주5일제의 시행 및 국민소득의 증대, 스포츠 레저 및 여가생활에 관심이 집중되면서 여객선을 이용한 관광이 많이 활성화 되고 있다. 입소문을 통한 홍보 뿐만 아니라 인터넷, 스마트폰등을 통한 정보의 공유 및 대중매체를 통한 홍보로 인하여 구석구석의 명소들이 많이 소개되고 있으며, 이를 위한 여객선 사업이 빠른추세로 증가하고 있다. 이처럼 여객의 수요는 증가하고 있으나 그에 맞는 서비스의 개선, 터미널의 보안시설, 선박 및 접안시설의 노후화 및 수송능력의 부족, 여객선 승무원의 고령화, 급작스런 기상악화시의 대처요령, 여객선사의 안전불감증 등은 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 최근 5년간의 우리나라의 여객선 사업의 현황을 분석하고 여객선 사업의 문제점에 관하여 다루어 보도록 하겠다.

제주 강정항은 우리나라 남방해역의 보호라는 안보적인 측면과 대형 크루즈선 유치를 통한 관광산업의 활성화를 위해 해군기지와 민항의 기능을 가진 민 군복항으로 건설되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제주 강정항 계류시설의 대상선박인 15만톤급 초대형 크루즈선의 입 출항 및 통항 안전성 판별을 위해 실시하는 선박조종시뮬레이션의 일반 수행 절차와 선행 연구 등을 분석한다. 이는 선행 연구에서 제기된 주요 쟁점사항들을 명확하게 분석함으로써 객관적이고 신뢰성 높은 선박조종시뮬레이션 연구를 수행하고자 하는 것으로, 주요 검토 사항은 수역시설인 선회장과 진입항로의 교각, 크루즈선의 풍압면적과 적용 풍속 등을 면밀하게 고찰하여 시뮬레이션에 반영하고자 함이다. 또한 제주 강정한 건설은 사회적 관심이 매우 큰 국책사업임을 감안하여 선박조종시뮬레이션 분석 및 평가 등에 해상교통안전 및 선박운용 분야의 전문가그룹을 자문위원으로 구성했고, 연구 결과의 타당성 확보를 위해 해상교통안전진단제도에 명시된 선박조종시뮬레이션 표준절차와 평가 방법 등을 적용하였다.

본 논문은 지역에 관심이 많은 사용자들이 실시간으로 모바일 웹페이지 형태의 뉴스를 제공 받을 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 이를 제작하였다. 사용자는 실시간으로 본인이 위치한 지역을 대상으로 종합되어지는 뉴스를 모바일 웹페이지 형태의 오브젝트로 제공받는다. 본 연구를 통해 지역 관심도 향상 및 지역 개발 촉진 및 관광시설 피드백 활성화 효과의 기대가 가능하다.

댐으로 인한 인공호수는 주위의 지역사회는 물론 타지역으로부터의 친수공간으로 활용될 수 있는 충분한 여건을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 여러 가지 법적인 규제로 인해 극히 제한적으로 활용되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 댐 호소의 관광자원화를 통한 친수공간의 확보와 국민복지증대 및 지역사회의 경제발전을 함께 도모할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 만약 댐 호소에 대한 규제완화가 환경적인 영향이 크지 않고 경제적인 가치가 크다면 현 제도의 개선은 국민후생의 증대효과와 비점오염원의 관리를 통해 수질개선효과에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 제시하였다.

The clients of hotel desire to be recognized as special persons who have their own personality and self-consciousness. The other hand, The hotel concentrates upon marketing strategy which acts a part of expanding sales. Namely, They find out the need of client, satisfy the desired need, ensure and manage the existing regular customers and make new clients regular customers. So they gain an advantage over competitive hotels. They make strategics of Telemarketing technique which is one of the developed-marketing techniques, can provide distinctive and familiar service and have an hight effect at the low cost. The attractions of Telemarketing strategy can be explained as follows. 1. It is the medium that have cost efficiency. 2. It possesses attractions to do time management. 3. It has control cash flow. 4. It can improve cash flow. 5. Market expansion can be accomplished. 6. It is a medium fit for prospecting over long-term period. 7. It can improve customer relations. 8. It fits seasonality (seasonal sales) 9. It brings greater order volume. 10. It benefits from lower personnel costs. 11. High volume productivity is realized. 12. It has attraction of versatility. 13. It has ease of start-up.

This study is designed to provide a facilitation program of the railroad tourist business that the bicycle is connected with the railroad. The sustainable growth will be achieved thorough the green growth being able to coexist with environment. To deal with the transportation problems -the environmental pollution caused by a large number of cars and the energy depletion, the traffic congestion- in our society is the prerequisites for the green growth. There is the need focusing on the expansion of the green network and the policy implementation of utilizing the bicycle, the formulation of the social consensus for environmental preservation. This provides the opportunity that we create the customer values and reinforce the firm's competitiveness. This study is to propose the plan for accelerating the tourism business connected to the bicycle, and to contribute to the government policy, to boost the green image of the railroad. Approaching in the strategic way to increase the customer's value and environmental preservation, this study will contribute to providing high quality customer service for both of the business performance and the customer satisfaction.

지역개발과 지역의 지속가능한 발전전략의 수립을 위해 지역의 환경적, 사회적, 경제적 특성을 통합한 지속가능발전 모델을 구축하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 지속가능발전 전략의 모색과 관련정책의 파급효과를 측정하기 위하여 이러한 통합모델의 개발과 적용을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적에 따라 높은 환경질을 유지하고 대나무와 같은 생태자원을 육성함으로써 생태관광과 대나무신산업 등의 새로운 지역개발 정책을 수행하는 전라남도 담양군을 대상으로 지속가능발전 체계동태모형을 구축한다. 담양군 사례분석의 결과는 죽림육성 정책과 대나무신산업과 같은 지역특화산업에 대한 기술개발 및 각종 재원의 병행이 인구유입과 지역경제의 활성화에 매우 효과적임을 제시하고 있다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 지역의 지속가능성에 관한 시스템적 사고를 통해 지역개발에 있어서 지역의 환경적 특성을 살린 생태자원의 육성과 적절한 산업정책을 병행하는 생태발전 전략이 지역의 지속가능발전에 있어서 매우 중요한 수단이 될 수 있음을 제시하고 있다.

Medical tourism is a contemporary phenomenon which has its roots in both tourism and health care industry. This market has grown significantly' for the last 10 years. The purpose of this study is to suggest strategies to develop medical tourism in Korea by studying cases of the medical tourism developed countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand as well as analysis medical tourists who has visited to H university hospital. In total of 254 medical tourists were analysed and the results of the study are followed: Korean government need to appease medical law to be able to attract more medical tourists; medical industry and tourism industry need to develop Korean specialized medical tourism package, Middle-Eastern markets, where the oil money exists, should be developed.

지방 자치제와 더불어 지역적 특성이 부각되고 나름대로의 독자적인 지역 문화 정립으로 시, 군민들이 애향심을 가지고 생활할 수 있도록 하기 위해 자치단체 이미지 통일화 계획(Community Identity Program)이 활성화되고 있다. 유럽이나 일본의 경우에는 이미 거의 모든 자치단체에 CI가 확대실시되고 있어 이제 시민들에게도 일반화된 개념이다. 본 연구에서는 전라남도 해남군의 CI 연구 사례를 중심으로 자치단체 CI개발에 관해 다루었다. 해남군은 남도관광의 시발지인 땅끝탑과 우항리 공룡 발자국등으로 유명한 고장이다. 군민들의 자긍심과 애향심을 고취시키고 외부 관광객들에게 해남군만의 개성있는 이미지를 형성할 수 있도록 CI 프로그램을 연구 개발하였다.이와 관련하여 노출 빈도가 높은 디자인 요소들을중심으로 해남군의 이미지를 시각화하였다.

This study focus on the revitalization of green tourism by the agricultural landscape conservation policy. Today, agricultural landuse for food production is restricted by agricultural products import. In this context, agricultural land use policy should be paradigm shift to the consumers needs which accelerates the green tourism in the rural areas. This research screen the agricultural landscape conservation policy of Japan' system and construct the new policy implementation for agricultural landscape conservation in Korea. For this purpose, agricultural landscape guideline and support system should be established in line with the revitalization of green tourism and agricultural income diversification in the rural areas.
