Management condition of small business is very poor owing to entry barriers and excessive competition. Of course, it is believed that differences in competitiveness and result arise from characteristics of a businessman. Therefore, this study intends to grasp relationships between businessman's characteristics and management result of small business and to investigate moderating effects of trust in social capital on the management result. Through this, it mainly aims to draw implications to secure self-regenerating power of small business which faces various difficulties now. Research result is as follows: First, it was found that management result was influenced by the order of achievement need, risk-taking propensity and intuition among businessmen's characteristics. It seems to well reflect businessman's characteristics of the tendency to rely on his own intuition through confidence and an optimistic view. Second, there were moderating effects on confidence between achievement need and management result. Third, as implications to secure self-regenerating power of small business based on above contents, this study asserted to prepare various political measures in order to encourage achievement need of small business and then, to raise survival rates of small businessmen who face serious social problems today.

The purpose of this study is to look into the consumers who show the consumption patterns of brand switching and repeated purchasing, find the decision factors of their brand switching and repeated purchasing, analyze the difference in marketing response variables being represented as corporate promotion activities in the brand switching and repeated purchasing process, and provide a suggestion to apply the result to marketing Therefore, it tries to help the firms, which develop push marketing as the result of excessive competition between distributors and sales competition focusing on external appearance, recognize consumers as individual substances; to propose proper efficient promotion activities; to let consumers increase loyalty to their trademark and continue to purchase their products repeatedly; and to induce competitor brand consumers to do brand switching. The results of this study are presented as follows: First, consumers who prefer events, price discount, samples, and product premium which means the products with brand or logo on them had the feature of repeated purchasing. Secondly, service benefit, point-type promotion, cost-saving satisfaction didn't affect brand switching, and only the consumers who prefer coupon-type promotion did brand switching. Thirdly, a distribution type produced the moderating effect between the repeated purchasing and coupon and coupon-type promotion, and between brand switching and service benefit.

Although the user needs for computer game have been complicated and fragmented, new game development of Korean computer game developers are carried out from the developer's perspective. In the light of this limitation. This study introduces conjoint that designs an optimal new product for game users. We applied the conjoint analysis to Koran game market and found several important issues regarding Koran game users. Our results show that, regardless of game types, Korean game useis' preference mainly center on "variety of game."

현재 국내 뮤지컬 시장의 규모는 약 3천억원 정도가 될 정도로 성장했다. 하지만, 외형과 달리, 작품들간의 과다경쟁과 기업간의 부익부 빈익빈 현상, 출연료 상승에 따른 제작비 상승 등의 이유들로 인해, 제작사들이 엄청난 진통을 겪고 있다. 뮤지컬의 흥행을 위해 유명배우나 아이돌스타를 투입하다보니, 제작사들의 재정난은 날이 갈수록 심각해지고 있고, 유명세가 없는 배우들은 점점 설 자리를 잃어가고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 장기적으로 해결하기 위해서는 해당 공연, 해당 역할에 적합한 전문 뮤지컬 배우를 효과적으로 발탁하여 관객의 지속적 호응을 얻어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제에 초점을 맞추고, 정보통신 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 협업 필터링 방법을 적용하여, 효율적이며 적합하게 뮤지컬 배우를 선발하는데 그 목적을 둔다.

Small-sized domestic logistics-companies are required to satisfy the high quality of logistics information service. However, these companies are not prepared to complete customers' requirement because of the e-logistics process, excess of logistics distribution steps, and so forth. Moreover, large-sited foreign logistics companies are going into domestic market and trying to share the market. In this paper, we propose an ASP-based real-time Logistics Information Control System using location-based service(LBS) and logistics information service to reinforce the competitiveness of domestic logistics-companies and improve the customer service quality. This system is designed to trace and control the real-time logistics movement information by using GPS and to process the transportation information by using SMS.

임업에서 육림(育林)은 기르고자 하는 수종과 경쟁하는 잡초목과의 싸움이라고 할 수 있다. 대개 가치있는 수종은 초기생장이 느리고, 제거 대상이 되는 잡초나 관목및 활엽수의 맹아등은 초기 생장속도가 아주 빠르고 생존력이 강하기 때문에 방치하는 경우 조림목은 피압되어 고사하게 된다. 현재 여러가지 사회적인 여건에 의하여 인력작업이 어려운 시점에서 제초제의 활용은 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 제초제의 사용은 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 제초제의 잘못 사용은 효율적인 작업성과를 얻지 못할 뿐만 아니라 오히려 기르고자 하는 나무를 손상할 수 있으며 대면적에 대한 과다한 사용은 산지의 황폐나 또는 자연생태계에 큰 영향을 줄수도 있다. 이러한 점에서 앞으로 제초제의 산지 적용에 대한 폭넓은 연구와 검토가 이루어져야 하겠다. 또한 여기서 소개하는 몇가지 제초제에 대하여도 사용할 때는 약제의 특성에 대한 충분한 지식을 가지고 대상지의 식생이나 입지조건에 대한 면밀한 조사가 이루어진 후에 사용하여야 할 것이다.
