This study was performed with the purpose of providing basic data for the improvement of zoning regulations of urban nature park by analyzing the present problem which occurred during last 6 years from the year of 2005 when the program was introduced for the first time. The study was processed first by the analysis of the cases of problems evoked by citizens, second the other problems was delineated by interviews of officials, at last the validity of all of the problems was verified by a group of professionals through delphi method. The results can be summarized as follows. 1. In relation to the designation and management of urban national park areas, designation criteria, designation process, maintenance, laws and regulations and 20 other items were found to be problematic. After Delphi method, 5 items were removed and 2 added. The results showed that there were 17 problematic items in total. 2. Regarding the problem of criteria for designation, which are, lack of priority(weights), lack of objectivity due to the difficulty to use quantitative evaluation method, incompatibility for contaminated land environmental impact assessment, incompatibility of land suitability assessment, lack of detailed field survey standards, lack of national park area standards, and 6 other items. 3. Regarding the problem of designation process, which are, the occurrence of civil appeals for designating a new national park, the needs of feasibility study on the urban national park areas constructed before urban national park guidelines came out, lack of a comprehensive review of the boundaries set when determining national park area management plan, poor temporal and financial conditions for an accurate field survey, and 4 other items. 4. Regarding the problem of maintenance management, which are, lack of management system in each space, lack of effectiveness of Urban Nature Park Area Management Plan among master plans for park and green areas, the occurrence of dual managers due to dual natures such as purpose area and city park, lack of professional manpower to manage park areas, and 4 other items. 5. Regarding the problems of regulation guidelines, which are, lack of separate urban park area management plan, incompatibility of the permitted facilities in the park to the park area standards, lack of feasibility study on urban park areas, and 3 other items.

식품의약품안전청은 유아용 젖병의 사전안전관리를 위하여 유아용 젖병 제조 시 비스페놀 A의 사용금지 규정을 신설하고, 국제기준과의 조화를 통한 기구 및 용기 포장의 안전확보를 위하여 기구 및 용기 포장 제조시에 사용되는 원료유래 유해물질에 대한 안전기준 신설하고자 기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격 중 일부를 개정고시했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용과 함께 신구조문을 비교해 살펴보도록 한다.

본 논문은 학교 권역의 도로 및 교통요건을 조사하여 어린이 보호구역의 지정 및 관리기준의 적용 실태와 문제점 등을 분서하며, 어린이 보호구역의 조성기준을 적정화하고 체계적인 대책을 수립하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 어린이 보호구역의 이론적 고찰을 통해 어린이 보호구역이 지정·관리기준 및 외국의 School Zone 사례를 살펴보았다. 현재 어린이 보호구역으로 지정·관리되고 있는 광주시 남구의 14개 초등학교를 대상으로 어린이 보호구역별 도로 및 교통현황과 함께 적용되고 있는 어린이 보호구역의 지정 범위 및 교통규제, 중요안전 시설물의 설치현황 등을 조사하였다. 또 연도주민의 설문을 통해 보행의 안전성과 교통사고의 위험성 등을 조사·분석하였다. 그 결과 12m 이하의 이면도로가 전체대상 통학로의 64.6%에 해당되며, 2차로 이상의 도로는 35.4%로서 이면도로에 접하는 초등학교가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또 교통규제방안으로 시행되고 잇는 것은 8개 초등학교의 시차별 주차규제와 4개 초등학교의 총 10개의 과속방지턱이 설치되어 있을 뿐이다. 또한 설문을 통해 보행환경의 위험성을 분석한 결과 차량의 속도와 주차차량에 의한 통행 방해나 사고위험을 가장 많이 인식함에 따라 그에 따른 안전시설의 추가 설치가 뒤따라야 하겠다. 이러한 어린이 보호구역에서의 어린이나 보행자의 안전성과 쾌적성을 증진시키기 위해서는 무엇보다도 안전시설의 설치에 따른 유지 및 관리가 중요하다.

The school records are having lots of problems in the records management by the reason that general teachers who belongs to an elementary and a secondary school, were producing and managing all the records, they don't have any knowledge on the records management system. in this paper, tried to consider the plan of the school records classification scheme and record management system under the research on the actual condition of the management system and problem features. The first plan for managing is to complete the system of business classification scheme, the standardization of records management and develop manuals and guidelines, and the second is the range expansion of managing and reinforcing the appraisal procedures.

As BIM is now being accepted and broadly expanded in the building industry, the demand for developing, managing, submitting, and checking the BIM models has increased. To meet this demand, it is necessary to develop and spread BIM guidelines, standards, and manuals. Meanwhile, as the number of public construction projects increases, the importance of quantifying the BIM quality checking and evaluation also grows. This study aims to enhance our understanding of the definition and characteristics of BIM quality management, and review the current situation of BIM standards worldwide. In particular, by focusing on BIM quality control and its relevant subjects, the minimum standards for BIM quality management are suggested.

For the guarantee of retrieval ratio, thesaurus's maintenance for descriptors are necessary. To maintain the optimum scale of thesaurus, new terms and existing terms should be structured to the equivalence relationship. Therefore, equivalence relationships are needed to new standard. This study proposes new standard of the equivalence relationships, which is more specified for better guarantee of retrieval ratios. The relationships have seven facets. These six facets will be used as new knowledge-base, which could be reestablished between the descriptors.

2019년 정부의 '수소경제 활성화 로드맵' 발표 후 수소연료전지 보급에 추진 동력원이 되었고, 2020년 2월 '수소경제 육성 및 수소안전관리에 관한 법률'이 세계 최초로 제정되면서 수소연료전지의 안정적인 보급 확산을 견인하고 있다. 수소안전관리에 의한 법률에 의해 수소용품 4종 및 수소사용시설 1종에 대한 KGS Code 3종(수소추출설비, 고정형 연료전지, 수소연료사용시설)이 2021년 7월 제정되었고, 8월 2종(수전해설비, 지게차용 이동형 연료전지)이 추가 제정되어 2022년 2월부터 수소용품 및 시설에 대한 안전관리가 시작된다. 연료전지의 안정적인 보급을 위해서는 국내에 적합한 안전기준 개발이 필수적이다. 또한 신규 출현되는 제품 및 시설의 개발·보급 시기에 맞추어 안전 기준 개발이 병행되어야 할 것이다. 본고에서는 고정형 및 이동형 연료전지의 국내외 안전기준 분석 및 위험요소 분석 등을 통한 연료전지 안전기준 개발 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

Legislated in 1988, the Occupational Safety and Health Expenses Criteria, has been giving a positive impact on improving the safety of construction sites. Previous researchers have been insisting that the rate is not enough to ensure the safety and health of the construction site. However, according to Korea Gallup's survey of more than 1000 construction sites in 2012, the respondents replied that large number of them did not comply with the criteria of the Occupational Safety and Health Expenses. This study analyses the completed works cost statistics of construction projects to figure out the compliance rate of the criteria. This study confirmed that the compliance rates are substantially low in most types of clients and the result is expected to be used in future research on appropriate safety and health expenses rate and on improving compliance rate of the criteria.

목적 : 방사선치료기술이 날로 발전함에 따라 방사선치료계획시스템에 대한 주기적인 정도관리의 필요성은 증대하고 있으나, 국내 실정에 적합한 표준화된 정도관리절차서가 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 방사선치료계획용 시스템에 대한 정도관리용 고체팬톰을 제작하여 주기적인 정도관리 활용 및 절차서를 제시하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 체윤곽 보정을 위한 삼각기둥 모형 (30cm$\times$30cm$\times$5cm, 30cm$\times$15cm$\times$5$\times$) 및 정형ㆍ부정형, 불균질 측정이 가능한 물등가고체팬톰을 제작하였고, 컴퓨터단층촬영(AcQsim)을 통해 영상을 얻었으며, RTPS(AcQplan)에 입력하여 영상 내 기준점에서의 선량값을 계산하였다. RTPS를 통해 계산된 값의 평가를 위해 동일한 조건하에서 각 기준점에 대한 실제 측정을 이온함을 이용하여 측정하였다. 평가 항목으로는 정방형 조사면, 부정형 조사면, 쐐기 조사면, 불균질 물질 보정, 사방향 조사 등에 대해서 알고리즘별로 수행하였다. 결과 : RTPS를 이용하여 계산된 값과 실제 측정한 값을 비교하여 RTPS의 정확성을 평가한 결과로 합성의 불확도 허용 기준 (3%), 선속 중심축 상에서의 허용 기준 (2%) 등, 선진 각국 및 각 학회에서 권고하고 있는 허용 범위 내에서 잘 일치하였다. 결론 : RTPS는 측정된 심부선량과 선량분포 등 물리적인 인자에 의존하는 제한성이 있고, 실제로 선량계산 알고리즘과 기하학적 변화에 따라 계산값과 측정값 간에 차이가 발생할 수 있었다. 실제 인체의 체윤곽 불균일성과 불균질성을 모사한 팬톰을 제작하여 이용함으로써 다양한 RTPS간의 비교를 통한 치료 선량의 정확성을 평가하고, 방사선 치료의 원활하고 정확한 수행을 위해 실용적이고, 보편적인 치료계획 시스템의 정도관리 방법과 절차서를 수립하는데에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.
