The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

'71년부터 매 5년마다 실시되어 올해로 5번째를 맞는 전국 장내 기생충 감염율 실태조사의 가검물 수집이 이제 막바지에 이르고 있다. 기생충검사 무용론이 고개를 들고 있는 요즈음의 상황에서 새벽부터 밤늦게까지 가가호호를 방문하여 채변봉투를 나누어 주고, 또 대변을 수집해오는 일을 게을리하지 않았던 건협 시도지부직원들의 숨은 노력으로 큰 어려움없이 실태조사가 이루어질 수 있었음을 잊어서는 안될 것 같다. 그동안의 우리나라 기생충관리의 총 결산이 되고, 새로운 기생충관리의 총 결산이 되고, 새로운 기생충관리 방향 모색에 잇어 중요한 역할을 하게 될 이번 실태조사의 마지막날까지 지역주민들의 적극적 협조를 바라면서 실태조사 가검물 수집과정의 일들을 이번 호에 실어본다.

This study was designed to investigate the correlation between the degree of knowledge in regards to the importance of oral health and the smile scores as well as the correlation between their actual oral conditions and smile scores. The author surveyed the knowledge and the actual oral health condition of the subjects, 150 high school students (80 males and 70 females), and their frontal pictures were taken when they had full smiles. After evaluation of the smiles of the subjects by five dentists, the results were analysed. This study showed that there was neither a correlation between the smile score and the knowledge of oral health nor the actual oral condition. The investigation showed that the actual oral condition and care was performed well even if there were some wrong answers in the questionnaire, which asked about proper oral health. In conclusion, the smile could be related to the repetition of the habit of smiling rather than being related to the knowledge of oral health or their actual oral condition.

안전관리는 건설사업의 시공과정 중에 발생 가능한 유해, 위험으로부터 인명을 보호하는 것이며, 건설사업의 주제는 발주자로서 발주자 역할의 극대화는 효과적인 건설재해 방지의 관건이다. 건설프로젝트의 발주자, 설계자, 감리자, 시공자, 협력업자 등 다수 참여자의 장기간에 걸친 공동작업으로 이루어지는 건설공사의 특성을 고려할 때, 기존의 건설안전관리체제로는 건설공사에 수반되는 이와 다양한 유형의 사고를 방지하기 위한 근본적인 처방으로는 미흡하며, 건설산업의 총체적인 안전수준의 향상을 통한 시설품의 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 근원적인 안전관리제도의 구축이 요구되고 있다. 실태조사 결과 공공발주자와 민간발주자의 안전의식 및 안전관리실태에는 격차가 크며, 대다수 발주자의 안전관리에 대한 책임의식이 미흡하며, 민간발주자의 경우가 훨씬 열악한 것으로 나타났다. 정부 감독기관의 발주자에 대한 안전책임 부여도 소극적이다. 발주자 안전관리가 미흡한 원인과 이의 촉진 방안에 대한 도출이 필요하다. 발주자에 대한 접근 방법의 홍보를 통한 책임의식의 고취, 발주자를 위한 안전관리매뉴얼 등 안전관리 도구의 제공, 법령을 동한 명확한 책임의 부여, 발주자가 책임을 이행할 수 있는 자질있는 안전전문가의 활용이 긴요한 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구에서는 광역 시 도 교육기관의 효율적인 재난관리체계 구축을 위한 조사를 실시하였다. 총 6개의 광역 시 도 교육청의 재난안전담당자 인터뷰 및 실태조사를 통하여 교육기관의 현황 및 문제점을 도출하고 재난관리체계 개선방안을 검토하였다.

Since the government-owned land is the national property, the country is responsible for the management. Although one can see the recent activities of government to efficiently manage and maintain the government-owned land, its characteristics are not well reflected on the current managing methods. Obviously, efficient and prefer methods for the field survey is necessary for efficient management. In this study, the current management methods focused on the site srvey are analyzed and problems are deduced. Basically the current methods depending on the graphic information and cadastral survey results are compared with real illegal occupancy case. The investigation clearly shows the necessity of the cadastral survey and proved the current method is not sufficient to detect illegal occupancy on government-owned land. It is expected that this study contributes on establishing an efficient management methods for the government-owned land.

길림성 연변 자치주의 결핵병방치소의 소장(김덕복)과 부소장(최녹산)이 1999년 11월 22일부터 12월 3일까지 결핵관리 교육을 받기 위해 결핵연구원에 내원하였다. 이에 이들과 연변의 결핵 및 결핵관리 실태에 대하여 논의할 기회가 있어서, 우리나라 결핵관리에 종사하는 분들과 그 밖에 중국의 결핵관리에 관심있는 분들을 위하여 자료를 정리 2회에 걸쳐 게재한다.

This study survey research of infection control, wastewater management, and instrument disinfection according to characteristic at Daegu, Gyeongbuk Province In 2012 and 2017, the same 114 dental clinics to identify the infection management behavior and prevent infection of dental medical institutions. Scored mean 3.37 points on 8 items of infection control, 95.5% in "records of the patient's medical history", 1.8% in "presence of a wastewater facility." Scored 94.7% in "disinfection of metal trays", 17.5% in "storage from a spitting receptacle in the waste bin and commissioned management.", Scored higher in of infection control, wastewater management and instrument disinfection according to general characteristics and dental characteristics in 2017 than in 2012. Points were higher dental hygienist, University graduation, Type of duty was counseling and management, hospital or higher, Number of dentist(dental hygienist, chair, patient) was high. Therefore raise a need for infection control into consideration the dental characteristics and education and promotion regardless of the hospital size.

이 연구에서는 경찰관의 외상후 스트레스 장애 실태를 파악하고 그에 따른 대처방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 경찰관의 외상후 스트레스 장애 실태는 연구에 따라 다소 차이는 있으나 비교적 높은 수준이고, 소방관과 비교해도 상대적으로 높은 수준이다. 이에 대한 대처방안으로 고위험 경찰공무원의 발견 및 관리, 위기상황 스트레스 관리 기법의 보급, 직원 지원 프로그램의 도입, 동료 및 가족의 적극적 개입, 스트레스 관리 교육 등을 제시하였다.
