This study is to investigate an impact of emotional index, social network, and trust to customers on sales performance with emotional intelligence theory and social relationship theory. We found that the higher is seller's emotional index, the higher are cognitive and affective trust, and the high trust improves sales performance. We also found that the higher emotional index strengthens social network, but does not have an effect on cognitive and affective trust. With these results we provide the sales competency in clothing shop.

최근 전력 수요가 지속적으로 증가함에 따라서, 전력 수급을 관리하는 EMS 에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 전력 수급을 안정적으로 관리하기 위해서는 전력 계통의 상태변화에 따라 급전원에게 실시간 알람을 발생시켜주는 알람 시스템이 반드시 필요하다. 그러나 기존 EMS 의 알람 시스템은 알람 인지자의 역할을 고려하지 않고 알람 발생 여부를 알려주고 인지함으로써 보안상의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC 기반의 EMS 알람 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템을 통해 EMS 의 알람 시스템은 허가된 급전원에게만 알람 발생 여부를 알려주고 알람을 수신한 급전원이 직접 알람을 인지하도록 한다. 또한, 수신한 급전원이 원거리에 위치할 경우, 근거리 급전원에게 알람의 인지를 위임함으로써 알람 시스템의 보안을 강화한다.

This study is a preliminary work in examining how to manage resources for collaboratively interactive help systems. The purpose of this article is to describe significant patterns of behaviors and cognitive state in collaborative problem-solving situation, and further to explore the relationship between the behavior and the perception of service evaluation. Based on the concept of 'cognitive motion' in Dervin's Sense-Making theory, this study conducted a time-line interview. The sample of this study consists of 22 IT personnel helping other person solve IT problems and 36 users being helped for a IT problem-solving. This study presents a model of collaborative problem-solving behaviors and discusses some implications for designing help systems which collaborative interactions can happen.

This paper suggested a web based error manager for societal security service. This is a system that is suitable for detecting, sharing and recovering software error based on multimedia CSCW(Computer Supportes Cooperated Work). With error sharing system, a group cooperating users can share error applications. Our a web based error manager for societal security service enables user to share error objects through interaction awareness. This method has a file sharing, a window copy, a window overlay, or a window sharing. We implemented the web based error manager for societal security service so that the users participated in collaborative work may refer shared error objects as the same view to others.

The Purpose of this study is to investigate how information use contributes to learning. Conducted as part of a larger study, this study focuses on learning by analyzing students' use of cognitive skills during the Process of using information. Within the broad methodological framework of qualitative research in constructivist paradigm (Guba and Lincoln, 1998), the study applied the revised Bloom's taxonomy (Anderson and Krathwohl, 2000) as a particular framework to understand the Phenomenon. Participants included 21 high school juniors in an honors' class of persuasive speech. The study's combinational use of two techniques -concept mapping and individual interview - in a naturalistic setting Proved to be the unique methods for researching the reflection of information use in learning Products. The results revealed that changes in students' understanding occured in four types - simple, analytic, organizational, and holistic changes. The analysis using the revised Bloom's taxonomy showed that a variety of cognitive skills were used during the whole process of information use and that the use of higher levels of cognitive skills is particularly crucial.

The mixed-use development project like urban regeneration project has been enforced with long period and participation of various stakeholders. For this character, lots of risk could be occurred during the process of project and the project's success or failure depends on the risk management. So the process of identifying and responding to risks in urban regeneration projects should be followed systemically. The risk identification phase is the first step to identify risk factors and define risk's character. One of the risk identification methods, the checklist, is the most practical and well-known one. This study suggests the check list that devide risks classified by stakeholders through analizing tasks of stakeholders and drawing risks. This kind of checklist which handles risk factors classified by stakeholders is an easy tool to identify risks and expected to be effective to find risks for various stakeholders and themselves in the urban regeneration projects.

지속가능한 수자원관리를 위한 물관리의 거버넌스구축에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한 물 관리기본법(안)에 의하면 유역위원회를 통한 물관리 이해당사자의 참여원칙이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 물관리 참여는 우선, 물관리 공급자(공급기관)간의 거버넌스가 구축되어야 하고, 이후 물관리 이용자(국민)의 참여로 확대되어야 한다. 그러나 우리나라의 물관리기관이 공급자중심으로 분산되어 있어 물관리 기관간의 거버넌스 구축에 많은 초점이 맞춰져 있어, 물관리 이용자의 참여와 협력, 역할분담에 대한 논의가 미흡한 실정이다. 농업용수는 일반 생공업용수와 달리, 농업용수의 이용자가 곧 관리자였던 특성을 가지고 있다. 물론 2000년 이후 과거 농업인 중심의 조합조직이 국가(공적기관) 중심의 공사조직으로 변화되어 있지만, 아직까지도 농업용수 이용자인 농업인이 농업용수관리에 일정부분 참여하고 기여하고 있는 바가 있다. 따라서, 오랜 농업용수관리에 있어 용수이용자가 어떻게 물관리에 참여하여 왔고, 국제적인 물관리 참여형태가 어떻게 이루어져 왔는지 살펴봄으로서, 생공업용수를 비롯한 타 분야의 이용자까지 포함되는 물관리 참여를 유도할 것인지에 대한 좋은 사례가 될것이며, 이를 통하여 물 이용자와 공급자가 함께하는 거버넌스를 구축해 나갈수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of information system factors and organizational factors on procedural management performance in small and medium-sized venture companies in the Seoul metropolitan area. In the previous study was conducted mainly on large companies and general SMEs. In this study, the research was conducted considering the characteristics of SMEs. The results showed that system suitability, system quality, and IT assets had a positive effect on procedural management performance, and manager perception and human resource capacity had a positive effect on procedural management performance. But the evaluation and compensation did not have a positive effect on procedural management performance. The results of this study showed almost the same results as those of the previous studies. Venture firms have poor financial ability, technology, and organizational management ability than general SMEs. However, the introduction and diffusion factors of new information systems were not significantly different from those of general SMEs.

With the advent of social networking activity on the Internet, online community sites are becoming more popular. The main purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the influence of intermediary trust and system trust on the forum activity trust and information quality satisfaction. We assume that the intermediary trust and system trust come from the online community site itself, while the forum activity is made within a specific forum allowed on the online community site, and therefore forum activity trust and information quality satisfaction are related to a specific forum. The 591 valid questionnaire data were gathered from the users acting in forums allowed on the Samsung Economic Research Institute (SERI) (www. seri.org). The empirical results are as follows. First, the SERI intermediary trust and its system trust have positive influence on the SERI forum information quality, system quality, and perceived effectiveness. Second, the SERI intermediary trust contributes to reducing the SERI forum perceived risks, while the SERI system quality does not. Third, the higher the SERI intermediary trust is, the higher the SERI forum trust and information quality satisfaction increase.
