참조현상이란 이미 언급되었던 혹은 이미 알고 있다고 여겨지는 정보에 대한 재표현이다. 참조현상은 자연언어처리 분야에서뿐만 아니라 인지과학, 심리학, 철학분야에서도 활발하게 연구되는 현상으로 참조표현인 조응사(anaphora)의 선행사(antecedent)를 채택하는 방법에 따라 그 성능이 좌우된다. 자연언어문장으로부터 멀티동화를 생성을 위한 애니메이션 제어 스크립트 명령들에서의 참조해결은 선행 정보의 적절한 참조를 바탕으로 자연스러운 애니메이션 장면을 생성하는데 있어서 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 동화의 자연언어 문장에 나타나는 참조현상들에 대해 살펴보고 결합범주문법을 이용하여 참조현상을 해결하는 방법과 구현방법에 대해 논의한다.

Ever since the development of the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) in 1993, the concept of measurement uncertainty has been considered a core concept in metrology and the importance of proper uncertainty evaluation has continuously been increasing. Unfortunately, few papers in Korean are available that introduce the concept of measurement uncertainty and the GUM correctly and in sufficient detail. This review describes in detail the mathematical, historical, and philosophical background behind the concept of measurement uncertainty and the GUM, and also discusses some special aspects of uncertainty evaluation in chemical analysis.

In this article, I show that the cognitive suicide argument does not succeed in refuting eliminativism. The argument misses an important aspect of eliminativism. In Sec. 3, the last section, I will suggest the aspect of eliminativism and, on the basis of it, will develop my criticism against eliminativism.

Tactical Multiband Multirole radio(TMMR) has been developed and under some official testings now. Our army wants TMMR to be installed in Ground Fighting Vehicles(GFVs) and be incorporated with their Battlefield Management System(BMS). Also, BMS with TMMR should communicate with BMS on FM radio which is currently under use in most of GFVs. To achieve such goals, some significant changes should be made into the present BMS and in this paper, several considerations will be presented in the both sides of hardware and software point of view.

Research and case study on implementing Knowledge Management (KM) in various fields have been published. However, KM could be misunderstood as developed Information Technology (IT) rather than a managerial tool to support knowledge creation in an organization unless the theoretical background on the evolution of KM is rigorously considered. This paper aims to review philosophy of science and managerial trends that can explain the reasons for introducing KM into the industry. Based on this theoretical background, Soft Systems Method (SSM), one of method to facilitate knowledge flows, are explained. SSM has been developed to cope with the characteristics of knowledge distinguished from data and information. Further research topics relevant to SSM in construction management as a practical application and educational tool are presented.

The advent of meteorology was not appeared by instance. At first, Meteorology was accomplished by Aristotle, who was Greek natural philosopher. In a book he called Meteorologica, which dates to around 340 BCE, Aristotle dealt with the properties and processes of weather phenomena which described in the pre-age of Aristotle. This book's title originate to the word of meteorology. Aristotle's Meteorologica was assembled by his theories, as well as the wisdoms of historian, philosopher and epic in pre-age of Aristotle and his age. The purpose of this study was to search for the scientific background of writing of historically important book, Meteorogica.

자본주의 사회에서 기업은 이윤의 극대화라는 목표를 이루기 위해, 인간을 하나의 자원으로 간주하여 도구화 하는 경향이 있다. 그 결과 인간소외(alienation) 및 부의 양극화 현상이 심각한 사회적 문제로 거론되고 있다. 오늘날 경제성장에 따른 물질적 풍요와 번영이 인류사회에 행복을 가져다 줄 것이라는 통념은 '물질적 풍요 속의 정신적 빈곤'이라는 문제제기에 의해 그 위상이 흔들리고 있다. 자본주의가 인류사회의 행복과 공동번영에 기여하는 경제체제로서 역할을 다하려면, 자본주의 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 진화해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 새 시대에 걸 맞는 자본주의의 대안을 논의하고자, 저자 이재윤이 창시한 깨달음경영학(MOSEE;Management Of allSelves' Enlightenment and Empowerment)의 새로운 과학적 학문연구를 통해 새로운 실현성 영역을 추구하는 동시에, 깨달음경영의 새로운 5차원 요소인 영적 자원 및 자산(SRA:Spirit Resource and Asset)과 본질적으로 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하는 창조경영(MOC:Management Of Creation)에 대한 연구 및 인간의식 성장 방법론에 대하여 발표 하고자 한다. 이로써 4차 산업을 넘어서 21세기 신 문명 5차 산업 경영혁명을 성취 한다. 따라서 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)에 관한 고유한 철학, 고유한 탐구 영역, 이론, 방법, 기법, 도구, 운영 원리 및 활용 분야 등을 체계적으로 설명하는 것이 목적이다.

I criticize Mou's moral metaphysics and propose the alternative depending on Kant's analysis on the sublime. (1) Mou's moral metaphysics conflicts with the scientific world view. (2) Kant's 'aesthetic space' does not conflict with the scientific world view. Futhermore, Kant's 'aesthetic space' satisfies the conditions which Mou's moral metaphysics requires. (3) Mencius's autonomous morality is not sufficient for justifying the moral law or categorical imperative. (4) At this point, the sublime plays the important role in bridging between nature and morality. (5) In Kant's context, the possibility of the autonomous moral action is achieved on the basis of the educated feeling of the sublime.

From the outset Library and Information Science as a field of discipline began as part of the social sciences (or applied social sciences) in the 1930s. However, due to the practicality and technology emphasized by functionalists, the social science characteristics deteriorated and the science and technological aspect became more accentuated. Ultimately, Library and Information Science was not able to identify its main research subject of libraries and associated apparatuses as a form of social knowledge system, and could not help but neglect to induct and apply theory and philosophy from the social sciences. In the present study, after an examination of social epistemology and sociology of knowledge, which are important epistemological foundations necessary for the strengthening of social scientific aspect of Library and Information Science, a new research parameter called sociology of library was presenteL The sociology of library will be a scheme for an epistemological turnover on the discipline of Library and Information Science.

In recent universities, the new-normal era. There is a growing interest in nurturing creative thinking learners who have converged thinking necessary for the AI era based on big data. This study intends to propose the expansion of science liberal arts education necessary to meet the education needs of these universities. To this end, first the status of convergence education in universities and the elements necessary for the learners' creative ideas were examined. Second, learners who took a convergence lecture at a university will look at the development case of in which convergence thinking, creative thinking, and gaming are implemented. Based on this, we would like to propose an expanded organization and operation of science liberal arts education as a way to enhance the creative thinking of learners and their competencies through convergence classes at universities.
