한국농촌경제연구원은 지난 1월 23일 서울 잠실 롯데호텔에서 '농업 농촌의 가치와 기회, 그리고 미래'라는 대주제로 '농업전망 2019' 대회를 개최했다. 총 3부로 나눠 진행된 이날 농업전망 2019에선 1부 '2019년 농정 방향과 한국농업 미래', 2부 '농업 농촌의 가치와 기회를 향한 농정의 핵심이정표', 3부 '산업별 중장기 미래' 등의 주요 농정이슈와 과제를 발표했다. 김창길 농경연 원장은 이날 개회사를 통해 "올해도 농경연은 농업 농촌이 변화하는 대내외 환경에 대응하고 가치와 기회를 찾아 앞으로 나아갈 길을 제시하는데 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다. 이날 발표 내용 중 가금산업-오리관련 이슈와 오리 및 오리고기 사육동향과 수급동향을 정리했다.

신기능효소를 이용한 연구결과는 초정밀화학제품 생산을 하는 화학공업, 신기능 의약품개발의 의료산업, 기능성식품 및 고부가가치 식품소재를 개발하는 식품산업, 난분해물질을 처리하는 환경산업, 그외 Biosensor 등의 특수산업을 창출하는 등 산업적 응용이 큰 과제로 차세대 산업을 선도하는 중요과제로 판단되지만, 선진국의 기술보호주의로 인하여 수입하기 어려운 분야이기 때문에 국내에서 우선적으로 개발되어야 한다.

90년대 문학출판은 사회적 역할과 책임을 강조하는 거대 담론의 시대에서 벗어나 미학적.문학적으로 다채로운 가치를 추구했다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 90년대를 마감하는 이 시점에 영상문화 등 다른 매체의 팽창과 상업주의, 독서시장의 축소는 새로운 과제로 남는다. 문학출판에 주력해 온 출판사의 편집인 4인이 한자리에 모여 90년대 문학출판의 의미와 변화, 2천년대를 위한 과제를 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the prediction of mastery-approach goal orientation, task value, and self-regulated learning strategy on academic satisfaction and achievement of cyber engineering university students. For this study, 219 engineering students of H cyber university who enrolled in the spring semester of 2011 was chosen and completed web surveys. A hypothetical model proposed included mastery-approach goal orientation, task value, and self-regulated learning strategy as predictors, and academic satisfaction and achievement as criteria variables. The results of this study through multiple regression analysis indicated that task value(${\beta}$=.401) and self-regulated learning strategy(${\beta}$=.401) predicted significantly on academic satisfaction. In addition, self-regulated learning strategy(${\beta}$=.301) and mastery-approach goal orientation(${\beta}$=.196) predicted significantly on academic achievement. The result of this study suggested that mastery-approach goal orientation, task value, and self-regulated learning strategy should be considered for improving academic satisfaction and achievement in cyber engineering education.

The purpose of this convergence study was to examine the effects of smart learning on learner's participation, academic self-efficacy and task value in nursing education. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group no-synchronized design. The subjects of this study consisted of 86 experimental group and 95 control group who were nursing students. Data were collected from March 2 to June 8. 2018. The data were analyzed using the spss 18.0 program to perform independent t-test. There were not statistically significant differences in learner's participation(t=1.065, p=.288) but were statistically significant differences in academic self-efficacy(t=2.668, p=.008) and task value(t=2.070, p=.040). Therefore, the smart learning was effective in increasing academic self-efficacy and task value for nursing students. The smart learning is expected to be useful as effective teaching and learning strategies in nursing education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of academic self-efficacy, task value, behavioral participation, cognitive participation, emotional participation, and initiative participation on learning satisfaction in 462 college students who took a flip learning class. Results, As for the direct effect of variables affecting learning satisfaction, behavioral participation was the largest factor, followed by initiative participation, task value, emotional participation, and academic self-efficacy. These variables explained 86% of learning satisfaction. Academic self-efficacy and task value had an indirect effect on learning satisfaction through behavioral, emotional, and proactive participation. In the multi-group moderating effect with the upper-middle class (B+ or higher) and the lower-middle class (below B) group as the moderating variables, there was a partial moderating effect because the path coefficients of leading participation and learning satisfaction differed between the groups. It is necessary to seek various ways to increase the degree of participation in learning and to develop an intervention strategy through a program tailored to each individual.

주파수 부족이 점차 심화되는 환경에서 주파수 분배 및 할당 정책 수단을 통하여 한정된 전파 자원을 보다 효율적으로 사용하는 것은 전파 정책의 당면한 과제이다. 본 논문은 특히 역사적 경험을 토대로 용도별 주파수 분배의 경제적 부가가치를 추산함으로써, 주파수 용도의 경제성에 비례적인 주파수 분배의 우선 순위 결정을 제언하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 정부부처에서 진행된 혁신과제에 근거하여 Inno-TRIZ(혁신 TRIZ) 모형을 개발하였다. 혁신의 목표 혁신가치, 모순 혁신가치, 해결원리 등을 도출하기 위해서 50개 부처의 실제 사례분석을 실시하였다. 여기서는 연구결과로 나타난 Inno-TRIZ모형과 적용방법에 대해서 소개한다.

미디어 분야에서 블록체인 기술은 상업성과 공공성이라는 두 가지 사회적 가치를 모두 충족시켜야 하는 과제를 안고 있으며, 적용 과정에서 여러가지 크고 작은 이슈들이 제기되고 있다. 이 글에서는 블록체인 기술을 활용한 미디어 서비스의 주요 사례를 분야별로 세분화하여 살펴보고, 이를 통해 미디어와 블록체인의 결합에서 제기되는 이슈들을 검토함으로써, 향후 블록체인 미디어 서비스가 나아가야 할 방향과 가치에 대해 전망해보았다.

상거래의 본질은 어떠한 상품이나 서비스와 그에 상응하는 경제적 가치이 교환이라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 전자상거래의 경우에도 인터넷을 통한 고급서비스를 실현하기 위해서는 제공하는 서비스나 재화의 경제적 가치를 전자적으로 회수 할 수 있는 전자지불 시스템을 구축하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 전자지불 시스템의 기술현황을 살펴본후, 전자지불 시스템의 개발방향과 성공적인 실현을 위한 선결과제를 제시한다.
