Customers often choose the goods according to the value of goods brand. In terms of this viewpoint, the value of company's brand is very important factor to the company's success. Brand-image also effects customers on selling company's goods. Specially, to the hotel business that should ensure lots of customer for a long period with the interest and credit of customers, its brand-image is more significant. • The study explores the way how sharing economy services of accommodation and car rental, one of social issues actively discussed today are settled in the process of sharing economy building in local destinations. The result shows that average consumers expressed their favorable attitude toward the sharing economy services. However, the consumer's attitude didn't directly affect the consumer's positive perception that there is need for local sharing economy service network and the educational system for local residents and the network helps the economy. Instead consumer's knowledge of sharing economy services and their eagerness to learn the knowledge as parameters related the consumer's attitude to their perceptions; the consumer's attitude affected indirectly their perceptions. The study shows that local communities and their residents' efforts are not enough simply to activate the sharing economy services in the development process of tourist resources, while it asks consumers to learn information and knowledge of the sharing economy. Therefore, consumers and residents should interact and communicate closely with each other to help the development of local destinations and tourist resources based on sharing economy.

  • Oegosan Onggi Village can be characterized by having industrial significance and cultural significance of Onggi. However Onggijang(Onggi maker) worked in poor conditions because the village was in the limited development district. Throughout the new millenium phenomenon of Well-being, the awareness of cultural values has been increased while local government designated Onggi as Local Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH). In this condition, Ulsan metro city and Ulju county paid attention to Onggi Village as tourist attractions. First, they worked improving condition of village through Cultural Tourist Attraction Plan. Second, they extended their participation in Onggi Festival so the festival growed. Third, they designated Onggijang in Village as Local ICH. These activities were the effort in order to revitalize the village, however the cultural tourist attraction plan was solely centralized into tourist attractions. Thus, the work condition of Onggijang was not considered sufficiently so the work condition had become more inconvenient than the previous situation. In the case of Onggi festival, the outward development has been accomplished in accordance with the growth of festival scale and visitors, while the identity of festival had been weaken so the Onggijang barely attended the Onggi festival. The designation of ICH was also the unilateral decision, Onggijang had been in the conflict relationship between Onggijang concerning the craftsmanship and maintenance of the ICH. Local Government had power on their Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH). Therefore we need to seek for role and functions as community on ICH.

  • Color is an essential visual element that has a significant impact on the formation of a city's image and people's perceptions. Quantitative analysis of color in urban environments is a complex process that has been difficult to implement in the past. However, with recent rapid advances in Machine Learning, it has become possible to analyze city colors using photos shared by tourists. This study selected Dali City, a popular tourist destination in China, as a case study. Photos of Dali City shared by tourists were collected, and a method to measure large-scale city colors was explored by combining machine learning techniques. Specifically, the DeepLabv3+ model was first applied to perform a semantic segmentation of tourist sharing photos based on the ADE20k dataset, thereby separating artificial elements in the photos. Next, the K-means clustering algorithm was used to extract colors from the artificial elements in Dali City, and an adjacency matrix was constructed to analyze the correlations between the dominant colors. The research results indicate that the main color of the artificial elements in Dali City has the highest percentage of orange-grey. Furthermore, gray tones are often used in combination with other colors. The results indicated that local ethnic and Buddhist cultures influence the color characteristics of artificial elements in Dali City. This research provides a new method of color analysis, and the results not only help Dali City to shape an urban color image that meets the expectations of tourists but also provide reference materials for future urban color planning in Dali City.
