Implementation of Maintenance Supporting System for Electrical Equipments (건축물의 전기수용설비에서 경험자 규칙을 활용한 유지관리지원 시스템 구현)

  • This paper describes th on-line maintenance system with integrated graphic environment for building electrical equipments. This system is based on the pre-defined troubleshoot knowledgebase with maintenance information. And this system utilizes the database and knowledgebase for the diagnosis of facility and runs on the operator's requirement and response. The operator is possible of a detailed observation, an early detection of abnormal state, a properly operation and a rapidly arrangement of electrical equipments. Especially, this system is developed using the maintenance of equipments, if needed, be operated by non-expertise.

  • 부족한 수자원으로 인한 대체수자원으로 하수재이용에 대한 수요가 확대되면서 하수재이용에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으나, 이에 대한 연구결과를 현장에 적용하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 최소화하기 위하여 실제 현장에서 용수관리를 하고 있는 물관리 경력자 및 지역자치단체 담당자들을 대상으로 하수재이용 및 재이용 사업에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 이를 바탕으로 담당자들의 재이용에 대한 인식 전환 및 재이용 사업을 활성화하는데 있다. 조사방법으로는 하수재이용기술 교육 참가자들을 대상으로 직접 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답 결과는 빈도분석 및 군집분석을 통하여 응답자의 개인적인 답변 성향에 따른 오차를 최소화하여 9단계의 응답 분포를 3단계로 재분류하여 응답 결과를 분석하였다. 설문응답결과, 하수재이용과 재이용의 필요성에 대하여서는 긍정적인 반응을 보였으나, 재이용에 의해 생산된 작물에 대하여 보건위생 및 환경 분야에서 우려의 반응을 나타냈다. 생산된 작물의 구입의사 여부는 구입하지 않겠다는 의사보다는 구입을 망설이는 응답자가 더 높게 나타났다. 재이용에 대하여 높은 필요성에도 불구하고 재이용이 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 실정에 대하여 사회적인 인식 및 홍보 부족 등의 이유가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 정부의 지원 및 기술보급의 부재가 다음으로 높게 나타났다.

Preference Analysis between Two Administrator Groups on Forest Road Facilities (임도시설에 관한 관리자 집단 간의 의식성향 분석)

  • This study was conducted to provide the basic policy information for systematic forest road planning and maintenance management by surveying two different administrator groups. The survey results showed that the high priorities of forest road planning were silviculture, disaster prevention, and timber harvesting, and main forest road type was preferred for future use. Also 92.9% of the respondents expressed difficulties due to insufficient manpower and budget. The expected damage types due to forest road construction were threat-to-life by slope failure and dispute on crossing private land. The current main maintenance tasks on forest roads included drainage and road surface maintenance works. Main forest road facilities that should be needed after the construction were installation of additional drainage structures, and slope revegetation and stabilization.

A Total Survey Error Analysis of the Exit Polling for General Election 2008 in Korea (2008 총선 출구조사의 총조사오차 분석)

  • In this study, we newly define the Total Survey Error(TSE) in exit poll and investigate the TSEs of the exit poll survey for the 18th general election of 2008 to analyse the cause of the exit poll prediction error. To explore the main cause and effect of the total survey error, the total survey error was divided by the sampling error which comes from sampling process of poll stations and the non-sampling error which comes from selecting voter and collecting responses from sampled voters in each electoral district. We consider the relationship between non-response rates and total survey error as well as non-sampling error. Also, we study the representativeness of the exit poll sample by comparing the sex/age distribution of the exit poll data and the National Election Commission poll data.

  • 본 논문에서는 EPG 정보 검색을 위한 자연어 대화 시스템에 대해 논한다. 자연어 대화 시스템 구축을 위한, 대화 예제를 이용한 상황 기반 대화 관리 방법론은, 효율적이고 실용적인 대화 시스템 구축을 가능하게 한다. 대화 시스템은 사용자 발화에 대해 적합한 시스템응답 발화를 출력하는 과정으로 진행되며, 이를 위해, 사용자 발화 의미 분석, 대화 관리, 시스템 응답 발화 생성의 과정을 거친다. 정확하고 신속한 정보의 전달이 중요한 EPG 정보 검색 도메인의 특성상 EPG 데이터베이스의 관리 및 갱신이 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 이를 위해 웹마이닝 기반의 EPG 데이터베이스 관리자를 구현함으로써 데이터베이스 구축에 필요한 비용을 최소화하고, 신속하고 정확한 정보를 제공할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we propose electronic attendance checking system using a bluetooth beacon in the absence of Wi-Fi or cellular networks. The proposed electronic attendance checking system uses a polling scheme where the administrator sends a request message and the attendees response using a beacon packet. Existing electronic attendance checking system requires a centralized server but the proposed method can check attendance without any external networks.

  • 효율적인 네트워크 관리를 위해서는 먼저 관리 네트워크 상에 발생된 장애 발생 시스템의 파악을 통한 관리 대상 선별이 선행되어야 하며, 이를 통해 관리 네트워크 토폴로지 상에서 실제 관리 가능한 시스템과 관리 불가능한 시스템을 구분하여 관리할 수 있어야 한다. 이는 관리자로 하여금 네트워크 관리를 위한 불필요한 관리 트래픽의 발생을 방지하고자 하는 것이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 관리 네트워크 상에 한 개 이상의 노드들에 의해 장애가 발생했을 때 실제 폴링 가능한 노드와 폴링 불가능한 노드를 찾아내는 알고리즘을 도출하고, 이를 통해 관리 네트워크의 토폴로지 인지 여부에 따라 전체 관리 대상에 대한 폴링 횟수와 폴링 응답 시간에 대한 효율성을 평가하였다. 또한, 이를 실제 네트워크 환경 하에서 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

  • The Non-Sampling Error can happen any time by means of the intended or unintended error by the interviewer or respondent, but it is very difficult to find the error in survey database because it can hardly be computed mathematically and systematically. Until now, we have found it accidentally through the simple relation between the items or through the inspection from the random field. Therefore we introduced an heuristic methodology that can detect the interviewer's error by statistical decision-making or data mining techniques with a case study. It will be helpful so as to improve the statistical duality and provide efficient field management for the supervisor.

  • The result of responsibility supervision system which has been enforced for the last twenty (20) years since January, 1994 is evaluated, and keeps an eye out the process of unification and absorption of the system into the construction management (CM). As a baseline data for this study, the grade framework of construction engineer's ICEC introduced with CM is summarized. In this manuscript, the questionaire survey for CM and ICEC was conducted toward the target group of road field construction engineers and analyzed the outcome of the respondents' answers. 50% of the respondents have answered positively for the question about converting responsibility supervision to CM. 48% of the respondents from construction works field have answered positively for converting responsibility supervision system to CM while 38% of the respondents from engineers of supervision field have answered positively, less positive than the answers from works field engineers. 46% of overall respondents have answered, however, to maintain the present system of 40%, 40% and 20% on the survey to the question asking the opinion on the ways of calculating ICEC to use the rates : 40% of career, 40% of qualification and 20% of academic achievements. However, it appeared that engineers who have comparative advantages with academic achievements and career, and engineers with lower grade qualification demanded higher rate for career.

A Study on an Improvement of Network Monitoring Performance by Adding Time Variables in SNMP PDU (SNMP PDU의 시간변수 추가를 통한 네트워크 모니터링 성능 향상에 관한 연구)

  • Multimedia information containing voice and image is transmitted on Internet, which is ten times or hundred times larger than ordinary information. Analysis types for network management in this environment consist of a real time analysis, a basic analysis and an intensive analysis. The intensive analysis is useful for gathering the trend information of specific objects periodically for certain period in order to monitor network status. When SNMP is applied to collect the trend information of intensive analysis, it brings on the increase of network load, the delay of response time and the decrease of data collection accuracy since an agent responds to manager's every polling. In this paper, an efficient SNMP is proposed and implemented to add time variables in the existing SNMP PDU. It minimizes unnecessary traffic in the intensive analysis between manager and agent, and collects trend information more accurately. The results of experiments show that it has compatibility with the existing SNMP, decreases the amount of network traffic greatly and increases the accuracy of data collection.
