In this paper, we propose system access control software that improves the survivability of the naval combat system while maintaining security and stability. The software was improved by improving the operating environment configuration and user authentication process of the system access control software that constitutes the naval combat system, defining the operating environment classification of the naval combat system, and applying a software parallel execution process considering the load rate. Through this, the waiting time required to configure the environment is shortened, providing rapid operation to the operator, and improving the fact that the naval combat system cannot be operated unless the environment configuration is completed even in emergency situations. In order to test the performance, a test environment was created by simulating the existing naval combat system, and the execution time for each operation category was measured and compared. Compared to the existing naval combat system, the execution time of the basic combat system was reduced by about 69.3%, the execution time of the combat system was reduced by about 54.9%, and the execution time of the integrated combat system was confirmed to be reduced by about 8.4%.

전략물자라 함은 군사적 목적으로만 이용되는 군전용의 물자만이 아닌 민수품까지도 포괄하는 개념이다. 전략물자에 포함되는 민수품은 군사적 목적으로도 사용될 수 있는 품목으로서 국제적으로는 이중용도(Dual Use)품목으로 불리어진다. 이러한 군전용 물품과 이중용도품목이 분쟁국가나 국제평화를 저해할 우려가 있는 국가로 수출이 되어 군사력의 과도한 확장에 이용되지 않도록 하기위한 제도가 전략물자 수출통제제도이다. 국제사회에서 안보와 평화를 위한 규범으로 시행되고 있는 전략물자 수출통제 강화 추세에 적절히 대응하지 못할 경우, 우리 업체의 피해는 물론 국가 이미지에 심대한 타격을 받을 수 있으므로 우리나라도 정부·기업이 역할을 분담하는 방향으로 전략물자 수출통제 강화방안이 마련되었다. 본 고에서는 기업리스크 관리를 위한 전략물자 무역관리를 위해 한국무역협회에서 발간한‘알기 쉽게 풀어 쓴 전략물자 무역관리’내용을 발췌하여 연재한다.

장례지도사는 임종순간부터 시신처리, 유골개장 등 시신에 가장 근접하여 이를 처리하고 관리 및 통제하는 전문인력이다. 미국이나 일본 등은 시신을 다루는 직업 종사자를 국민의 안정과 건강이라는 측면에서 국가 자격제도 혹은 국가공인 자격제도로 관리하고 있다. 이는 일정한 지식과 조건을 갖춘 자격있는 장례지도사가 시신과 관련시설을 전문적인 지식과 기능으로 관리하고 통제함으로써 각종 질병으로 부터 스스로를 보호함은 물론 이를 방문하는 공중의 위생과 건강을 담보하고자 하는 제도적 역할 때문이다. 이에 우리나라도 역시 장례지도사를 국가적 차원에서 관리하고 통제해야 한다고 생각한다. 더불어 우리나라의 문화에 가장 적합한 표준장례지도사 교육과정의 개발이 시급히 요구된다.

본 논문에서는 SEEN 보안운영체제 시스템에서 접근통제 정책관리 도구의 설계 및 구현한 내용을 설명한다. 보안운영체제에 대한 지식이 부족한 보안 관리자가 정책을 설정하고 적용하는 데에 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 정책 적용 및 정책 설정의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 접근통제 정책관리 처리에 대한 것을 사용자가 쉽게 파악 할 수 있고 친숙한 그래픽 기반의 형태로 특별한 지식이 없는 사용자와 보안 관리자들에게 시스템을 효율적이고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 한다.

스케줄이 아무리 빡빡해도 칼같이 조정해내는 사람이 인정받는 이유는 그만큼 그 일이 어렵기 때문이다. 어떤 일의 목표를 세우고 추구하는 과정에서 자기통제력은 중요한 역할을 한다. 다이어트에서도 예외는 아니다. 다이어트를 하겠다는 의지는 시시때때로 강해지거나 약해지기 때문에 더욱 확실한 동기와 자기통제력을 강화하려는 노력이 필요하다.

CAN communication developed for communication between electric control devices in vehicle, was recently applied to automatic braking devices, and can also be applied to field bus for production automation. Recently, field bus is introduced in engine control, etc. for large ship. In this paper, cabin access control system can be implemented, based on CAN communication. The cabin access control system based on CAN communication consists of access control server, embedded system based on ARM9, and micro-controller built-in CAN controller. The access control server can be able to manage overall access control system by accessing with manager. And embedded system adopted ARM9 processor transmits access information of RFID reader controller connected with CAN networks to server, also performs access control. The embedded system can carry CAN frames to server, so it can be used as gateway.

In this study, analyzed the effect of the introduction and operation of internal control system of a company on accounting information usefulness in a rapidly changing business environment. In order to conduct this study, we studied a comprehensive analysis on the usefulness of internal control and accounting information, and applied the research model to the purpose of this study. In this study, we analyzed the degree of the relationship between variables based on the discretionary accruals of the modified Jones model using the internal control evaluation index based on the components of the internal control system for China. In the empirical analysis, analyzed that the operation of internal control has a negative influence on discretionary accruals, which is a substitute for usability of accounting information. In addition, the risk management factors of the internal control system have a negative correlation with the usefulness of accounting information. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to present the positive function of internal control system to many firms where the introduction and operation of internal control is important, and to provide useful guidance in the study of the relationship between the operation of internal control and discretionary accruals for foreign company.

역할기반 접근통제(RBAC)는 사용자의 역할에 기반을 둔 접근통제 방법으로 Ravi S. Sandhu가 제안한 기본 모델 이후로 다양한 모델들이 제안되어졌다. 하지만, 이 모델들은 다중 응용 환경에 적합한 통합접근통제 시스템 설계에 실제 적용하기 위해서는 보완되어야 할점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 이 모델들의 주요 구성요소를 근간으로 하여 그룹-역할기반접근통제 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자와 역할지정에 그룹 계층을 사용하고, 조직내의 직위와 직능을 바탕으로 역할 계층을 만들며, 만들어진 역할 계층을 통한 허가의 상속을 허용한다. 또한, 시스템이 가진 접근통제 데이터베이스를 세가지 부분으로 나누어 관리하게 함으로써, 조직의 접근통제 정책의 투명성을 보장한다.

새 정부는 국민의 행복실현을 위해 안전의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 해양수산부에서도 해양사고 30% 감소를 목표로 해양안전실천운동본부 발대식 및 해양안전헌장 선포, 선박안전관리자협의회 출범 등 민 관이 함께 해양에서의 안전 확보에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 안전관리의 주체인 해운선사의 안전관리 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 평가지표 및 안전관리 평가시스템 등은 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로, 철도, 항공 등 타 분야의 안전관리 정보시스템 구축 및 운영사례를 조사 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 해운선사의 안전관리 수준을 평가하기 위해 해양사고정보, 항만국통제 점검결과, 안전관리체제 심사결과 데이터를 분석하여 이들 데이터를 통합 관리할 수 있는 데이터베이스의 구축, 평가프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 안전관리 평가시스템을 이용하여 해양안전 우수사업자 평가업무, 우수 선박관리사업자 인증업무 등에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

IT 진화의 다른 면으로는 정보 보안 위협의 심각화와 개별 위험 증가도 잠재하고 있어 이에 대응하는 정보 보안 정책도 나날이 변화가 요구된다. 이에 따라 미국에서는 연방정보보안관리법을 제정하여 연방정부의 운영 및 자산에 대한 정보보안 통제항목의 효율성을 강화하기 위한 총괄적인 프레임워크를 제공한다. 또한 연방정부 및 정보 시스템 보호를 위한 최소 통제 및 유지 방안 개발을 제공한다. 따라서 본 고에서는 미국의 연방정보보안관리법의 각 단계별 보안 활동을 분석하고자 한다.
