건설소음으로 인한 인체 및 가축피해 상관관계

  • 본 논문에서 추구하는 내용과 목표는 현실적인 필요성에도 불구하고 그의 과학적이고 객관적인 규명을 위한 연구가 미진했던 것이 사실이다. 가장 큰 이유는 비교적 단기간에 할 수 있는 소음의 각종 물리적 특성에 대한 연구와는 달리 소음과 생명(인체 및 동물) 사이의 관계에 대한 연구는 장기간 노력이 필요하기 때문이다. 이러한 의미에서 이 논문은 이 분야에 대한 국내의 연구노력에서 중요한 시발점이 되고 있다고 믿는다. 무엇보다도 소음에 의한 인체피해와 가축피해의 인과관계를 규명하여 피해량 산출의 근거를 마련한 것은 큰 의미가 있다고 생각한다. 물론, 이들 결과는 현재로서는 객관적 처리가 가능한 요소들만을 바탕으로 하고 있고, 앞으로 계속 보완되어야 할 여지는 있지만, 현장 조사에 따른 여러 가지 사회적 혹은 인간적 요소들이 적절히 반영되어 종합적으로 고려될 때 소음 피해분쟁 해결에 만족할 수준의 체계성과 일관성을 유지할 수 있으리라고 기대한다.

  • 기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련된 이슈는 (1)계약체결이전의 문제(제휴의 동기 및 파트너의 선정), (2)계약상의 문제(계약 협상), 그리고 (3)계약이후의 문제(제휴의 운영 및 관리)의 세 가지 측면에서 접근가능하다. 본 연구에서는 전략적 제휴 이후의 결합효과 증대와 공동의 목표달성을 위한 제휴의 성공적 운영 및 관리에 초점을 두고 그 핵심전략으로서 상호호혜적 조정노력(가치-공유적, 일치성-중심 및 친교적 조정노력)을 제안한다 구체적으로, 전략적 제휴에 있어서 상호호혜적 전략이 파트너 기업과의 관계(파트너기업의 협력행동 유발, 기업간 상호적응성, 그리고 파트너 기업의 기회주의적 행동 억제)와 효과성(거래비용감소 및 관계지속의지) 사이의 관계를 구조적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • 기업성과에 대한 마케팅 공헌에 관한 기존 연구의 노력은 시장지향성과 마케팅전략의 영역에서 많이 수행되어 왔다. 최근 들어 두 영역의 개념들을 통합하여 성과에 미치는 마케팅의 영향력을 살펴보려는 노력이 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 통합연구의 흐름에 일조할 목적으로, 시장지향적 문화와 마케팅전략과정 (Marketing Strategy Making Process)을 기업의 마케팅역량을 구성하는 차원으로 제기하고 관련문헌 고찰에 기반하여 시장지향적 문화가 마케팅전략과정을 동인(動困)하는 관계를 설정하고, 기업관리자를 대상으로 한 실증조사를 통하여 이러한 관계를 증명하였다. 구체적으로 시장지향적 문화는 성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미침과 동시에 마케팅전략과정을 통하여 간접적인 영향도 미치고 있음을 밝혔다. 즉 성과를 제고시키기 위하여 기업은 시장지향적 문화의 토대 위에서 충실한 마케팅전략과정을 이행해야 할 것이다.

Does WGB (Work-Growth Balance) Improve Innovative Behavior? (일·성장 균형(WGB:Work-Growth Balance)은 혁신 행동을 향상시키는가?: Process Macro를 활용한 대인 조화와 창의적 노력의 간접 효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to investigate whether WGB (Work-Growth Balance), an area of WLB (Work-Life Balance) improves Interpersonal Harmony, Creative Effort and Innovative Behavior in the organization, and whether Interpersonal Harmony and Creative Efforts have indirect effects on the relationship between WGB and Innovative Behavior. To test the hypothesis of this study, PROCESS Macro by Hayes (2013) was used. The results showed that WGB, Interpersonal Harmony, and Creative Effort influenced Innovative Behavior and WGB were variables that influenced Interpersonal Harmony. The variables influencing Creative Effort turned out to be WGB and Interpersonal Harmony. The indirect effect of Interpersonal Harmony and Creative Efforts was also confirmed in the relationship between WGB and Innovative Behavior. In addition, the magnitude of the effect between parameters was examined through Process Macro analysis. It turned out that there is a synergy relationship between WGB, Interpersonal Harmony, Creative Efforts and Innovative Behaviors. In future, more researches on WGB among various industries as well as mediating variables are expected. Further research is needed to study the various parameters of WGB and innovation behavior, and to Balance of Work-Family and Balance of Work-Leisure.

The Effect of Service Orientation Effort on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention in Logistics Firms (물류기업의 서비스지향적 노력이 직무만족, 조직몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship among service orientation effort, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in logistics firms. A literature survey is presented; then, an empirical analysis is carried out using data from questionnaires to employees in logistics firms. The final results indicate that Service orientation effort of logistics firms is positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, service orientation effort, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are negatively related to turnover intention. Following these results, it is necessary to concentrate on enhancing the service orientation effort to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment and decrease turnover intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish an effective marketing strategy as the marketing management strategy by inquiring into the effect of service recovery justice on relationship benefit, relationship satisfaction and long-tenn relationship orientation in food service industry with food service customers. This study showed that the service recovery justice has a positive effect on the relationship benefit according to procedural, interactional and distributive justice, and the customer satisfaction is maximized through the relationship benefit, continuing the relationship as long-tenn friendship customers. That means that despite service companies' many efforts, including the establishment of a goal related to service, as their service failures happen frequently by various internal or external factors, active work is needed through the fair relationship benefit as the service recovery strategy to deal with these service failures positively and keep the customer satisfaction and long-tenn relationship orientation.

Product Market Competition and Internal Efficiency of the Firm (시장경쟁과 기업의 내부 효율성)

  • This paper analyzes a mechanism through which product market competition affects allocation of the managerial efforts. There are two types of firms, incumbents and entrants. Each incumbent firm delegates its control to a manager and cannot observe the manager's total effort. The managers of incumbent firms allocate their effort to two different activities: cost reduction (productive effort) and rent protection (unproductive effort). An increase in competition, measured by the number of incumbent firms, has two effects: an "output effect" which decreases the managerial incentive for productive effort, and an "effort substitution effect" that makes managers exert more productive effort and less unproductive effort. This paper identifies the conditions under which product market competition lowers the cost of providing incentives for productive effort and hence, to the conclusion that increased competition leads to increased efficiency.

  • We propose a software-reliability growth model incoporating the amount of uniform and Weibull testing efforts during the software testing phase in this paper. The time-dependent behavior of testing effort is described by uniform and Weibull curves. Assuming that the error detection rate to the amount of testing effort spent during the testing phase is proportional to the current error content, the model is formulated by a nonhomogeneous Poisson process. Using this model the method the data analysis for software reliability measurement is developed. The optimum release time is determined by considering how the initial reliability R($\chi$ 0) would be. The conditions are ($R\chi$ 0)>$R_{o}$ , $P_{o}$ >R($\chi$ 0)> $R_{o}$ $^{d}$ and R($\chi$ 0)<$R_{o}$ $^{d}$ for uniform testing efforts. deal case is $P_{o}$ >($R\chi$ 0)> $R_{o}$ $^{d}$ Likewise, it is ($R\chi$ 0)$\geq$$R_{o}$ , $R_{o}$ >($R\chi$ 0)>R(eqation omitted) and ($R\chi$ 0)<R(eqation omitted)for Weibull testing efforts.   • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among information search activities, of which perceived risk, cognitive dissonance, and involvement play a role. A survey of 155 students who have a recent experience on information search activities. Total six hypotheses the research already reported on information search effort, thereby giving decision maker a richer understanding of information search behavior.
