재난에 대비하여 각 기관에서는 자체의 위기관리 매뉴얼을 보유하고 있고, 이를 기반으로 재난대응 훈련 등을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 매뉴얼은 개념적이어서 재난 발생 시 현장에서 즉각적으로 수행하기에는 구체성이 부족하다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 위기관리 매뉴얼을 SOP 기반의 시스템으로 변환하여 운영할 수 있는 플랫폼 기술을 개발하는데 있다. 플랫폼은 단위 행동 모임인 SOP 관리 모듈, 위기관리 매뉴얼 기반 재난 대응 절차를 수행을 위한 시나리오 관리 모듈, 그리고 기관의 담당자가 직접 해당 SOP를 수행하기 위한 정보인 조직도 관리 모듈로 구성되어 있으며, 실제 재난 대응을 통하여 수행한 활동에 대한 정보를 기록하여 빅 데이터를 분석하여 보완할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

Each country has recently established and operated so called Aids to Navigation(AtoN) AIS system collecting and transferring information on the sea state and AtoN's position. Korea has also decided to introduce the system and been establishing it. And it has already installed and operated this system in Incheon and Daesan. For the purpose of giving the national standards of AtoN AIS, this paper is to investigate the present states of AtoN AIS systems in the above two area and to suggest the improvement to the operation of AtoN AIS system. To make it, the paper deals with the international regulations of related AtoN AIS and the cases of foreign's AtoN AIS system installed and also investigates the operation states of the system, in five modules such as system management, system composition, information, function and cooperation. The followings are concluded; improving the inconsistency of system management, reducing operator's confusion caused by excessive display of AtoN AIS system, improving the problem of receiving unnecessary information, improving the functional problems caused by AIS communication inability and improving AtoN AIS information which is presently not used on board.

최근 IT인프라 관제시스템의 구축 추세는 서비스 가용성 및 응답시간이란 관리지표를 기준으로 IT서비스 품질관리 관점에서 시스템을 관리함을 목표로 삼고 있다. 즉, 자원의 종류에 따라 개별 성능 및 장애 관리를 하기보다는 서버, 네트워크, DB, WAS, 어플리케이션 등 IT서비스에 관련된 전반적 자원에 대한 포괄적인 관리로 IT서비스 성능저하 및 장애가 주로 발생하는 지점을 파악하여 보수하고 개선할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 최근의 추세라 할 수 있겠다. 한편으론 조직의 IT서비스가 여러 지역에 존재하는 다수 시스템에 의해 수행되는 최근의 상황을 고려할 때, 분산 환경하의 서비스 품질관리를 위해서는 각 지역별로 관리 서버를 운용하고 중앙에 별도의 슈퍼 매니저를 두어 전체를 관장하는 체계가 요구된다. 다중/계층형 관리서버 운용 메커니즘을 지원하는 시스템에서의 각 관리 모듈은 독립적으로 실행이 가능하며, 물리적 서버의 위치가 다른 곳에서도 관리 기능을 실행함에 있어서 문제가 없도록 기능을 지원하여 관리서버의 부하 분산이 투명하게 실현되어야 한다. 여기서는 QoS (Quality of Service)측면에서의 관리 기능을 수행하는 다중/계층형 시스템 통합관리에 관한 기술적 사항들을 살펴보고자 한다.

경영환경과 조직의 분사화의 정도가 증가함에 따라서 의사결정지원시스템 (Decision Support System)에 있어서도 분산화 된 시스템의 요구가 증가되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 분산화 된 환경인 네트웍을 기반으로 하는 의사결정지원시스템을 대상 으로 사용자간의 정보공유와 사용자의 참여의 효과적인 관리를 위한 기능적 설계를 제시한 다. 정보의 공유는 의사결정지원시스템과 그룹의사결정지원시스템을 차별화 하는 가장 큰 특징이다. 이러한 정보의 공유는 과업을 수행하는 그룹단위(WorkGroup)로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하며, 그룹의 구성원들간의 의사소통과 정보를 저장하는 자료저장소(Data Warehouse)와 서버(Server)의 구축, 보다 사용하기 쉬운 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스 (Graphic User Interface)를 포함하는 전자우편(Electronic Mail), 의사결정에 참여한 사용자 에게 의사결정결과에 대한 구체적인 피드백(Feedback)을 제공할 수 있는 시스템의 구축과 같은 방법을 통해서 보다 효과적인 관리가 이루어질 수 있게 된다. 사용자의 관리는 의사결 정지원시스템이 효과를 결정하는데 중요한 요소의 하나로써 보다 많은 참여는 그륩시너지효 과(Group Synergy Effect)를 가능하게 한다. 또한 완전한 익명성(Anonymity)의 확보는 기존 의 물리적인 제한을 가진 의사결정실 GDSS의 불완전한 익명성을 충분히 대체할 수 있을 것이다. 의사결정과정의 지원에 있어서도 사용자에게 회의의 기록을 자동적으로 제공하는 것과 병행하여 회의 중에 자신이 기록해야 할 사항을 추가적으로 기록할 수 있는 모듈 (Module)을 제공하는 것이 보다 효과적일 것이다. 물론 이러한 모듈은 앞서 언급한 정보의 공유의 관점에서 본다면 참여자 자신의 피드백에 도움을 주며, 또한 유사한 수준의 다른 참 여자에게 있어서 문제에 대한 인식을 다른 사용자와의 비교를 통하여 일정수준으로 동질화 시킬 수 있게 된다.

The primary tasks of a workflow management system specify workflow models with respect to resource, control-flow, data-flow, functional, and operational perspectives, and to enact their workcases (workflow instances). In terms of enacting workflow models, the essential criterion grading the quality of the system is "how much is the system able to guarantee the correctness of workflow models' enactment?". Particularly, the workflow determinacy problem, which may be caused by the interference of the control-flow and the data-flow specifications, is the most challenging issue in guaranteeing the correctness of the system. We are able to solve the problem by either of the following two approaches-analysis of workflow model and verification of workflow enactment. In the paper, we propose a technique that guarantee the system's correctness through verifying workflow enactment. In other words, the technique is able to detect the conflicts of control-flow and data-flow enactments existing on a workflow model, which causes the system to be non-determinant in enacting workflow models. Finally, by applying the technique to the e-Chautauque workflow management system developed by the authors' research group, we prove that the technique is a feasible solution for the workflow determinacy problem.

Proper management of construction productivity is one of the main drivers of project success. This research focuses on the development of a construction productivity analysis system based on Web and OLAP in order to effectively manage construction productivity. Throughout the research effort, a construction productivity analysis system was modeled using IDEFO & ERD techniques and was deployed on the WWW(World Wide Web). Based on the system modeling, this research studies the methodology for system development of construction productivity that can consult the decision of managers on job site.

This study is clarifying the relationship between domain and in-house design based on the perspective on organization and task of a design organization. Accordingly, the growth and expansion of organization requires a new strategy in respect of design sector and business domain. It is a guideline for developing advanced business domain and design management in the limited strategic system of design department to analyze relatively the structural model of design, and to seek for any feasibility of strategic application. And this study comes to be basic data for defining the relationship between domain and in-house design. Consequently, both of strategic design management to back up the task of design organization and the module to support the design planning should be flexibly systemized.

In these days many Organizations recognize risk of information asset by rapid change of information system environments, and need suitable management for that. Also many organization which operate important information-communication infrastructure take interest in threat, vulnerability and risk analysis of important asset by enforcement of Act on protection of information and communication infrastructure. But, it is most that methodology and tools that analyze risk for organization's information asset are developed in abroad up to now, domestic research of this field is insufficient stage. An research of this field is necessary in domestic because it can't reflect domestic actuality by depending on most foreign methodology or a tool. In this paper we proposed design and implementation for the risk analysis methodology, a prototype and important modules that considers the user convenience. We expect that the result of this paper will for step improvement of domestic risk analysis methodology and tool development.

Business Process Management (BPM) is an emerging trend of managing business process life cycles and integrating heterogeneous systems . Recently, BPM is considered as an essential element for automation of complex business processes involving many companies, particularly for those in an e-Business environment. In such an environment, it is very important for each business partner to trace history of resources. However, it has been a difficult problem for Workflow Management Systems(WFMSs) to support management of resource changes because of limited storage, complex process structure, and absence of formal change model. In this paper. a new framework is proposed, which can support change management for documents, one of core resources of business process. Under a traditional WFMSs framework, all workflow components belong to either build-time or run-time function, and executions of workflow processes are performed by the two functions . To manage changes of documents while process executing. a new framework with additional component modules are required. A version control method is introduced for the purpose of managing document changes. The proposed method includes five models for document structure, process structure, association between process and document, version management, and efficient version storage. A prototype system is developed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed models.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest a pilot model of knowledge organizing system which reflects the knowledge structure of research papers, using a case analysis on the "Korean Research Memory" of the National Research Foundation of Korea. In this paper, knowledge structure of the research papers in humanities and social science is described and the function of the "Korean Research Memory" for scholarly sense-making is analysed. In order to suggest the pilot model of the knowledge organizing system, the study also analysed the relation between indexed keyword and knowledge structure of research papers in the Korean Research Memory. As a result, this paper suggests 24 axioms and 11 inference rules for an ontology based on semantic relation of the knowledge structure.
