical and cognitive psychological factors significantly influenced the stages of exercise behavior. Also, exercise self-efficacy significantly affected the stages of exercise behavior. Thus, for rheumatoid arthritis patients to practice and maintain proper exercise behavior, the nursing staff should continue to assess and reduce the barriers to exercise. Exercise programs should enhance self-efficacy to achieve long-term exercise behavior.

An Analytical Study on the Interest of Interested Parties of School and Corporation in the Apprenticeship School Policy: Focusing on the Concerns-Based Adoption Model(CBAM) (학교, 기업 관계자의 산학일체형 도제학교 정책에 대한 관심도 분석: 관심중심수용모형(CBAM)을 중심으로)

  • The objective of this study is to provide the basic data for the efficient operation of industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school, by analyzing the interest in the relevant policy, targeting the interested parties of school and corporation as the two main subjects operating the industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school. Using the Concerns-Based Adoption Model(CBAM) used for understanding the interested parties' interest in the adoption of a certain new changing. In the results of analysis, first, currently, the operating subjects of industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school showed the similar interest with the pattern of nonusers. In other words, currently, based on the curiosity about the relevant policy, they are interested in which roles they should perform for the successful operation. Second, when dividing the operating subjects of industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school into school parties and corporate parties, the results of examining the differences in the interest of each subject are as follows. First, in the stages except for the Stage 0(indifference), the interest of school parties was relatively higher than the one of corporate parties. It might be because the school's role is bigger in the operation of industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school, contrary to the advanced countries. In other words, in case of school parties, the overall and general understanding of the relevant policy is premised, so that their interest of each stage is higher than the one of corporate parties. Especially, the Stage 5(cooperative interest) showed the biggest differences. As the cooperation between industry and academia is the success factor of the relevant policy, it would be necessary to implant the concrete measures for industry-academia cooperation in school parties, and also to implant the importance of industry-academia cooperation in corporate parties. Next, both operating subjects showed the lowest intensity in the Stage 4(consequential interest). It means that the operating subjects' interest in the evaluation of apprenticeship students is relatively low.

Study of Gradual restriction method of water supply to termination criteria at each drought response stage (가뭄대응 단계별 점진적 용수제한공급 방안 연구)

  • 2016년 6월 국토교통부에서는 강수량의 부족으로 인한 다목적댐 용수공급 중단 피해를 최소화하기 위해 "댐 용수부족 대비 용수공급 조정기준"을 시행하였다. 다목적댐에서 가뭄에 사전 대응하기 위해 기준저수량을 설정하고 이 기준저수량에 따라 4단계의 가뭄단계로 구분된다. 댐 저수량이 가뭄 단계별 기준저수량 이하로 저하될 경우, 가뭄단계 발령 및 용수제한공급이 시행되는데 하천유지용수, 농업용수, 생 공용수 순으로 감량이 이루어진다. 하지만 급격한 용수제한공급으로 인한 피해가 우려된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가뭄시 효율적인 용수공급을 위해 낙동강유역의 합천댐 유역을 대상으로 저수량이 부족한 댐 준공당시와 과거 대표적인 가뭄기간(1994-1997년, 2009-2010년)에 대하여 정상환원, 관심, 주의, 경계 그리고 심각 총 5단계의 용수제한공급 단계를 10계로 세분화하고 6가지의 용수공급 시나리오를 설정하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 시나리오에 따라 최악의 경우 생 공용수 50%를 감량함으로서 기존 기준보다 신속하게 저수량을 정상단계로 회복시켜주는 효과를 보였다.

  • Identifying crosscutting concerns during requirements engineering phase is one of the most essential parts in Aspect-Oriented Software Development. Considering crosscutting concerns in the earlier phase of the development improves consistency among requirements so that it can help maintain software systems efficiently and effectively. It also provides a systematic way to manage requirements changes by supporting traceability throughout the software lifecycle. Thus, identifying tangled and scattered concerns, and encapsulating them into separate entities must be addressed from the early phase of the development. To do so, first, functional and non-functional concerns must be clearly separated. Second, a pointcut where a main concern meets crosscutting concerns should be defined and specified precisely. Third, it is required to detect conflicts being occurred during composition of crosscutting concerns from the earlier phase. Therefore, this paper proposes a systematic approach to identifying and specifying crosscutting concerns using goal-scenario based requirements analysis. And we demonstrate the applicability of the approach by applying it into the intelligent service robot system.

Real-Time Landmark Detection using Fast Fourier Transform in Surveillance (서베일런스에서 고속 푸리에 변환을 이용한 실시간 특징점 검출)

  • In this paper, we propose a landmark-detection system of object for more accurate object recognition. The landmark-detection system of object becomes divided into a learning stage and a detection stage. A learning stage is created an interest-region model to set up a search region of each landmark as pre-information necessary for a detection stage and is created a detector by each landmark to detect a landmark in a search region. A detection stage sets up a search region of each landmark in an input image with an interest-region model created in the learning stage. The proposed system uses Fast Fourier Transform to detect landmark, because the landmark-detection is fast. In addition, the system fails to track objects less likely. After we developed the proposed method was applied to environment video. As a result, the system that you want to track objects moving at an irregular rate, even if it was found that stable tracking. The experimental results show that the proposed approach can achieve superior performance using various data sets to previously methods.

Deep Learning Based Sign Detection and Recognition for the Blind (시각장애인을 위한 딥러닝 기반 표지판 검출 및 인식)

  • This paper proposes a deep learning algorithm based sign detection and recognition system for the blind. The proposed system is composed of sign detection stage and sign recognition stage. In the sign detection stage, aggregated channel features are extracted and AdaBoost classifier is applied to detect regions of interest of the sign. In the sign recognition stage, convolutional neural network is applied to recognize the regions of interest of the sign. In this paper, the AdaBoost classifier is designed to decrease the number of undetected signs, and deep learning algorithm is used to increase recognition accuracy and which leads to removing false positives which occur in the sign detection stage. Based on our experiments, proposed method efficiently decreases the number of false positives compared with other methods.

A study on video production behavior of teenage creator (10대 크리에이터의 영상 제작 행태 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve the competence and performance of teenage creators through the behavioral comparison. With the recent growth of video streaming services, the number of teenage creators is rapidly increasing. However, research on the video production behavior of teenagers is still limited. Therefore, in this study, we examined the video production behaviors of teenagers and assessed difficulties in each step. This study was conducted with the case study and the empirical study which interviewed the enthusiasts group and the creators group. Experimental results indicated that the editing stage was the most important but the lowest in both groups. In particular, the interest group had a greater burden on the editorial stage than the creator group. Therefore, in order to encourage teenage video production activities, it will be necessary to train them in editing programs or provide easy editing functions.
