Colorectal cancer is the 2^nd most common cancer in men, and the 3^rd most common cancer in women in Korea. This incidence has been increasing steadily since the data analysis began in 1999. Guidelines from many countries including Korea recommend annual or biennial fecal occult blood test as a national colorectal cancer screening program, however, colonoscopy, stool DNA test, double contrast barium enema, and sigmoidoscopy are recommended in some countries. I will summarize the Korean National Screening Guideline for colorectal cancer revised by multi-society expert committee in Korea last year. They recommend annual or biennial fecal immunochemical test between 45 and 80 year-old asymptomatic average risk people. Selective use of colonoscopy is recommended, taking into consideration of individual preference and the risk of colorectal cancer. There is no evidence for the risks or benefits of double contrast barium enema or computed tomographic colonography for colorectal cancer screening.

We prepared the growth and survival models of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) and Campylobacter jejuni in milk as a function of temperature and assessed the microbiological risks associated with the consumption of whole milk. EHEC and C. jejuni were not detected in whole milk (n=195) in the retail market. The minimum growth temperature of EHEC in milk was 7℃. The lag time of EHEC in whole milk was longer than that in skim milk. The survival ability of C. jejuni in milk was better at 4℃ than at 10℃. Lower delta values were observed in whole milk than in skim milk, indicating that C. jejuni survived better in skim milk. The probability of foodborne illness from whole milk consumption was 5.70×10^-5 for EHEC and 9.86×10^-9 for C. jejuni. Sensitivity analysis results show that the market temperature of EHEC and the dose-response model of C. jejuni are correlated with the probability of foodborne illness.

Closed-circuit television(CCTV) is a facility that forms the backbone of the ubiquitous services provided by the Integrated Management Center of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Integrated Control Center of the Ministry of the Interior. However, it is installed and managed according to different laws, as it is operated and managed by each department. Moreover, because there are no regulatory grounds for unified management of CCTV, each municipality responsible for the actual management manages it based on the individual standards of each department. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a standardized management form to establish an integrated management plan. The author inspected the existing situation by examining the legal system and public data and through hands-on worker interviews, and discovered the managed element by reviewing the specifications of the bidding system. The management form for integrated management comprises the above requirements along with the management histories and linkage of intelligent facilities. A uniform management form for integrated management containing specifications of the CCTVs installed by various departments is created, and is easily searched for facilities to check requirements for joint use. The result of this study can contribute to building the database of facility management system for integrated management of facilities at the integrated management center as well as for a detailed simulation of the selection of location of CCTV depending on the CCTV's specifications.

수치지도가 제 때 갱신되지 않으면 그 정확성과 신뢰도가 떨어지는 것은 당연하다. 본 연구에서는 이 문제를 고민해보고자, 아직 연구가 미흡한 실정인 수치지도 속성부분의 갱신에 있어 건축물대장의 적용가능성을 건물레이어를 중심으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 수치지도 건물레이어의 속성정보와 건축물대장의 항목들을 살펴보았다. 그 다음, 두 자료 간 연관성을 분석하고, 건축물대장을 이용한 갱신 가능 항목을 선정하였다. 최종적으로는 건축행정정보시스템의 건축물대장동별개요 테이블을 참조하여 갱신 관리 데이터베이스를 설계하였다. 본 연구는 수치지도와 건축물대장의 갱신가능 속성항목을 대응시키는 실제적인 방법론 대신 건축물대장의 적용가능성을 분석해 본 것으로, 허가받은 건물만이 존재한다는 건축물대장의 특성상 수치지도의 모든 건물도형을 갱신하지 못하는 한계점을 가진다.

지자체에 보유하고 있는 문화유적에 대한 현황이 표시된 종이도면에 대해 스캐닝을 통한 벡터라이징을 수행하여 자료를 전산화하고 지적도와 중첩 표시 되어있는 현황에 맞게 동일좌표계로 데이터를 구축한다. 이러한 기초데이터에 대해 사용자의 질의 및 이에 의한 검색을 수행하기 위해 개발도구는 Visual C++, Visual Basic과 지도에 대한 질의 및 화면도시를 위한 기초엔진을 Map Object를 통해 최적화 시켰다. 본 연구를 통해 구축된 시스템의 중요기능으로는 문화유적에 대해 지번 및 반경입력을 통해 유적에 영향을 미치는 영향권 분석, 선택지번에서 최단거리에 있는 문화재 검색, 최단경로 분석, 문화재에 대한 다양한 정보 및 관리대장에 대한 관리기능 등의 주요기능이며 부수적으로 다양한 검색 및 출력을 위해 지번 및 소유자검색, 대장검색, 문화재검색, 도면 및 대장출력, 출력물 연동, 화면이미지 저장 등을 수행하도록 시스템을 구축하였다.

본 연구는 고품질의 수문정보를 생산하기 위한 수문정보화의 일환으로서 수기로 작성하여 관리해오던 관측시설 점검대장의 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 관측시설 유지관리 업무을 표준화 하여 업무의 효율성과 정확성을 제고할 수 있는 관리시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 관측시설의 점검내용과 점검결과 그리고 시설개량 및 보수 사항 등을 시스템에서 처리할 수 있도록 하여 업무의 효율성을 높이고 이를 타 홍수통제소에서의 적용가능성도 제시하였다. 점검내용의 처리는 인터넷을 이용하여 입력이 가능하도록 인터넷용 입력 프로그램도 구축하였다. 향후 타 홍수통제소의 의견이 반영된 시스템 확장 및 고도화가 요구되며, 점검업무의 계획, 실행, 입력, 결과 등 업무처리 방법 및 제도의 개선이 필요하다고 판단된다.
