The research question of this work comes from that there have been disputes for the governance and roles of the Rural Development Agency (RDA), despite of rather excellence performances of Agricultural R&D program supported by RDA. For this reason, I meta-evaluated the internal evaluation system of Agricultural R&D program in RDA, in terms of the four meta-evaluation components such as evaluation paradigm, evaluation resources, evaluation execution and evaluation utilization. The result shows that the most serious problem is rather lower level of evaluation. Object, one of the evaluation paradigms in the R&D evaluation system of the RDA. So, this work suggested the policy alternatives which may lead the R&D evaluation system of the RDA to be developed for the performance-oriented R&D management system.

21세기의 무한 경쟁 환경에서 기업의 생존은 고객 만족에 의해 좌우된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 한편, 고객 만족을 달성하기 위해서는 고객의 욕구가 어떻게 변화하고 있는가를 충실히 파악하여야 한다. 헌재의 고객은 제품의 기본 기능과 가격 똥의 요소뿐만 아니라, 제품의 품질, 특히 신뢰성에 매우 민감한 반응을 보이고 있으며, 각 기업은 이러한 추세를 반영하여 제품의 보증기간을 경쟁적으로 연장하고 있다. 신뢰성이란 제품이 얼마나 오랫동안 고장 없이 의도한 기능을 발휘할 수 있는가를 나타낸다. 즉, 신뢰성이란 시간적 품질을 의미하며 제품이 충분한 신뢰성을 가지고 있지 못할 경우, 과도한 클레임으로 인한 보증비용의 증가와 같은 단기적인 손해뿐만 아니라, 고객 불만족, 고객 이탈, 기업 경쟁력 상실 통으로 야기되는 장기적인 손실에 이르기까지 매우 큰 피해를 감수해야 한다. 따라서 제품의 신뢰성은 기업의 생존과 경쟁력 우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 전략적 요소로 다루어 져야 한다. 신뢰성 활동은 크게 신뢰성 평가와 신뢰성 설계 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 전자는 현재 개발 또는 양산 중인 제품의 신뢰성 수준이 어느 정토인가를 파악하자 하는 활동이며, 후자는 제품에 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 일련의 활동을 포함한다. 한편, 신뢰성 평가는 모든 신뢰성 업무에서 앞서 선행적으로 이루어 져야 하는 기초적 활동이며, 본 과제에서는 자사의 전자식 전력량계(LSEW12)와 디지털 보호계전기(GIPAM2200)를 대상으로 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

Among methods of the big data process, big data process under the cloud environment is becoming a main topic. As part of solving faced problem and strengthening industrial competitiveness in the medical and health industry, discussion on ways to activate big data is actively being conducted. Because the reason is a paradigm shift, saving pressure for increasing health care costs, and increased consumer interest for the level of service. In this paper, we find out the relationship between the cloud and big data. And we are to research and analysis a cloud-based big data case in the medical field. Finally we propose the efficient utilization and future outlook. For the smooth functioning of cloud-based medical big data, we have to solve the problems like infrastructure extension, analysis/application software development, and professional manpower training. In addition, we have to correct insufficient laws maintenance to the Cloud utilization, and improve the security and the recognition to personal information, and solve authority for data centralization.

최근 들어, 2차원/3차원의 랩 또는 항공/위성 영상의 공간정보를 웹 상에서 서비스 하고 이러한 공간정보에 다양한 정보들을 융 복합하여 사용자들에게 보다 높은 수준의 정보를 제공하기 위한 기술개발에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 예를들어, Microsoft사의 경우는 사용자 참여형(Participatory) 센서 웹 환경을 구축하기 위하여 SenseWeb 관련 기술 개발 및 시범 프로젝트를 수행하고 있는데, SenseWeb 시스템에서는 전 세계에 존재하는 모든 센서들을 연계하여 웹 상에서 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 최근에는, 이러한 SenseWeb 시스템을 이용하여 센싱정보와 Bing Map의 공간정보를 융합하여 사용자에게 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 SensorMap 시스템이 개발되었는데, 이러한 SensorWeb/SensorMap 시스템을 기반으로 다양한 시범 프로젝트들이 진행되어 오고 있다. Google사의 경우는 기존에 서비스 되고 Google Eearth/Map을 기반으로 실시간 센싱정보를 연계하여 제공하는 서비스와 다양한 사용자들의 정보들을 테이블 형태로 연계 및 융합하여 제공하기 위한 Google Fusion Tables 서비스를 제공하고 있다. Oracle사의 경우는 센싱정보를 포함하여 실시간으로 끊임없이 변화하는 정보들에 대하여 이벤트 처리, 패턴 분석, 그리고 상황인식 등의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 CEP(Complex Event Processing) 제품을 선보이고 있다. Nokia사의 경우는 기존의 고정 센서노드들 이외에 모든 모바일 폰을 이동이 가능한 센서노드로 가정하고 이러한 모바일 센서노드들로부터 교통정보를 포함하는 다양한 센싱정보를 수집하고 분석하여 공간정보 기반으로 서비스하기 위한 기술 개발을 꾸준히 추진해 오고 있다. 본 발표에서는 이러한 공간정보와 센싱정보 또는 기타 사용자 정보와의 융 복합서비스를 가능하게 하는 핵심기술들에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 첫째로 다양한 공간정보와 센싱정보의 융 복합 및 분석 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 u-GIS 융합 엔진에 대하여 설명하고자 한다. u-GIS 융합 엔진에서는 구체적으로 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 다양한 센싱정보의 효율적 수집, 분석, 관리를 위한 GeoSensor 데이터 저장/관리 기술과 센싱정보-공간정보의 실시간 융합 분석 기술에 대해서 소개를 하고자 한다. 둘째로, 이러한 공간정보, 센싱정보 그리고 기타 사용자 정보들을 웹 상에서 효율적으로 매쉬업하여 2차원 및 3차원으로 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 맞춤형 국토정보 제공 기술에 대하여 설명하고자 한다. 여기서는 공간정보 센싱정보 그리고 기타 사용자 정보와의 연계를 위한 매쉬업 엔진 기술 그리고 실시간 3차원 공간정보 제공 기술 등에 대하여 소개를 하고자 한다. 끝으로, 영상 기반의 효율적인 공간정보 구축을 위한 멀티센서 데이터 처리 기술에 대하여 간략히 소개를 하고, 앞에서 설명된 핵심기술들 이외에도 향후 추가로 요구되는 기술개발 내용에 대하여 간략히 설명을 하고자 한다.

This study aimed to develop an open clinical training program to improve radiology graduates' clinical competency in the hospital setting to raise quality of patient-centered medical service. Development of the training program is similar to that of an instructional system design model. The program was developed according to the ADDIE model. Elements of each phase were collected. Draft of the program was constructed from literature review and clinical demands. Preliminary training program was implemented to sample students with the draft. After consultation with related professionals, the program was modified and completed. Professional groups assessed content validity of the program. Five continuous phases of the program - analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation - accommodate changes in clinical environment and demands. They also provide adequate learning needs. Effectiveness of the program and appropriateness of contents in each phase achieved a satisfactory level of significance. This program reflected demands from medical fields and effective learning programs. The purpose of the open clinical training program is to train radiological technologists in clinical setting to actively engage in patient-centered medical service and to help utilize their professional knowledge.

This study examines the relationships between the adoption intention and ill results/"digital divide" of informatization. It is very important to enhance the ability to use the information around the country today. Government invested large sums in informatization. As a result, we became a leading country in the information and communication technologies (ICTs). But the speedy growth in information society enlarges the gab between 'information haves'and 'information have-nots', which results in decreasing the efficiency of informatization. Now, we have to consider the idea of "information welfare policy" to approach the problems of "information poor"which refers to those deprived of opportunities to access ICTS and use of the Internet. This paper shows that we can not reach the information welfare society without the solution of these problems, and which are obstacles to progress in informatization. It is hoped that the results from this study bridge and close so called "Digital Divide" within society and create the impartial information welfare society.e impartial information welfare society.

To achieve web application security goals effectively by providing web security features such as information leakage prevention, web application firewall system must be able to achieve the goal of enhancing web site security and providing secure services. Therefore, it is necessary to study the security evaluation of web application firewall system based on related standards. In this paper, we analyze the requirements of the base technology and security quality of web application firewall, and established the security evaluation criteria based on the international standards for software product evaluation. Through this study, it can be expected that the security quality level of the web application firewall system can be confirmed and the standard for enhancing the quality improvement can be secured. As a future research project, it is necessary to continuously upgrade evaluation standards according to international standards that are continuously changing.

Computer based teaming system has considerable influence upon teaching technique and teaming efficiency. It is possible to make a learner-oriented teaching in the online learning system. In this case, it can provide easily and immediately learner with various information that relate to class status, for example, attendance, examination score and so on. In the case of conventional off-line education, however, it is inefficient to provide the information of class status for learners compared with on-line system. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system of class status which can provide various information of teaming status for learners, instructors and advisors. It is useful to advise student's course work and job. The main purpose of this system is to prepare a monitoring system of class status on a web based e-class system. It achieves self-monitoring systems which provide a feedback data as a result of class for students.

We spend about one-third of our life sleeping. Although the influence of sleep on various cognitive and affective functioning is recognized, relatively less is known about its consequences on interpersonal relationships. The present study examines whether sleep contributes to adolescent's peer intimacy; specifically, given the role of sleep in memory consolidation, it was assumed that a good sleep will enhance social relationships by positively refurbishing memories of social episodes. As predicted, young teenagers' sleep quality predicted increased peer intimacy, partly through the positive memory of social events, in a sample of middle school (Study 1) as well as high school participants (Study 2). To investigate the causal link, in Study 2, memory recollections were repeatedly measured for a week. Sleep quality during the week predicted how social, but not non-social episodes were positively remembered. The function and importance of sleep quality are discussed in the context of interpersonal relationships.

The personal information is now considered more valuable and important topic in this highly improved knowledge information society. In this research, 50 research papers and government reports between 2000 and 2013 are analysed to understand a trend of academic research of the personal information. To summarize of the result of the analysis, firstly, there are many discussions and emphases to governmental protections of the personal information, mainly in the qualitative and legal system level. Secondly, there are insufficient researches of the personal information, particularly in the academic field rather than government and national research institutes. Thirdly, there are not sufficient investigations to approach influential reasons and relations of cause and effect, though there are much enough researches on the actual and present conditions of the protection of the personal information. To develop the investigation of the personal information, it needs to be considered to research more about systematic approach to the issue of personal information, expansion of research area considering the changeable IT environment, diverse methodological experiment like a metrical way, reformation of investigation system, and improved information management in the private sector.
