컴퓨터와 인터넷이 발달과 함께 웹을 이용하여 다양한 학습 방법들이 개발되고 있다. 학습 활동 관리 시스템 LAMS는 효과적으로 학습 활동을 설계하고 관리할 수 있는 유용한 도구 중 하나이다. 하지만 LAMS가 우리가 플래시나 자바와 같은 외부 도구로 만든 외부의 사용자 콘텐츠들과 아무런 통신이 이루어지지 않기 때문에 완벽하게 학습 활동을 관리하지는 못한다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 LAMS와 외부의 사용자 콘텐츠가 서로 통신을 할 수 있는 통신 메커니즘을 설계하고 구현하는 것이다. 이를 위해 웹 기반 교육과 LAMS의 구조와 기능 및 개발 환경에 대해 분석 하였다. 이러한 분석을 기반으로 LAMS와 외부 교육용 콘텐츠 사이의 통신 메커니즘을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이러한 메커니즘을 플래시나 자바 또는 비주얼 C++로 만든 콘텐츠에 적용할 수 있으며, 이 콘텐츠들은 LAMS의 정보를 가지고 오거나 LAMS에 정보를 전달할 수 있다. 그리고 이러한 정보를 모아 각종 통계 자료를 만들고, 이를 교육에 반영할 수 있다. 이 메커니즘은 다양한 개발 환경에서 동작하며, 이것을 이용하여 기존의 LAMS에서는 불가능했던 다양한 학습 관리가 가능하도록 하였다. 우리는 이메커니즘을 이용하여 좀 더 혁신적인 콘텐츠를 개발하고 우수한 학습 활동 관리 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

The study aims to investigate the production and management of contemporary Korean artists' personal records and propose support measures necessary for documenting their work activities, such as educational programs. First, through a literature review, the importance of documenting contemporary artists' work activities and the support program documentation are analyzed. Second, through interviews with six contemporary artists using various formats and media, records production by artistic process and management by documentation type are investigated. Third, based on the investigation analysis, the cooperation and support plan to be cooperated by art museums, archivists, and other record professionals for the artwork documentation is recommended. Areas of support are divided into educational program provision, museum artistic activity documentation, and documentation tools development and support.

연구 개발자들은 자신의 정보활동에 있어 전체 활동의 20 ${\sim}$ 40%를 관련 정보의 탐색 및 분석에 사용하고 정보활동 결과는 개인 컴퓨터에 저장한다. 그러나 개인 컴퓨터상의 유용한 정보는 정보관리 및 공유 도구의 부재로 인하여 가치 및 유용성을 상실하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 데스크 탑 서치와 P2P 기반의 정보공유 기능을 갖는 시스템을 제안한다. 데스크 탑 서치를 통하여 연구 개발자는 본인의 컴퓨터에 저장된 정보를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다. 연구 개발자들이 많은 시간을 들여 축적한 유용한 정보자원을 쉽게 공유할 수 있게 하는 P2P 기반의 정보공유는 연구개발 활동의 전체적인 생산성을 높일 수 있다.

편의점 물류는 물류센터에서 가맹점이나 직영점포에 상품을 공급하는 배송이 주된 업무이다. 점포의 발주에 대응하여 수주, 출고, 정산 보충발주 등의 기본업무를 계속해서 반복하는 단순한 일면의 기능과, 다품종소량 다빈도 배송요구에 따른 처리비용 증가나 결품의 발생, 신선도 저하, 점포내 재고증가 등의 문제에 대응해야 하는 복합적이고 고도의 관리를 요하는 복잡한 기능의 양면성을 동시에 지니고 있다. 따라서 물류시설 확보, 노하우 축적, 인력양성 등의 물류관리는 사업의 손익과 직결되고, 고객서비스의 폭을 결정하기 때문에 편의점에 있어 물류관리는 대단히 중요하다. 그러나 편의점의 양적인 팽창에 비해 물류거점의 부족 협소한 물류센터와 전산화되지 않은 작업환경 등 편의점의 물류활동은 아직 미약한 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류기능의 효율성이 무엇보다도 중요시되고 있는 편의점을 토대로 물류활동의 사례와 실태를 살펴보고 유통환경변화에 따른 편의정의 물류활동의 효율화 및 경쟁력 강화방안으로 공동화 방안을 제시하였다.

현재 전자상거래시장에서는 기업의 경영부담을 줄이고 고속의 물류서비스제공으로 고객만족을 높여 시장에서의 경쟁우위를 확보하고자 하는 측면이 크게 부각 되고 있다. 이는 전자상거래의 물류활동에서 효율적경영관리 및 전략적파트너와의 우호적관계 유지 차원에서의 중요성이 기업에 인식되어지게 되었다. 이에 따라 기업은 경영부담을 줄이고 고속물류서비스를 위한 전략적방편으로 파트너제휴를 통한 물류외주화라는 협력전략을 선택하게 되었다. 그러나 기업은 물류활동에서의 비효율적관리계획과 전략적 파트너에 대한 정보분석 및 협력활동에서의 경험부족과 시스템의 부재에 놓여있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 물류활동과 전자상거래에서 보다 효율적 파트너관계를 통한 기업 경영부담을 줄이고 고객요구에 부합하는 고품질의 물류서비스제공을 가능하게 하는 방안으로 파트너관계관리(partner relationship management: PRM) 모델을 제시하였다.

While block chain technique usage is wide spread over many areas, volunteering system is another subject in use. In this paper, we propose reverse auction and block chain technique in volunteering matching system. Detailed process on each step of system are suggested. The Korea Coast Guard evaluates the risk of major coastal activity places to prevent coastal accidents, and patrols and manages them based on that, but it is not responding properly to the continuously increasing number of coastal accidents. The reason for this is that, despite the gradual expansion of coastal activity places, there is a lack of manpower to manage and supervise them, resulting in blind spots in coastal accident safety management. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to prepare more efficient and effective measures that check and supplement the current coastal safety management system. Coastal accidents show different characteristics of accident causes and places due to differences in the activity characteristics of users according to time. As a result of analyzing coastal accident data (2017~2021), the frequency of daytime accidents is high in the case of sea rock, beach, and offshore, where family leisure activities are frequent. In the case of wharf, tidal flat and bridge, where accidents due to drinking, disorientation, and suicide mainly occur, the frequency of accidents at night is high. In addition, there were more accidents on weekends when the number of users increased compared to weekdays. This trend indicates that the user's temporal activity characteristics must be reflected in the risk assessment of coastal activity places. Therefore, in this study, based on the case of coastal accidents, the characteristics of accidents at coastal activity places according to time were identified, and the criteria were presented for risk evaluation by grading them. It is expected that it will be possible to lay the foundation for reducing coastal accidents by efficiently managing and supervising coastal activity places over time using the presented evaluation criteria.

In construction sites, effective preventive safety management is required beyond post-processing safety management. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a model and analyze the relationship between safety management activities, safety culture key elements, safety, unsafe behavior management, and safety for autonomous and preventive safety management. Method: The relationship was analyzed by applying the survey data to the structural equation, and the path to safety outcomes from exogenous variables was explored and major issues were presented by interpreting the part suggested by the hypothesis verified by the analysis results. Result: As a result of analyzing the preliminary model and the path model, the appropriate model fit was confirmed, and the significant effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables was confirmed. Conclusion: It is judged that it can contribute to continuously improving safety performance before safety accidents occur through safety management activities, safety and unsafe behavior management, and management of key elements of safety culture.

This study shows the difference between groups with multivariate analysis of fire prevention activities, special investigations of fire safety, and fire safety management according to the management method of apartment houses and the inspection of firefighting facilities. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in fire prevention activities according to the quality of inspection of firefighting facilities. This means that fire prevention is high if the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities is excellent and the fire safety inspection is conducted in accordance with national fire safety standards and checklists. Second, there was a significant difference in the fire safety special investigation according to the management method of the apartment buildings. The manual operated by the management entity and the management entity's management and execution help the organization members to expedite work. This expedition of work creates a high possiblity to get a good evaluation from the special investigation of fire safety. Third, analysis of fire prevention activities showed a significant interaction between the inspection of firefighting facilities and the management method of apartment buildings. The analysis shows that that there is a positive correlation between the level of fire prevention and both the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities and the degree to which the inspection is conducted to meet national fire safety standards.

The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the correlation between the characteristics of safety officers and managers handling disaster and safety management, competence, and performance among disaster and safety work-level officers in medium-sized companies in South Korea. For this study, the researcher surveyed 509 disaster and safety management officers of various companies and analyzed the resultant data. The results of the analysis showed that, first, the characteristics of the safety officers handling the disaster and safety management systems had a significantly positive impact on performance. Second, the characteristics of the safety officers handling the disaster management systems had a significantly positive impact on competence. Third, the disaster and safety management competence of the safety officers had a significantly positive impact on performance. Fourth, in the relationship between the characteristics of the safety officers handling the disaster and safety management systems of businesses and their performance, the competence of the safety officers had a mediating effect.
