동굴은 우리의 옛 조상들이 강 가까운 동굴 속에 살면서 바닷가나 냇가에서 물고기를 잡아먹으며 살아가는 등 먼 옛날 석기시대에는 혈거생활의 주거지로 이용되어 왔을 뿐만 아니라 그 후 인류가 발전함에 따라 다양하게 이용되어 왔다. 즉, 때로는 은신처로 이용되어 왔고 때로는 묘지로, 작전기지로, 그리고 물자의 저장고로도 이용되었고 그밖에 수양터와 신앙의 장소 등으로 사용되었었다. 이러한 증거로서 인골화석, 생활을 위해 선조들이 사용하였던 다량의 도구 등 일상용품이 아직도 보존되어 남아있는 것이 발견되고 있다. 우리 나라에서 가장 독특한 문화를 갖고 있는 제주도에서도 여러 개의 동굴이 발견되었다. 이들은 성인상으로는 모두 제주도의 화산 폭발과 관련된 것이어서 용암동굴로 분류되고 있다. 그 중에서 삼성혈은 제주도의 삼성신화, 즉 부족 형성과 관련 있는 것이고, 빌레못동굴은 구석기시대에도 재주도가 주거지로 이용되었음을 인증 받는 중요한 자료로 활용되고 있다. 또한 김녕사굴의 설화는 재주도 설화의 하나로서 제주도 정부와 주민들간의 일치단결에 대한 예를 보여주고 있으며, 산방굴은 제주도 여인들의 기개에 대한 예를 나타내 주는 곳이고, 세계에서 가장 긴 동굴군계인 만장굴은 여인의 한을 전설로 담고 있다. 이렇듯이 동굴은 인류와 매우 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 이제 동굴은 그 학술적ㆍ문화적 가치로서는 물론 최근에 붐이 일고 있는 관광적 측면에서도 그 보전 및 연구ㆍ개발이 시급하다 하겠다.

This study analyzed the distribution of China's caves and cave resources in Research. The results are as follows: First, China's melting karst caves are mainly distributed in southwest widely distributed. Recently in Beijing and other northern areas found in many caves. First, China's Karst caves are mainly distributed in karst-flung southwest. Recently in Beijing and other northern areas found in many caves. Second, although China is widespread volcanic landscapes, but most of the extinct volcano, the lava caves less so. Are mainly distributed in Hainan Island, north-east there are some distribution. Third, China's recent development and evolution of the cave, analysis of the paleo-environment records of cave stalagmites, cave biology, cave tourism development, environmental aspects of cave research more active.

About 30 limestone caves have already been developed at the basin of the River Dong. baekyong Cave, Hwaam Cave, and Jeolgol Cave are of great worth, not noly as a matter of study, but as a matter of the tourist resources they develop. Among them Baekyong Cave is the best. I'm going to give a full detailed account of cave deposits and cave phenomena focused on its view to preserve the looks of Baekyong Cave by analyzing the speleothem of Baekyong Cave and cave system scientifically and systematizing them. Baekyong Cave, Natural Monument Ho. 260, is on the verge of being submerged. Peculiar things in Baekyong Cave are 1) pseudo stalgmite 2) anthodites 3) erratic stalagmites 4) cave shield 5) lost river 6) cave flint 7) pit fall but I have also mentioned general and related matters.

In this study, I would like to review how our ancestors understood and used caves for which purposes, and also to research the good use of caves as residential area, myths and tales, proverbs and civilian religions through folk customs' approach to caves. in pre-historic age, I understood that the caves was used for residential area and for food life by various archeological data. I could review the meaning of caves through Dangoon myth and deeply comprehend the caves, as every cave has it's own tales related with mysterious world. Caves are spotlighting as proverbs related with unknown world, and the caves as prayer place and mental training place, and also as foods warehouse, military facility, and play space I.E sightseeing place from a viewpoint of modern living folk customs.

이 단지는 대체로 세가지의 입지배경을 지니고있다고 보겠다. 즉 첫째는 강원도 등뼈 산지의 내부산간 오지에 입지하고 있어서 이른바 자연의 신비를 그대로 지니고 있는 내륙 유경지역에 입지하고 있다고 본다. 따라서 속세를 떠난 대자연의 품속이라고 할 수 있는 오지에 입지하고 있어서 심산유경의 계곡을 찾는 기분을 느끼게 할 수 있는 지리적인 입지를 지니고 있다고 본다. 둘째, 동해안인 관동지방, 바닷가와 그리고 내륙오지에 해당하는 영서지방을 연결시켜주는 중간의 징검다리의 거점이 될 수 있는 위치를 차지하고 있다본다. 즉 동해안 삼척 동해시 나아가서는 관동연안해안지대에서 태백산 넘어 서쪽 정선땅 특히 최근에 국민관광지로 개발되고 있는 정선의 화암약수터와 화암동굴지대를 묶고 있는 국민관광 지역으로 넘어가는 바른 중간지점에 자리잡고 있는 것이다. 셋째로, 우리나라에서도 가장 내륙오지의 광산지역인 태백시지역 그리고 정선의 사북 고한읍 등의 광산지역에서 가장 가까운 지리적 위치를 지니고 있다고 본다.(중략)

Nowadays, power-point slides are the common form of presentation at meetings or lectures. However, when it comes to explanation and demonstration, it is difficult to do so effectively on a screen that is projected from a projector. This drawback might lower the level of quality of communication between the speaker and his audience. On top of this, the speaker is constrained to a certain amount of space. Based on this fact, in this work the constructed device can be used as an extension for the existing functions and makes up for the disadvantages of projected presentations by means of a web camera which enjoys ease of use and is economically priced. It would be also used as a virtual projection display for information of tourist cave in the field.

Uro cave is a livestone cave formed at the Cambrian period. Uro cave is situated in Urosil, HogyeMyen, Moonkyunssi, HyungBok province. The temperature of the Uro cave is about 12～$15^{\circ}C$, humidity 90～95%, pH 7～8, Water temperature 12～$15^{\circ}C$, Carbon dioxide 500～900ppmv, hardness 110mg/$\ell$ in Conclusion, Uro cave does not have values of topography, environment, and tourism resource.

This study aims to identify the efficiency by applying diverse index to the positions of vertex in the network among the network analysis methods in order to identify the relational location features of caves. The first consideration was about the relational location features according to the linking degree and centrality of cave. The second consideration was about the structural equivalence between caves or between caves and the surrounding tourists attractions. A variety of index examined in this study is very efficient for identifying the positions of caves in the network. Furthermore, the relational location features in consideration of surrounding tourists attractions identified the availability of more objective and quantitative expression. In particular, when there are other caves around a cave, it is also very useful to identify the structural equivalence or comparison with other caves.
