The purpose of this study is to develop and apply assessment standards for the reflection of science museum exhibitions in science curriculum. Assesment standards were developed based on the national achievement standards for earth science in elementary school. The researchers measured the reflection level and evaluation scale by applying the developed assesment standards to exhibitions in the National Science Museum. The results of this study showed that the reflection level and evaluation scale of science curriculum far elementary school in the National Science Museum were measured as 52% and 3.53 respectively. Especially, the level of the reflection of science curriculum in the National Science Museum was found to be at the high level in Geologic field and Astronomic field. These results indicate that the National Science Museum as an informal education institute is comparatively well connected to science education of elementary school. Science museum should be connected with school education and it should start after a substantial reflection on the curriculum. For this, science museum need to develop standards that reflect science curriculum. From this point of view, the results of this study can be used as basic data that evaluate the level of connection between science museum and school education and that guide the direction of development of science curriculum.

농촌용수는 자연계의 물순환과 융합한 형태로 반복과 순환의 특징을 갖고 있으며, 지역의 건전한 물순환 형성에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 또한 식량생산 기반으로서의 역할뿐만 아니라 환경 보전, 전통문화 및 지역사회 등과 밀접한 관련이 있어 사회적 자본으로서의 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 최근 쌀 소비의 급격한 감소로 논 경작면적이 축소되면서 밭 경작면적이 증가하고 있어 우리나라 농업형태가 논 관개 시스템에서 밭 관개 시스템의 특용작물 재배와 같은 첨단시설의 하우스 농업 형태로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 농촌용수의 활용은 감소하고 있고 관개 형태의 변화로 용수관리 시스템에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있고, 관개시스템에서 농촌용수의 효율적인 이용을 위한 수로형태의 변화는 개수로 중심에서 관수로 중심으로 진화하고 있는 상황이다. 농촌용수를 저장, 운용 실태를 보면 노후 된 농업기반시설들로 인하여 저수량 감소가 발생하며, 확보된 용수를 재래식으로 운용함으로 인한 관리 손실발생으로 농촌용수 부족사태를 발생시키고 있으며, 농촌용수 관개를 위한 개수로에서의 용수 손실률은 약 15%에 달하며 이는 약 20억$m^3$으로 추정되고 우리나라 총 수자원의 6%에 해당되는 양이다. 본 연구에서는 관개지구의 급수관리 계획 및 사례 분석을 통해 기존의 모의에 의한 농촌용수 추정 값의 불확실성을 확인하고 실측에 의한 정량화 분석을 통해 관수로 시스템 구축의 타당성 제시 및 효과 분석을 하고자 한다.

"4월 1일 발족한 '국가과학기술위원회'를 중심으로 과학기술정책과 사업에 대한 종합 조정을 철저히 하여 효율적인 과학기술행정을 구현하는데 최선을 다하겠습니다." 과학기술부 장관에 취임한 서정욱 박사는 본지와의 특별대담에서 이렇게 말했다. 서장관은 이어서 "21세기의 지식기반사회를 구축하기 위해선 대학과 연구소가 새로운 산업기지가 되어야 하겠다"고 말하고 "앞으로 과학기술의 대중화사업을 위해 과학축전, 과학영상프로그램 제작방영, 과학도서 보급 등 다양한 사업을 펼치겠다"고 강조했다.

제 17대 과학기술처 장관으로 취임한 김용진장관은 본지와의 특별대담에서 "과학기술혁신 5개년계획"을 수립하여 각 부처의 과학기술 정책을 종합 체계화하고 아울러 이 계획을 강력히 추진하기 위해 "과학기술혁신을 위한 특별법"이 조속히 제정되도록 노력하겠다고 밝혔다. 또 김장관은 금년은 과학기술처 출범 30주년이 되는 해로 제30회 과학의 날(4월21일)을 중심으로 다채로운 행사를 개최하여 과학기술문화 확산을 위한 전기를 마련하겠다고 다짐했다.

The public-private partnership concept can encompass a broad range of cooperative relations and a broad variety of programmes in terns of size, objectives and design. This paper aims to analyze the components of public-private partnership mechanisms in the context of science and technology innovation policy. The research methodologies are based on semi-structured interviews with policy makers in four countries with six PPP programme : the France, the Netherlands, the Australia and Austria. It also attempts to understanding of the components that explain the increase of collaboration between national innovation system and PPPs. The taxonomy and essential components of PPPs were identified : mission-oriented PP/Ps, market-Oriented PP/Ps, cluster-oriented PP/Ps, and ISRs-Oriented PP/Ps. The taxonomy of regulatory regime can be a reference point for identifying the relative status of Korea's PPPs.

The purposes of this study were (1) to investigate the characteristics of the exhibits at three representative science centers or museums in Seoul, and (2) to analyse students' perceptions about the most and the least favorite exhibits selected by students as visitors. Three science centers investigated were Seoul National Science Museum, Seoul Education & Science Research Institute, LG Science Hall. The subjects for students' perception survey were 290 middle school students who visited the three science centers. The investigation of the exhibits showed that the goals, the contents, the visitors' viewing and manipulating activity types, and the explanation types of the exhibits depended on the purposes and the target visitors of each science center. Students' responses indicated that they most favored hands-on exhibit. And students preferred the exhibits that had new and comprehensible contents and the were related to what they had learned in school. Students said that they felt that science was exciting and that they came to experience what they did not do in school. Students said that reading or hearing given explanations was helpful to understand the exhibits, but about 20% of the students responded that they did not read explanation on panels at all. Students also said that guide's oral explanations were more understandable than written explanations on panels. Some of the students commented that having to wait for access because of crowds or because of the resetting time required for hands-on activities was inconvenience.

이 연구는 일종의 비형식 교육기관인, 과학관 전시물의 배열과 설명문의 구조에 대한 논증적 접근을 목표로 하고 있다. 그러한 접근을 통하여 서대문 자연사 과학관 전시물 배열의 문제점과 새로운 전시물 배열방식을 제안한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 우리는 논증을 바탕으로 전시물 배열의 거시와 미시적 관점의 점검 기준을 설정하였다. 이 분석 결과를 바탕으로 서대문 자연사 박물관 지구의 탄생분야의 전시의 배열에 대한 개선점을 제안한다. 분석은 Booth 등(2008)의 논증에 기초하여 공룡은 다른 동물들에 비해서 어떻게 그렇게 번창하였는가? 그 이유는 무엇인가? 무엇이 이 주장과 이유를 지지하는 증거인가? 질문들을 다루었다. 따라서 이러한 논증 식 전시물 배열이 서대문 자연사 박물관 전시 배열에 도입된다면 더 좋은 전시 효과를 얻을 수 있다고 결론 짓는다.

본 시스템은 1997년부터 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 추진 과제인 $\boxDr$과학기술정보시스템$\boxUl$ 과 $\boxDr$중소기업지원 정보시스템$\boxUl$ 을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 서비스 수준을 한 단계 높이고 고객 중심의 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\boxDr$과학기술정보시스템$\boxUl$ 과 $\boxDr$중소기업지원정보시스템$\boxUl$ 은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 학. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이번에 확대 개발된 $\boxDr$과학산업종합정보시스템$\boxUl$ 은 연구개발정보센터로부터 자금 지원을 받아 구축한 시스템으로 크게 과학기술정보, 무역지원정보, 기업정보, 기업지원정보, 인력정보, 도서관정보, 시민광장 등을 중심으로 구성하였다. 특히 지역 기업체의 해외 마케팅 강화를 위한 무역지원정보는 상품전시관, 무역/거래알선, 무역통상정보 등 지역기업활동 지원 및 수출진흥을 도모하고 지역경제 활성화에 기여토록 하고자 한다.
