The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of institution trust on customer-orientation of hotel practician. Comparison between two types of governance structure demonstrated that the relationship between institution trust and customer-orientation were significantly different each other. As hypothesized, influence of organization trust on customer-orientation was much stronger in privately owned organizations than that of public ownership organizations. In the test of mediating effect of job engagement between two variables were statistically significant Based on the results from SEM model, we can suggest that improvement of institution trust need to be emphasized through the rational introduction of customer-oriented system, establishing priority task system according to individual business criticality, admission and enhance of fault. Empirical evidences from structural equation model support the governance type positively influence the job attitude in service organizations.

RPC(Remote Procedure Call)는 프로그래밍이 쉽고 데이터 표현이 기계 독립적이므로 네트워크 파일 시스템등의 시스템 프로그래밍에서만 아니라 응용 프로그래밍에서도 활발히 사용되고 있다. 그러나 복잡하고 다양한 기능의 최신 프로그램을 개발하는데는 미흡한 점이 많고, 다른 RPC 표준간의 호환성이 결여되어 있어 유지보수가 어려운 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체 랩퍼 기술에 입각한 CORBA 계층을 추가함으로써 RPC 프로그래밍을 수정하는 단점을 해결하고 , 기존 RPC 프로그램을 재사용하면서 다중 플랫폼에서 RPC 프로그램을 연동하고 객체 지향 프로그래밍에 의한 재사용과 유지보수성을 높일 수 있는 WDL(Wrapper Definition Language)와 랩퍼 클래스 자동생성기를 제안한다. 사용사례로 기존 파일 전송 RPC 서버 프로그램을 랩핑해서 Unix, Windows 95 및 웹상에서 CORBA클라이언트와 연동할 수 있음을 보인다. 이 과정에서 RPC 프로그램의 구조적 프로그래밍에서 객체지향 프로그래밍으로의 전환이 가능하므로 객체 지향 방법론의 장점인 높은 재사용성과 유지보수성을 가질 수 있고 기존 RPC 서버 프로그램의 수정 없이 사용 가능할수 있다.

현재 기업들은 거의 모든 부분이 전산화 작업으로 이루어지고 있으며, 기업의 중요한 업무는 모두 방대한 시스템이 사람을 대신해서 처리해 주고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 시스템 유지보수의 체계적인 프로세스에 대해서는 현재 연구된 바가 없어 쉽게 적용할 수 없는 문제가 존재한다. 재공학은 재사용하려는 소프트웨어를 분석, 재정의, 재문서화 등의 소프트웨어 역공학 방법을 통하여 좀더 효율적으로 소프트웨어를 분석할 수 있고, 순공학을 통해 문제점들의 교환과 새로운 구조와 시스템의 수정을 통해 더욱 경제적인 시스템을 만들 수 있다. 객체지향 어플리케이션의 Refactoring에서는 대표적으로 클래스간의 공통성을 추출하고, 이를 일반화시켜 추상클래스를 생성 및 삭제, 이동하는 과정을 통해 소프트웨어의 구조를 변경시켜 시스템의 성능향상을 도모하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 재사용을 위한 실증적인 객체지향 Refactoring 기법을 제시한다.

고객의 가치를 창조해나가기 위해 고객을 중시하 는 시장지향적인 기업문화가 확산되며, 이와 함께 판 매현장 최일선에서 고객을 직접 응대하며 기업의 시 장지향성을 실현하고 고객을 관리하는 패션판매원의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시장지향 적인 기업문화와 판매원의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 본 연구는 의류업체의 시장 지향성의 유형을 밝히고, 이러한 시장지향적 노력이 판매원의 능력과 함께 의류업체의 판매원의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이들의 규명을 통해 궁극적으 로 기업의 성과에 기여하는 판매원 만족에 영향을 미치는 시장지향성의 유형과 판매원의 능력 유형을 밝혀 의류업체의 시장지향적 기업문화 실현에 기여 하고자 하였다. 설문지를 이용한 실증적인 조사연구방법이 사용 되었고, 연구대상은 서울과 분당에 위치한 L백화점의 여성복 의류매장에 근무하고 있는 삽마스터 600 명을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구를 근거로 하고 의류 업체에 맞게 수정 보완한 질문지를 사용하여, 최종 분석된 설문지는 547부이다. 자료분석은 SPSS pc + 8.0올 이용하여 빈도분석, 백분율, 요인분석, 중다회 귀분석을 사용하였다. 수거된 질문지를 통계처리 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의류업체의 시장지향성을 요인분석한 결과 '시장정보의 획득'시장정보의 확산', '시장정보에 대 한 반응'의 세 요인으로 나눌 수 있었다. 시장정보를 획득하는 활동에는 매장의 소비자조사. POS시스템 의 활용. 삽마스터 회의에의 관심, 경쟁 브랜드 조사 그리고 판매사원을 통한 고객의 반응 조사 등의 내 용이 포함된다. 시장정보를 확산시키고자하는 활동 에는 매장에서 본사로 상황을 보고하고, 고껴의 시정 요구를 해결하고자 하는 노력. 판매원이 제시하는 소 비자동향의 반영, 그리고 삽마스터 회의 등씩 내용이 포함되며, 시장정보에 대한 반응은 풍부한 물량공급 과 히트상품의 지속적인 공급을 활동 내용으로 한다' 둘째, 의류업체의 시장지향성은 판매원의 만족도 에 정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 의류업체가 시장정 보 수집에 적극적이고, 매장과 긴밀한 정보교류를 하 며, 수집된 정보를 적극 활용하여 상품개발이나 공급 등의 노력을 보일 때 판매원이 회사에 대해 강한 신 뢰감을 느껴 만족감을 느끼게 되고 이것이 바로 성 과로 이어질 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 판매원의 회사전략 인지능력, 의류제조과정 인지능력. 고객서버스 능력, 자율적인 목표설정 능력. 고정고객관리능력이 클수록 직무자체와 인간관계에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 판매원의 직무한력은 판 매원의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 는 의류업체에서 능력 있는 판매원을 육성하거나 영 입하는데 힘써야 함을 시사하는 결과이다.

본 논문에서는 과거 절차 지향적으로 개발 된 함정 전투체계을 표준화 된 새로운 전투체계 소프트웨어로 변화 시키는 방안을 제안한다. 최근 전투체계 소프트웨어는 새로운 장비의 추가와 기능 변경으로 수정이 빈번이 일어나고 있다. 이러한 확장성관련문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 객체 지향 프로그래밍 및 디자인 패턴을 사용하여 전투체계 소프트웨어를 확장성과 유지보유성이 우수한 소프트웨어로 변경하는 방법을 연구하고 실제로 전투체계 소프트웨어 중 교전 모듈에 적용하는 과정을 보여준다. 그리고 함정전투체계에 이러한 표준화를 적용할 경우 어떠한 효용성이 있는지에 대하여 알아본다.

Recently implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with packaged business software is growing rapidly. The purpose of this article is to provide further insights into the business process change and change management in implementation process of ERP systems. This paper examine an survey of some 146 firms' adoption and implementation of packaged ERP software. In this paper, we propose an integrated approach of business process change and change management of the implementation process. This research highlights the importance of change management for implementing ERP. In addition, we empirically reveals that the eventual success of ERP systems depends on effective business process change and change management during the ERP implementation.

This study investigated and compared orientations toward scientific inquiry learning among general and science-gifted elementary students. It also investigated and compared the relationship between their orientations toward scientific inquiry learning and their coping strategies for anomalous situations. To realize this, 61 general elementary students and 53 science-gifted elementary students in Seoul were selected, and questionnaires were administered to investigate their orientations toward scientific inquiry learning and coping strategies for anomalous situations. In addition, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted individually with some of the general and science-gifted students. The results showed that among orientations toward scientific inquiry learning, regardless of grade level, the general students were most likely to possess 'concept understanding' and second most likely to exhibit 'scientific practice'. On the other hand, the science-gifted students demonstrated the highest frequency of 'scientific practice', with 'concept understanding' and 'complexity' also being relatively common. 'Activity driven' was found only among some of the general students and 'engineering practice' was found only among some of the science-gifted students. 'Process skills' were not found. No clear relationships between orientations toward scientific inquiry learning and coping strategies for anomalous situations were found. However, some differences in the choice of coping strategies for anomalous situations between the general and science-gifted students were discovered, even when they had the same orientations toward scientific inquiry learning. The educational implications of these findings were discussed.

평가(Evaluation)는 조직경영 과정 (Managerial process)에 있어서 통제 및 피이드백의 전제로서, 효과적인 경영을 위하여 평가의 합리화는 현실적으로 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 조식의 성과 (Performance)에 영향을 주는 변수들에 대한 연구에 있어서는 분석적이고 정확한 평가기준이 설정되어야 연구결과의 유의성이 보다 강력히 입증될 수 있을 것이며, 더구나 최근의 연구추세가 상황적 모형 (Contingency Model)을 지향하고 있는 만큼, 이러한 상황적 모형의 관건으로서의 합리적인 평가기준에 대한 연구는 절실한 상태이다.(중략)

The purpose of this research was to develop a group counseling program for improving the psychological well being and mental health of the university entrants, and to verify the effectiveness of the program. The research procedure consisted of the program development step and the program verification step, and in detail, 6 steps of program development processes were established. The subjects of the research were 116 university entrants, and 15 group counselings were conducted. As the result, significant variations were shown in the scores of the psychological well being and mental health through the pre and post test on the group, and the experience report analysis evaluated that the objective of the program was accomplished. It is expected that these results would be helpful for suggesting various education methodology or education policy for the university entrants.
