This study investigates whether the designated firm is affected by the financial characteristics prior to the korea stock exchange designating subject to administrative issues. that is, analyzes financial differences of the designated finn(AIF) from another firm(NAIF) in the same asset-scale and industry for 5 years prior to designating date. For this purpose, financial variables related with scale, profitability, growth nature, liquidity, stability, and active nature are chosen. 113 AIFs and 113 NIAFs are selected from listed stock on the korea stock exchange between 1991 and 1999. As a result, it is found that there are significant difference in all profitability, stability, active nature related financial variables for 5 years prior to each designation date. The difference is more significant as the designating date approaches. But, no significant difference is not found in all growth nature related financial variables for 5 years prior to each designation date. Liquidity related financial variables show significant difference in only the 1st year before designation date. To be short, the financial factors of profitability, liquidity, stability, and active nature have an effect on the designated firms.

기업활동에 관한 행정규제의 완화 및 특례에 관한 사항을 규정하여 원활한 기업활동을 도모하고 국민경제의 건전한 발전에 기여함을 목적으로 하는"기업활동규제완화에 관한 특별조치법(1993.6.11.법률 제4560호)"의 제정으로 동법 제3장에서 규정하는 "안전관리자 등의 고용의무완화"에 따란 산업안전보건법 시행령이 1993.11.20.개정되고 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정하는 산업안전보건법 시행규칙 및 산업안전기준에 관한 규칙 및 산업안전기준에 관한 규칙 등이 1994년 3월29일자로 개정ㆍ공포되었다. 동개정내용 중 건설업과 관련되는 조문을 중심으로 해설함으로써 안전관리업무에 도움을 드리고자 한다.

기업 가치사슬에서 발행하는 온실가스 평가란 원료 구매, 제품의 생산, 판매 단계 등 기업 활동 전반에 걸쳐 기업 활동이 기후변화에 미치는 영향을 온실가스 배출량으로 산정하는 것을 말한다. 온실가스 배출원을 기업의 활동 경계를 기준으로 하여 Scope1, Scope2, Scope3으로 나누어진다. 이중 Scope3는 기업이 직접 배출하지 않더라도 기업 가치사슬에서 간접적으로 배출되는 온실가스에 연관된 영역이다. Scope3의 영역은 기업이 직접 관리할 수 없어 본질적으로 감축이 어렵다. 하지만 앞으로 국가 수준보다는 기업 수준에서 배출량을 제한하는 규제가 더욱 강화될 전망이며, 이에 따라 기업이 Scope3도 산정에 포함해야 하는 시점이 다가오고 있다.

Korea Research Reactor (KRR) 1＆2 has shut down and through preparatory activities, its decommissioning activities are underway. As its decommissioning activities have been done over several years, its relevant data have been spreaded with various type and media all over the discrete place and inadvertently managed, As a result, managing and assessing data of KRR 1＆2 has been difficult and complex and its data cannot be evaluated. By developing the decommissioning database system of KRR 1＆2 the data of decommissioning activities can be correctly evaluated, being systematically managed and objectively assessed. Finally, the decommissioning project of KRR 1＆2 have come to more effectively accomplished. As the data of decommissioning activities can be at last systematically analyzed and objectively assessed, the decommissioning project of KRR 1＆2 would be more effectively accomplished.

문제: 병동 처치수가 산정 부정확 및 누락으로 인한 부적절한 재고관리로 진료차질, 불필요한 업무발생 및 수익이 감소한다. 목적: 병동 처치수가 산정 정확화를 위한 업무 표준화 도구 및 시스템을 개발하여 적정 재고관리를 통한 수익증대 및 직무만족도를 향상시킨다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원 질 향상 활동: 병동중심의 처치 산정지침 개발 및 수가물품의 적정재고 관리방안을 모색하였다. 개선효과: 병동중심의 처치수가 산정 지침서를 제작하여 업무표준화를 기하였음. 응급청구 품목 및 수량이 '07년 대비 71%감소하고 타 병동 차용품목이 활동 전에 비해 61% 감소, 수량은 77% 감소함. 응급청구 총소요시간이 활동 전에 비해 '07년 대비 77% 감소하고 타 병동 차용 총 소요시간이 61% 감소함. 전년 동기간 대비 수익이 4% 증가하였으며 또한 54병동과 보험 심사팀에서 직원들의 직무만족도가 향상되었다.

This study aims to analyze chemotherapy medication safety management system and formulate efficient methods to solve problems in the medication safety practices through application of 6 sigma techniques. From the results of analysis conducted, targeting nurses, such 3 factors as process-related factor, nurse-related factor and environment-related factor were identified as problems of the chemotherapy medication safety management. Through analyzing the prior knowledge about chemotherapy mediation safety and level of performance of nurses, the educational performance to complement deficiencies were selected as the final improvement plan, and the improvement activities were completed through drawing out management plans that specify management methods and countermeasures in the event of problems.

학습 프로세스는 학습참여자인 학습자들과 교수자의 상호적인 활동에 의하여 교수-학습이 이루어지는 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 과정에서 일련의 학습자료들이 제공되고 만들어진다. 교수-학습이론에서 여러 가지 모델이 제안되어 이용되고 있지만 각 학습참여자의 역할과 학습자료간의 관계가 명시적으로 정의되어 운영되지 못하는 점이 있다. 한편 서비스제공이나 소프트웨어개발과 같은 추상적인 결과물을 생산해야하는 경영학이나 소프트웨어공학에서는 프로세스(과정)의 관리만이 그 결과물의 질을 담보할 수 있다고 생각한다. 결과물의 질관리를 위한 프로세스의 관리는 프로세스의 역할별 활동에 의한 투입/산출물, 프로세스들의 관계를 명시하고, 그에 따른 측정가능한 지표를 개발-분석함으로써 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에 기반하여 구성주의적 교수-학습 프로세스를 정의함으로써 교수활동에 구성주의적 교수-학습이론을 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 지침을 제공하고, 향후 프로세스를 기반으로 하는 교육 서비스사이언스의 기본적 구성요소를 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 지역별로 발생 양상이 다른 사회재난의 종합적 위험분석을 위한 정보활용 방안 및 전략을 제안한다. 사회재난은 재난유형이 매우 다양하며, 각기 다른 발생 및 전파양상을 가지고 있어 전문성을 기반으로 관계하고 있는 개별부처에서 각각 관리되고 있다. 재난이 발생 후 대응, 수습 및 복구에 이르는 활동은 대표적인 현장대응 부처인 행정안전부, 경찰청, 소방청 등에서 주로 담당하고 있으나, 예방 및 대비 활동은 각 부처에서 개별법령에 의한 제도 및 정책에 의해 위험요소를 저감하기 위한 활동으로 진행된다. 예를 들어 화학사고의 경우 화학사고예방관리계획서, 장외영향평가, 화재는 방화지구, 화재경계지구, 산불은 산불취약지수 등 각각의 물리적 매커니즘을 적정히 고려하는 이론적 근거의 의해 사전에 그 위험을 평가하고 있으나 재난관리 예방을 담당하는 부처에 까지 연속성을 가지고 그 결과들이 적극적으로 활용되고 있지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각 부처에서 개별법령에 의해 평가되는 공신력 있는 자료들의 융합적 해석에 근거한 종합위험 평가 개념을 정립하고 실제 활용 가능성에 대해 논하고자 한다.
