  • 문화관광부가 온라인게임에 대한 사전등급 심의를 강화하고 있는 가운데 한국게임산업연합회(www.kgia.org)는 지난 10월 17일 온라인게임의 사회적 부작용을 해소하고 건전한 온라인게임 문화를 조성하기 위해 사업자들이 준수해야 할 '온라인게임사업자 자율규제 권고안'을 마련해 회원사들이 지키도록 한다고 발표했다. 정보통신부의 정보통신윤리위원회(이하 정통윤)와 문화관광부의 영상물등급위원회(이하 영등위)의 사전ㆍ사후 심사를 뛰어넘은 온라인게임 업계 자정노력을 지켜봐 달라며 기자간담회를 개최했다. 한국게임산업연합회 임동근(49) 회장으로부터 취지와 앞으로의 계획을 들어보았다.

Factors Affecting Business Performance of Rural Tourism Operators (농촌관광 사업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The study aims to identify the factors affecting business performance of rural tourism operators. For this study, 1,004 questionnaires were collected by field survey of rural tourism operators. The linear multiple regression analysis were used to identify factors affecting performance of rural tourism business. The result indicate that the factors influencing the sales of rural tourism business were in order of owning sales facilities, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, group promotion, number of rooms, and gender. In the case of gender, it was found that females had a high probability of positively affecting sales. The factors influencing the satisfaction of the rural tourism business were in the order of management strategy, number of days of operation, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, and business career. In the case of management strategy, it was found that the differentiation strategy have a positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. As for the business career, the shorter the career, the higher the probability of positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. The results of this study would be useful for establishing strategies to improve the management performance of the rural tourism business.

Study on Relationship between Service Quality for Food and Beverage and Service Value, Customer Satisfaction, Destination Associations (관광지 식음료 서비스 품질과 서비스 가치, 고객만족, 관광지 연상과의 관계연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and destination association. Based on previous studies, hypotheses and research models were derived and surveyed. The analysis was conducted using 406 valid questionnaires. The study results are as follows. The physical environment and the food quality of the tourist restaurant service quality affected service value. Employee service and food quality affected satisfaction. Service value affected satisfaction. The value of service affected the association of sightseeing destination. Nevertheless satisfaction did not affect the association of sightseeing spots. Based on these study results, the following implications are suggested. Restaurant management should prioritize food quality control. Local governments need support the improvement of the physical environment. A local menu that is reminiscent of tourist attractions should be developed.

  • This paper is to find out that the concept of Flow has been a key role on the use of internet by using the pre-test and analysis. As the internet has been used as the key way of communication on the marketing, we discuss that the new paradigm of the effective marketing on internet is taken to consideration and analyze tourism of jejudo to prove that paradigm. if the internet the convenient and fast information communication, is widely used for tourist, the managers of tourism company will have the chance to reduce the cost and the expectation to grow.

An Analysis on the Development of Tourism Geographic Information System (관광지리정보시스뎀 구축 방안에 관한 연구)

  • Nowadays, it is required that GIS(Geography Information System) should be introduced into tourism field. Therefore, this study suggests several directions as to how well GIS can be used and applied into tourism area. Several directions were made based on the previous literature review and the analyses of TGIS(Tourism Geography Information System) including domestic and foreign case studies. Overall, the research found that it were necessary for five main points to make a development of TGIS. First, TGIS database should be closely connected with Tourism Resources Information System database. Second, as one of an institutional devices, systems for supporting were needed to be prepared for businessmen and integrated information function. Third, as an administrative countermeasure, a mediation committee between the department and bureaus, Tourism Geography Information Circulation Management and Local Tourism Information Center should be established and operated Fourth, the methods for financial resource, which amplify the investment funds, should be established. Finally, universities must introduce a large number of specialists of TGIS by setting up the department of tourism geography information newly.

  • Mobile network evolution and development of USN technologies introduce new business model based on context awareness. Cellular operators provide friend finding service using cell based location information and telematics service using GPS location information. Recently cellular operators provide yellow page service based cell based location information. In this paper, we develop mobile tour application on WIPI platform based on location information. Mobile tour information services provide the best information based on context awareness using user location information from LBSP (Location Based Service Platform), season, weather conditions, time from Web server, and personal preference information stored in database. Mobile tour information service application is developed on WIPI platform.

Development direction of Excellent dining Street (국내외 산업동향 - 우수 외식업 지구 발전방안)

  • 우수 외식업지구 지정 및 지원 사업은 정부주도로 2012년부터 4년동안 전국 20개 주요 외식업 지구를 지정해서 매년 국비 20억원 씩 지원(5개소 4년간)하게 된다. 총 4년간 소요예산이 국비만도 400억에 달하며 각 지자체에서 지원되는 지방비를 합하면 800억원에 달하는 규모다. 식품산업이나 제조산업에 비하면 큰 예산이 아닐 수도 있으나 외식업에 대한 정부 차원에서 추진되는 첫 대규모 사업인 만큼 그 기대 또한 크다. 하지만 이러한 지구단위 외식업 육성의 문제점 또한 많다. 일례로 전남 지역 중 가장 많은 연간 650만명의 외지 관광객이 찾는 담양군의 경우 전체 600여개의 외식업소 중 죽녹원 인구 '남도음식 푸드필리지'에 속하는 외식업소는 20여개에 불과해 그 형평성에 대해 지역내 사업자들간에도 불만의 목소리가 터져 나올 수 밖에 없다. 또한 기존 유명관광지 주변에 위치한 외식업 지구에 지정되어 상대적으로 유리한 영업환경에 있었던 사업자들이 여타 불리한 조건하에서 노력하는 외식사업자들에 비해 경영의식이나, 친절도 및 부족한 부분에 대한 개선의지나 노력이 부족하다는 평은 많은 사람들의 입을 통해 회자되어 왔던 터다. 지자체별 그리고 전국 단위의 국제 경쟁력을 갖춘 유명외식업 지구를 육성한다는 취지는 나쁘다고 할 수 없지만, 가장 우선적으로 해당 외식업지구내 사업자들의 경영의식 개선 및 외식업 자체에 대해 공부하고 연구하는 풍토가 선결되어야 할 것이다. 또한 지역사회의 연계도 중요한 성공요인이다.

The Influential Factors of Collaborative Governance in Community based tourism : Case Study of Goryeong-county Tourism Association (지역사회기반관광에서의 협력적 거버넌스 영향요인 연구 : 고령군관광협의회 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study identified cooperative governance status and performance and proposed policy implications for the local tourism association, which participated by a variety of stakeholders. This study is a case study and in-depth interview survey was conducted on the staff, members of the local tourism association and local government officers. As a result of the analysis, the community's desire to foster tourism and the county head's leadership influenced the establishment process. It was analyzed that the interests of participants in the local tourism association and the benefits they expected were varied. Members have been unable to participate in the operation of the association and the mutual exchanges of the members have not been active. The leadership and professionalism of the Secretariat has contributed to stabilizing the organization, and it has been shown that it needs to secure self-sustaining power through its own profit projects in the future. The Goryeong Tourism Association serves as a private local tourism promotion organization, carrying out the successful hosting of the festival and attracting tourists. In the future, however, it is necessary to strengthen cooperative networks, autonomous participation of stakeholders and cooperative coordination of interests in relation to the operation of tourism councils as collaborative governance.

플로팅 건축물 법제도 사례 연구

  • 지구온난화로 인한 수해양환경의 변화, 여가시간 증가에 따른 수해양관광에 대한 수요 증가 등으로 수상공간을 이용한 다양한 시설에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 특히 부유체를 이용한 플로팅 건축물에 대한 관심과 개발이 날로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 일반적인 선박이나 건축물을 규정하는 현재의 법체계에서는 플로팅 건축물의 설치 및 이용이 어려우며 사업자의 사업성확보와 재산권 행사, 이용자의 편의, 설계자의 설계효용성 등을 도모하기에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 플로팅 건축물 사례에 적용된 법제도와 해외 플로팅 건축물에 적용된 법제도 분석을 통하여 국내 플로팅 건축물에 적용되는 법제도의 문제점을 도출하고 관련 법제도의 향후 변화 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
