The object of this study is to survey the private organizations which have issued the certificates according to the reading education, to describe the right curriculum for the private certificate, and to propose the proper subjects and curriculum for it. The results of the survey may be summarized as follows; 1) The private organizations which have issued the certificates are so many. 2) The certificates which have been issued are not to acquire the proper authorities' cachet. 3) The kinds of the certificate are reading instructor, reading therapist, reading couch, etc. 4) It's necessary for the chief organization to manage all of the organizations which have issued the reading education certificates. 5) It's thought that it's necessary to study more the subjects and curriculums as for the proper reading education certificates.

After studying FSMA 24, We found that the insolvency rule of financial institutions in FSMA consists of eight provisions: 1) voluntary arrangement, 2) administration order, 3) receiverships, 4) voluntary winding up, 5) winding up by the court, 6) bankruptcy, 7) provisions against debt avoidance, and 8) supplemental provisions in insurance cases. Insolvency provisions in FSMA explain powers and accountabilities of FSA in relation to these insolvency proceedings. Although there are some differences in proceedings, provisions entitle FSA the same status as creditors to petition the court, with a right to participate in related meetings and to be notified of any matters involving insolvency proceedings. The differences and implications between U.K.'s FSMA and Korean regulations are related to the insolvency rule of financial institutions. First, in FSMA, FSA has a comprehensive power to manage insolvency proceedings of financial institutions in a centralized way. However, Korean regulations have special laws to regulate insolvency in a decentralized way. The offices executing those laws are the Financial Services Committee, the Financial Supervisory Service, and the Financial Deposit Insurance Corporation. This characteristic results from an accelerated legislation procedures related to financial reform in 1997 Korean financial crisis. Second, FSA contains special provisions on continuation of contracts of long-term insurance considering the characteristics of insurance industry related to insolvency of financial institution. However, Korean insolvency rules applied to financial institutions do not consider industrial differences and the characteristics of financial contracts, so need to be supplemented in the future.

지식경영과 전자정보환경에서 회색문헌의 중요성이 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 그 중요성에 비해 도서관이나 정보센터에서의 회색문헌의 수집 및 관리가 소홀했다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 전통적 회색문헌의 개념과 더불어 인터넷과 정보기술의 발달에 따른 회색문헌의 변화를 살피고자 한다. 또한 지식경영과 회색문헌과의 관계, 회색문헌 관리시 고려사항과 생산주체별 회색문헌 DB 구축사례를 제시함으로써 회색문헌과 관련된 도서관 및 정보센터의 역할을 살피고자 한다.

1990년대에 들어와 전원주택시장은 급격하게 성장했다. 대도시 주민의 전원지향 이주와 전원주택시장의 급성장을 초래한 사회경제적 배경은 소비주체의 생활양식 변화, 건설자본의 사업환경 변화에 대한 대응, 국가의 법적·제도적 지원과 밀접한 관련성을 가진다. 실제로, 수도권지역에서 전원주택은 경관이 수려하고 자연환경이 잘 보존된 한강축, 접근성이 양호한 고속도로축, 일산 신도시에서 파주로 나아가는 북방축 등 세축을 따라 뚜렷한 성장세를 보인다. 그러므로 대도시 주민이 선호하는 전원주택의 주요 입지적 속성은 자연환경과 접근성이라 할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 전자상거래에서 소비자 구매행위에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지에 대하여분석을 하였다. 전자상거래는 거래활동의 주체에 따라 기업내 거래, 기업간거래, 기업과 소비자간거래 등으로 분류할 수 있는데, 기업과 소비자간의 전자상거래가 활성화되기 위해서는 먼저 전자상거래에서 소비자의 구매행위에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 분석이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업과 소비자간의 전자상거래 관점에서 소비자들이 전자상거래에서 제품이나 서비스 구매시 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지 설문조사를 통해 얻어진 자료를 토대로 실증분석을 하여 관련성을 검증하였다

교통안전특정해역 내 통항선박과 어로에 종사하는 선박간의 충돌 위험성이 높아, 해상교통관제사 및 항해사에게 많은 위험부담이 있으므로, 인명 및 충돌사고를 미연에 방지하기 위하여 해사안전법상 교통안전특정해역 안에서의 항로지정제도를 시행하는 구역에서 지방해양수산청과 지방해경서 간의 어로행위 단속 주체를 관련법령을 통해 명확히 하고자 한다.

중국은 한민족을 주체 민족으로 하여, 55개 소수민족의 다민족 국가로 구성되어 있다. 소수민족들은 중국 역사에서 정책성 원인으로 산촌·도서·삼림·초원 등의 광활한 지역에 분포되어, 장기간의 폐쇄된 자연경제 상태로, 외래문명의 영향이 미칠 수 없어 민족 발전에는 불리하였으나, 민족복식을 원형에 가깝게 보존해 올 수 있었던 요인이 되기도 하였다. 티벳족의 복식과 그 복식이 불교와 관련해서 받은 영향과 다양한 지역에 분포하게된 경유를 살펴보기로 한다.

본 고는 미래의 핵심산업으로 부상하고 있는 멀티미디어 산업을 전략적으로 육성하기 위해 필요한 국내 산업기반으로서 멀티미디어폴리스에 대한 정책방안의 도출을 목적으로 하고 있다. 먼저 광주의 첨단과학산업단지, 인천의 송도 미디어밸리, 대전의 창업기업, 파주의 출판문화정보산업단지, 서울의 양재/포디어 산업 관련 산업단지에 대한 실태를 파악하였으며, 멀티미디어 조성에 따른 시사점을 도출하였다. 나아가 멀티미디어폴리스를 조성함에 있어서 고려되어야 할 사항들을 신규단지 조성 필요성, 조성주체, 조성지역으로 구분하여 고찰하였다.

현재 정부는 지금까지 관청 조직인 철도청에 의해 철도시설의 건설 및 유지관리 업무와 열차 수송 업무 등 운영부문을 일괄적으로 수행되어 오던 우리나라의 철도교통체계를 근본적으로 변화시키는 작업을 추진하고 있다. '철도구조개혁'이라 지칭되는 이러한 작업은 소위 말하는 상하분리 또는 수직적 분리의 원칙에 따라 철도청의 업무를 하부구조에 해당하는 기반시설(infrastructure) 부문과 철도차량을 운행하여 여객과 화물을 운송하는 운영부문으로 구분하여, 기반시설에 해당하는 부문은 기본적으로 사회간접자본의 개념에서 국가의 책임으로 하고 운영부문에 해당하는 부문은 타 교통수단의 운영주체 위상(예: 고속버스 회사, 항공회사 등)과 같은 민간 경영체제로 전환한 다는 것이 주 내용이다.(중략)
